I recommend this studio to people of all ages and levels. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and kind and it is evident they work hard to keep the space clean and peaceful. They offer a wide range of classes and all of them are great.

This is the best yoga studio in dc and itโs all because of possibly one of the kindest gentlest instructors Iโve ever been blessed to be guided by, Sam. Sam was an excellent I structor and after my class I felt invigorated and an immense sense of inner peace. If I could give ten stars out of five it would be for Sam! SAM SAM SAM

This yoga community is absolutely lovely. I wish I lived a bit nearer so I could come more often. The classes on offer are such a brilliant way to start the day, de-stress at midday, or wind down in the evening with either something dynamic or something more restorative.
Tried 4-5 other studios around Dupont, but I always coming back to Yoga Sangha. The teachersโ guidance is unfailingly kind and calming, and it really helps me stay tuned in to my body.

A wonderful space with some hard working teachers. Ownership is really trying to build a space for the community๐ plus, the perks are unmatched!
Sad to be moving and leaving this studio, but have to give a shout to Gabrielaโs and Lydiaโs classes, the breath work incorporation is what I needed every time.

Yoga Sangha is amazing!!! I have been with this studio for the past 2.5 years and have felt nothing but joy every time I walk in. The teachers are so kind and welcoming and put together classes that are spiritually grounding and physically well-rounded. The studio space is gorgeous, and the free mats and many other props provided are a nice bonus. I've been loving the extra emphasis on thematic workshops lately, and in general the good mix of class offerings and times. It's a special place and community that have come to feel like home here. I will absolutely be coming here regularly as long as I'm living in the area. If you're shopping around for your next yoga studio, try the 2-week offer and check it out!! You won't regret it :)

Beautiful space to practice yoga with skilled and thoughtful teachers. Nice variety of classes from more intense vinyasa flows to soothing yin. Plus they have Manduka mats you can use for free! No lugging your mat across the city or annoying rental fees :)

Cannot say enough good things about Yoga Sangha!
After moving to DC in the summer of 2024, I tried out a handful of studios in the DuPont/ Logan circle area. Yoga Sangha was my first stop however I should have known it would be my last.
Not only offering my existing favorite classes (power, rocket, and vinyasa) at convenient and varied times (7am, lunchtime, and 515 and 630 during the week for example) but also introducing me to new practices (Mat Pilates is amazing!!), Yoga Sangha has got it all! The instructors are top notch, each one is clearly a seasoned professional at teaching yoga but also warm and welcoming on/off the mat.
The studio space is always clean, there are plenty of mats and props available, but most importantly you take one step in and Yoga Sangha just has that โitโ factor. Could it be the wall of windows that literally lights up the space? The gorgeous hardwood floors? The charming exposed brick walls? Sure those things are nice added touches but those are just part of the puzzle when it comes to how much the studio and staff mindfully cultivate community within this space.
After 6 months of going to Yoga Sangha multiple times weekly, I still look forward to every single class I take there- I think that says it all!

I love Yoga Sangha! I feel like, it is a sanctuary for me. I started with 2-week intro and then immediately registered for monthly membership. I also like the space, with brick walls and wide windows. Most of all, I like the classes that it offers and the studio so conveniently located- either coming from work or home.

I happened to be staying nearby so I reached out to see if there was a beginner accessible class available on the day I had free. Luckily there was and they were happy to lend me a mat for the noon slow flow class.
The space is naturally lit, spacious and perfect for yoga. Sam was the leader and she took the time to explain what we were doing which was great!
Life is good with a peaceful yoga class in a relaxing space with a great instructor!

When I first moved to DC the first thing I did was look for a nearby yoga studio. Iโm so glad I found Yoga Sangha where not only did I find a practice I enjoy, I meant the the kindest people. Since joining a year and a half ago, sangha has gone through some transitions and some beloved teachers no longer teach there like Chris and Isaac(which was a sad lost), and some I am so lucky to still have like Steve and Rachel! And through it all sangha has always been warming community and my third space๐

I sampled 4 yoga studios around my neighborhood and decided Yoga Sangha is for me. I really like the teachers and the space. They have a pretty good 2 week intro rate if you want to give it a try.

Donโt come if you ever plan on taking the metro and are 2 minutes late to a class. They will lock the door and then pretend you donโt exist!

Had a wonderful experience. There are not a lot of reviews on Google but mind body app has over 400. The sign on the door and window says DuPont Circle yoga.
Instructor was awesome and checked on me to enjoy my injured hip. Had a wonderful time.
