My son has been going here for about 4 months now and he Loves it. He’s actually got a few of his friends to sign up. He has something to do and look forward to after school instead of sitting around or getting in trouble. He’s a 17 year old boy. The coach, Kaleo is amazing and my son can’t say enough good thing about him. They are like a big family there it’s amazing.

,trying out the free classes , coach is very involved corrects mistakes, covering self defense fundamentals, strength training, and even weight loss, very motivated all ages crew, son really enjoyed the 6pm personalized class ,mon-thu deft coming back...

Absolutely amazing gym! Amazing people! Amazing atmosphere! I cannot emphasize enough, get in this gym today, your kids, your wife, your husband, it's a great family-oriented gym and everyone has everyone's back. Coach Glen Cannon for Muay Thai is absolutely amazing! Coach Kahlil Smoot for boxing is second to none! Great place would recommend a hundred Stars if there is an option for it!

Love this little place. I go of a morning when it's not so busy. It feels like chosen family here. Justin, is great and challenges you on every workout. Justin's classes are like the epitome of LOVE/HATE. Love it here at 12 rounds. It's so great to be back. I missed you guys.

I love this gym. They have boxing, kick boxing, and Brazilian jujitsu. The people there are very friendly and the couches there are very helpful. And I personally like that the gym is well organized and very clean. They even have weights machines I just love it. I definitely recommend this gym 100%.

Best gym for your money! The staff is knowledgeable and the equipment there is top notch! A must for the hardcore MMA or boxing fighter. It's also a great learning gym that has the resources to just about teach any level fighter. This place is a diamond in the rough!
