About the Club

We offer 1 on 1 Strength Training sessions guided by our Certified Personal Trainers within a Semi-Private environment. All of our exercises are performed on Physical Therapy Grade Equipment manufactured by MedX Inc. We specialize in building Bone Density and Lean Muscle Mass using a unique strength training method referred to as Slow Cadence Strength Training. This form of Strength Training allows us to obtain an equally effective workout in just One 20 Minute Session per week. Our gym equipment is customizable and allows us to set up each machine to fit each person specifically while also greatly reducing the risk of injury. We operate on an appointment only basis and our Initial Orientations are Complimentary with no purchase necessary.

My husband and I have been going to 20 Minutes to fitness since 2022. We absolutely love everything about it: we have both gained considerable strength, the trainers are all excellent and it is extremely easy to fit into our schedules! The measure I have for determining the increase in my strength is that I can now hold my Down Dog in yoga for close to 5 minutes where it was difficult for me to hold it even one minute before I began at 20 Minutes. It has also helped us keep our weight under control. FYI: we are both 78 years old. I highly recommend you try it! It is a very quick and easy way to help get in shape and you have the comfort of having a dedicated personal trainer with you at all times so you feel very safe!

20 Minutes To Fitness on Lime Ave. in Sarasota is the best!! My Trainer, SJ (Sarah Jane) is incredible! She knows what she is doing, she is encouraging, my strength has improved 100% since I started and this is something I will do the rest of my life! I look forward to my once a week workout with SJ as my whole body is so much stronger now. I highly recommend 20 Minutes To Fitness. Blake and Chelsie are also really nice and the place is kept sparkling clean and the equipment is state of the art. I'm very happy!

It’s been a little more than a year that I’m been going to 20 minutes to fitness. These trainers are the most professional most knowledgeable I have ever had the opportunity of working with. A year ago I had problems even opening up opening up Perrier bottle cap was a great Challenge ,my grip pressure was really poor. Since starting my strength has increased overall 51% and feel a lot better. and sleep much better Kasey and Stephen are outstanding trainers challenging you to get better each session yet being friendly and fun to work with I highly recommend it to anyone to include this program in your overall exercise regime.Dennis DeMaria.

I currently train with SJ and appreciate her knowledge and care more than I can express. She supervises closely, challenges me to go further, and watches for my pre-existing back issues in determining my individualized workout plan, all while keeping me laughing. Worked out with Blake today!! Fantastic workout. Blake has everything was set and ready to go. 20 minutes to fitness has taken the guess work out of resistance training! Machines set to my size, work out routine and weights where spot on!!

It really only takes 20 minutes once a week to see an immediate difference. I have not worked out for about 30 years so I was dreading getting started. Stephan is there to keep me on track and make sure I use the equipment correctly as well as offer encouragement. I have a very busy job and long hours so the flexible appointment times are a huge plus. I did not believe that only 20 minutes a week would make any difference but after 6 weeks I already see a difference particularly in my upper body strength. I also have had past spinal fusion surgery but have had no problems with this type exercise as I am well monitored.
