Joining Hundred Fitness as an experienced athlete has been such a rewarding experience. The transition into a new gym can sometimes feel intimidating, but from day one I felt nothing but welcomed and supported. The programming here is incredible- thoughtful, challenging, and designed with the everyday athlete in mind. I love that the focus is not just on pushing hard in the moment, but on building strength, skill, and longevity in fitness. Love this gym. Coach Jon has been amazing. He tailored a workout routine to help me address and prevent additional back problems arising from an auto accident. The benefits from the tailored workout to address my needs have been amazing - over three month I have:

1) Dropped 16 pounds while putting on muscle mass to strengthen and protect back.

2) Improved quality of life as back pain has substantially reduced and confidence from knowing my back is protected.

3) My wife is happy cause improved health has cured my snoring.

Working with coach jon and his team is 100% worth every drop of sweat and every penny of investment made in my person health. I would encourage all looking to improve their life to reach out to this gym and see what they can do for you!

We've been members of 1Hundred for the past year and a half, and it has been a game-changer for our family. From the workout programming to the individualized coaching and sense of community, we are so happy to be part of this gym. I can’t say enough great things about 1Hundred. From the coaches, to the workouts, to the community - it is everything I’ve been looking for in a gym! The coaching is top notch. They are attentive, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable without being overbearing. The class sizes are perfect. There’s enough people that you FEEL the energy but not too many where you feel like you’re lost in the shuffle. I’ve been a member for almost a year. It was easy to walk in the door and get started thanks to friendly coaches and peers. Following the workouts with guided help from the coaches has given results and helped adopt healthier behaviors and routines. The coaching doesn’t stop at the workouts. I was having trouble sleeping at night, averaging 4hrs a night. It was addressed and with some help I was able to make positive change and adopt healthier sleep habits. I started with Hundred and shortly after sustained a non-gym related shoulder injury. Thanks to coaching staff I was able to continue to participate with scaled workouts and alternative movements. It’s for every person at every level.

Just finished a 30 day partner food challenge and learned so much working with a seasoned nutritionist provided free by the gym. After 35 years of struggling to resemble myself in my 20s, this challenge showed that I wasn’t eating enough protein/day and I wasn’t watching sugar or additional sugar intake on the nutritional facts. The workouts are great, but I feel for me, the nutrition is 80% of the battle, maybe more. What a monumental investment in my future, to live longer and healthier and even more for my partner, who is my 21 yr old daughter. She will be able to carry this information throughout the rest of her life.
Participate with 1 Hundredth Fitness Challenges, and this will help you through personal strength with a well seasoned Crossfit community that’s supports you every time you show up. Great Crossfit training facility! I’m all in.

I joined the gym almost one year ago. I had been out of athletics and working out for 11 years. I was so apprehensive to join a gym, let alone a cross fit one, and scared to see how far I had changed since sports had ended in my young adult life.
So, let me say, Joining the gym at 1 hundred fitness has been the best decision I’ve made for my health and wellbeing as an adult.
The leadership and coaches are great. The ease and accessibility of the app to join classes as it works for your schedule. The scaling of work outs to meet you where you are, and still push you, without judgement, is much appreciated as I’ve worked back into fitness, or learned new skills, or had a day where that particular activity “isn’t a thing.”
The best part besides the fitness ? The community of amazing people that I get to see excelling and pushing themselves next to me!

I joined 1hundred about 6 months ago as a master’s (60+) CrossFit advanced beginner. The three biggest components I was looking for in a CrossFit gym were coaching, programming, and community. 1hundred has more than surpassed my expectations in all three areas.

The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and focused on proper technique. They not only identify areas of improvement, but help you correct them. This is an area where 1hundred excels.

I find the programming to be a good balance of strength, cardio, and gymnastics. There are a multitude of workout options from beginner to competitive athletes, and the coaches work with you so you get the most out of your training session.

The community is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. This not only makes the workouts fun, but also is great for fostering camaraderie.

I believe my CrossFit journey has only just begun at 1hundred and look forward to continuing to improve and exceed my fitness goals.

Walking into 1 Hundred Fitness this past January is hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made! I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2016 and had reached a peak where I was the leanest/strongest through nutrition and working out 6-7x/week, sometimes twice a day! Over the course of 2023, my husband has been deployed several times and unexpectedly, especially at the end of the year, I had started struggling with my emotions and mindset to the point where I was binge eating (or not eating at all), stopped exercising altogether, couldn’t sleep, isolated myself from others, and felt negatively affected in every aspect of my life. I went from being disciplined and driven to feeling unhappy and lost - a completely different person! After recognizing that I needed to change my story, I walked through 1 Hundred Fitness’s doors on January 9th! Jon, Kim, the amazing coaches, and community have genuinely changed my life. I felt vulnerable, but everybody welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to establish a supportive fit family! With time I have been able to establish a routine that has allowed me to feel confident, beautiful, and strong again! Some attractive features about 1 Hundred that are worth recognizing is the camaraderie among all members (no cliques), the workouts are fun/challenging, and above all, the coaches motivate you to try new movements/heavier weights with effective cues as they see potential in you that you may not see in yourself!!! I love this gym and my experience has been nothing short of amazing and blessing when I needed it most!

I walked into 1Hundred Fitness over 3 years ago, way out of shape and desperate for a change. I did CrossFit many, many years before, but life happened. I had given birth to my 4th child and knew it was time to get my life back together, physically and mentally. I was very nervous about starting this journey, but quickly realized how much I needed to be there. Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging from the very start.

The coaches at 1Hundred are phenomenal. They are all very knowledgeable and uplifting. They have encouraged me and pushed me to be better and now I am doing things I never thought I would ever be able to do again.

The community is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I have met some of my best friends here. Everyone is so motivating and inspiring.

My children also attend 1Hundred in the kids class. They love working out and I have seen so much progress in their movements and confidence since starting.

I'm not sure what my life would have been like without 1Hundred. I am now able to show my children that we can do hard things and how important it is to take care of our bodies and mind. I'm stronger, leaner, and happier because of 1Hundred, the coaches, and the community!

1hundred is welcoming to people at all levels and focuses on helping each member meet their goals. The facility, the programming and the coaches are all superb. Best gym ever!! The coaches are so sincere and really care about you and your goals. The programming is incredible! My strength and stamina are really getting back to where they used to be!

Updating my original review to say that after my first visit I decided to join and I have not looked back since. I have been to many gyms in town and this one is by far my favorite. I am met with professionalism, understanding that we are all at different levels of fitness, motivation, and zero judgement. The coaches motivate you but are not "in your face" about it. There are certain movements I have chosen not to do due to past injuries and my decision not only has been respected but I am given alternative movements I can do. Both of my kids are also doing the teens class and I have seen tremendous progress in their fitness and overall interest in staying active. Jon and Kim are a joy to be around and so are the rest of the wonderful coaches.

I walked into 1Hundred completely desperate that this had to fix me. I've struggled with weight my entire adult life and have never been able to stick with anything due to lack of results. I've been with 1Hundred for 3 years now and it is home. What I thought was going to be a weightloss journey turned into a strength and fitness journey. A journey of building confidence and doing things I never thought I could do, building friendships and a community of encouragement. Best gym ever! I came here about a year feeling defeated and desperate to get myself back. I was skeptical because hey it’s a CrossFit gym and I was a 40 something year old wife/mom who was out of shape and completely defeated. What I found from the moment I walked in were people who down right care! They want you to be the best version of you! The coaches are some of the most humblest people I have ever met and will meet you where you are at. You don’t need to be in shape, and you don’t even need to know how to do CrossFit they walk with you every step of the way. Not only will you train with awesome coaches but you will train with some amazing humans. Everyone here is so encouraging and helpful. Here is my opinion and experience of the gym after almost a year.
•Two of the coaches, Amanda & Erinn, possess a tremendous amount of CrossFit knowledge, especially regarding proper biomechanics of Olympic lifting and strength. Additionally, they are excellent references for anything CrossFit related.
•The gym equipment is organized and, more importantly, the gym is equipped with central A/C
•Be prepared to have toddlers/ kids walk unsafely close by during Olympic lifts and workouts.
•Classes tend not to start or end at the scheduled times.
•Certain time slot classes tend to shift the focus away from the WOD to something else during class.

The coaches at 1Hundred Fitness have truly cultivated such a warm and welcoming environment. I was super nervous to try a Crossfit gym, and was always intimidated by other gyms, whether it be from their social media posts or website. They all looked so intense and I worried whether I would fit in.

Jon and Kim were so helpful, and setup some on-boarding 1-1 workouts so I would know the moves, form and equipment. After a few sessions, I felt ready for my first class!

One of the things I love about 1Hundred is the people. Sure, the class is wonderful and the high I have after a great workout is unmatched, but it's the people that keep me coming back. The support and encouragement from others throughout the workout, the laughter and camaraderie make coming to class fun. It's often the highlight of my day, especially when I'm in a funk.

So thankful to have 1Hundred as a part of my life now.

1Hundred fitness is not just a gym. Join 1hundred fitness and you join a community of people who will encourage you to be the best you there is.

The members are all friendly and never fail to cheer you on.

The coaches- Jon, Kim, Nathan, Jamie, and Amanda all take time to make sure your form is correct, push you to pick up that heavier weight, and give you that final push you need to finish strong.

When I started CrossFit, I had never even heard of it so it is absolutely beginner friendly. Every movement can be modified to your level of fitness and as you progress, you will find yourself reaching for that heavier weight on your own.

Check out 1hundred fitness and if I can’t guarantee anything else, I guarantee you won’t regret it!

Overall, a great location to get your fitness on. Coaches are personable, intelligent, and genuinely care about one's wellbeing. They push you just enough to ensure you're uncomfortable which is where you will gain. They will not push you so much that you can't do something. Great gym with great people! As someone new to CrossFit the coaches have made each workout easy to understand while keeping the pace up for the more experienced members of the classes.
