I’ve been working out with the staff here close to 3 years. @ 62 yrs young it’s amazing to be able to squat to retrieve what you want. My balance and strength are better today than in my 40’s. 20-30 minutes 3x a week is my mojo. It’s not a workout, it’s a fun break from the stress of work.

I started up with 10Ten in Dec 2021. I've tried probably every type of resistance training over the decades. The 10Ten combination of science, discipline to proper form and recovery to avoid injury, and GREAT trainers is absolutely the best approach I've done. I see and feel the difference. 10 Ten gets a 5! I’ve been working with Melinda for the past few months and have a noticeable difference in my strength. She is tough but tough gets results. She is also enthusiastic and encouraging about my progress.
I’ve not worked with the other trainers but have witnessed warm and engaging attitudes from them.

I've been a member of 10Ten Fitness for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Dylan and his staff are top-notch. The workouts are designed to be short but highly efficient, allowing me to fit them into my schedule without sacrificing the quality of my fitness routine. Each session leaves me feeling energized and accomplished, making it easy to stay motivated. Additionally, the gym itself is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment.

My trainer, Melinda, is exceptional and truly understands how to bring out the best in her clients. Her approach to fitness is both supportive and challenging. She has worked with me through injuries and has been able to navigate around them so that I can still enjoy an effective work out despite some limitations. Melinda tailors each workout to meet my individual goals, making every session feel personalized and rewarding. And, in addition to her expertise, she’s also a good person and genuinely cares about you and your fitness goals.

They’ve created a space that’s always clean, welcoming, and motivating. Every session is designed to be quick and efficient—25 to 30 minutes of pure bliss. You’ll get your butt kicked in the best way possible, but still walk out looking and feeling like you’re ready to conquer the day (or grab lunch!).

I was having back pain. Masha at 10Ten quickly identified the issue as tightness in my hip flexors. She showed me stretches to alleviate the issue. After some assisted stretching the lower back pain was alleviated. I highly recommend 10Ten. Dylan has created a wonderful and creative gym.

I've been going to 10Ten and have been trained by Dylan for just over a year. In that time, I've put on quite a bit of strength and have dramatically normalized my inflammation markers. I feel younger and people tell me I look younger. I go only once a week, and because of that I've asked Dylan to use every trick in his book to attempt to replicate some of the results one might normally get from going twice a week. He is quite conversant with the different theories and the science of how to train with optimal benefit for the least amount of time invested, and has designed a high intensity program for me that includes very slow multi-joint movements, dropsets, supersets, static holds, assisted positives, forced negatives, and a variety of other techniques. Dylan believes in mixing up the exercises and techniques, and I never know exactly what to expect when I show up. And literally every single time I go to train, Dylan shows me that I have the ability to go a little further than I did the last time, and a little further than I think I can.

Other reviewers have written about how much they enjoy training at 10Ten. Because I've asked Dylan to train me in as intense a style as possible, the word "enjoyment" doesn't exactly come to my mind about my weekly deep experience there. :-) Frankly, if you ask Dylan to train you in this style, it's hard work and very challenging! But I do get a lot of enjoyment and satisfaction from the increased vitality, aliveness, and confidence, that I experience the rest of the week.

I also like Dylan and the staff there (Aaron, Allison, and all the others) very much personally, and the way they form a "team" with their clients to achieve goals. I think it's a super value for the money, considering the quality of life enhancement I'm experiencing from my connection with them. Highly recommend.

I am 70 years old and have been going to 10Ten twice a week for six months. It has changed my life. I no longer moan and groan when I do things like getting out of a chair, lifting my 20 pound dog, or get up from sitting on the floor.
I have worked with all the trainers and they are fantastic. Three months ago I staring assisted stretching once a week. The lower back pain I have suffered with for five years is gone.

10Ten Fitness is an attractive, welcoming fItness studio. Downtown but with no parking problems. Dylan has been my trainer for 7 years. I’ve benefitted from his experience in the business and from his academic training. He will tailor your session toward your goals. If you have a question about diet, stretching, running, etc. he’ll have an answer and probably give you websites and books as references. All fitness trainers are not alike, neither are gyms. 10Ten is above and beyond.

Aaron is the BEST! I have osteoporosis, hx of a fractured right femur and a herniated disc. He is great at analyzing my strengths and weaknesses and discovering the proper movements to assist me with upper and lower body exercises. In 2 months, I can feel the difference and actually enjoy my time here! I value the slow muscle movements vs fast movements just to complete reps....no shoulder pain with this technique!!! I also need the one on one time he offers - I need guidance and it is paying off! Aaron is patient, encouraging and also makes me work! He’s the best!!

I love my workouts at 10Ten. Dylan does a phenomenal job as personal trainer of focusing me on all of my form, the goals of each part of the workout and pushing my expectations. I am way better toned than I was before I started with 10Ten. I have worked out in the past at gyms, as well as other exercise fitness facilities, and 10Ten has far surpassed all of them. I would be remiss if I didn’t add that after the workout, it is wonderful to sit in the blue light sauna at 10Ten and before class I am loving standing on a juvent machine which is really helping to eliminate lower back pain which I have had for years. I highly recommend 10Ten Fitness.

This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. Not only do I feel the phenomenal physically, I actually broke out into a jog at Lido beach the other day! I have never been jogging, I don’t like to run or anything of the sort. Additionally, the owner is a great person and a down to earth family man who genuinely cares about people. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the body how it works. He takes it to a whole different level than a regular trainer. He has this down to a science. There are extra amenities, including an infrared dry sauna, a cardio bike CAROL (ask Dylan I forgot what it stands for it’s really cool) cold brew coffee & Kombucha on tap, amazing healthy granola Sunshine Dream Bars and a myriad of flavors. VERY HAPPY ENVIRONMENT, GOOD VIBES ONLY.

10Ten Fitness is the most fun and pleasant place to build up your strength and help keep your bones in good shape. My wife and I have been doing the strength training aspect for many years, and of course since Dylan opened 10 Ten Fitness.
Dylan is an excellent trainer and has a ton of fitness and health knowledge. You will like him!
10Ten Fitness also offers some awesome options to go along with your strength training: The CAR.O.L. Bike, Infrared Sauna, and Juvent Impact Platform. 10Ten Fitness is the most reasonably priced gym around, and there's no BS! Dylan, who is also the owner, has made 10Ten Fitness a really cool place to workout.
I super highly recommend 10 Ten Fitness for regular, healthy, and safe workouts. It's actually a lot of fun going there!
