I love 20 Minutes to Fitness. I'm 80 yrs old, and I still work full time. I don't do much 'exercise' other than snow skiing once or twice a year. 20 Minutes to Fitness is the perfect program for me. I go once a week and it strengthens all my muscle groups and helps my balance - all in one convenient visit. My trainer Amber is fantastic.

I recently completed my initial fitness appointment at 20 Minutes to Fitness and really enjoyed the experience. The staff and my fitness trainer were courteous and helpful in helping me learn how to use the equipment and position my body correctly to get the desired results. As an older adult, my goal is to improve my body strength so I can improve agility, balance and posture as I work to stay healthy and active as I age. I feel positive about working to achieve that goal at 20 Minutes Fitness. I like that there is no requirement to sign a contract.

I have been going to 20 Minutes to Fitness for a little over two years. Simply put, it is a great experience that will absolutely, in a safe, motivating, but not intimidating environment, help with your strength and flexibility. Each of the Coaches and the Managers are superb. The program is designed to start at your current level of fitness and gradually and safely improve your strength and flexibility. Each session involves six to seven machines and slow cadence reps to gradually build strength. Many say, "Well, you can do that on your own." Partially true, but what I would miss is the focus of my coach to ensure I'm safely getting the most from each machine, and for me, the motivation. I would not, on my own without my coach's encouragement, go to the point of muscle fatigue necessary for improvement. Heck, I probably would not go to the gym period. Do not think you can't do it. The program is designed to start wherever you are. I strongly recommend you try one of their free introductory sessions. It will improve your overall fitness and outlook.

keeping me in better shape and stronger. I started going to LWR 20 Minutes to Fitness about nine years ago. I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis in my 40βs (3.5 T score) and my most recent bone scan was osteopenia. I havenβt used any prescription bone treatments for over tens years because of adverse reactions. My back pain has been reduced, and my muscles have been strengthened from these work outs. Who could pass up an opportunity to TRY FOR FREE a muscle building workout that requires only 1 TIME A WEEK and lasts only 20 MINUTES???? The time I was spending going to the gym, one hour or more, 4-5 x a week was becoming a grudge....especially without seeing great toning results. I believe it was after the 16th workout I really saw a toning up of my body....visual cuts, much firmer thighs. Amazing, since I assumed having waited so many years to drop the weight I put on in the 90's, my aging skin didn't reveal the great accomplismhent of that. I also had an issue with my left hip and working out here has almost eliminated that. Trainer with you for setting up the machines, incrementally adding weight each week that working out alone you don't seem to do...I don't push myself as hard as the trainer will....to muscle exhaustion....which is required to build muscle. I have no problem maintaining my weight and look great, especially being 68 years old! IN 20 MINUTES!!!! I encourage everyone to take advantage of the free orientation/workout....you'll LOVE it.
(Small gym, only so many clients allowed at the appointed time and your trainer cleans your machine after each use).

I recently moved to the area and was doing some research on which to gym to join. I wanted to find a place that was clean and not overcrowded. I also wanted a spacious area for functional training and bonus if I could find a place with a hanging boxing bag. This location checks all of the boxes and Bik, the owner/coach is so knowledgeable and more than willing to offer his expertise. Love it here!!!!
