Llevo 9 años en este gym, es increíble q cada nuevo team que ponen a dar customer services. Son peores que los anteriores, ahora mismo tienen un manager jovencito que no está capacitado para llevar adelante ese gym. Tuve una conversación con este joven(manager)que no pudo ayudarme pues pq no está capacitado para resolver ningún issue con los miembros de el gym al contrario me dio un número de costumer service y cuando llamo me dicen que el manager de el gym es el único que puede ayudar, me dio tanto coraje pq el no pudo resolverme y para salir de mi me da un número que no tiene nada que ver con la situación. Espero que los de Coorporate tomen el control de este gym y cambien un poco de personal .El gym de cutler bay es el peor de los gym en La limpieza es horrible las maquinas siempre están dañadas. Y los empleados son ácidos no están preparados para trabajar con los miembros.Yo solamente uso el gym para cardio en la mañana y en la noche, pues soy una competidora de fitness y a veces quiero hacer una rutina de ejercicios y no puedo por que las máquinas están dañadas. Pronto cancelaré mi membership y la de mi familia. No vale la pena pagar tanto por este gym.

I signed up to this Gym and hopes just to do some months of working out and then continue on my own at home. When I went to cancel my Membership after 6 months I was told that I was on a contract and had to pay the remaining 6 months to cancel. When I signed up I was never told about a contract or commitment! I even asked the guy who signed me up if I can cancel any time and he said yes. I was lied too and now I have to pay a bill I can't afford. Also not to mention you can only cancel in person. That's super dumb

I have nothing but great things to say about this gym, when I first signed up James helped me out he is super nice and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, answered all my questions and was extremely helpful, I have my kids enrolled in the kids club and everyone is nice and my kids love it. Currently trainer with a personal trainer (Irene) she is nice and patient with me, keep up the great job guys ..I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very dirty. VERY disgusting. Read all of the 1 stars. Pretty much spot on. I reviewed one in Vegas, that place was pretty much perfect. The one in Plantation Fl, is also pretty much perfect. This place is very disgusting.

This is a very good gym I used to come here for a very long time but I have relocated since I moved. I like the fact that it is 24 hours so if it's busy you can go anytime you want. Only problem is you can't bring a guest I really think they should do a little bit more to compete with other gyms that are more affordable. But if I ever move back down I will be coming back to this gym. I have so many memories coming here with my brother and my son as well. Just make sure you don't park on the side of the building only in the front sometimes they have break-ins every now and then.

Ok so I've been going to this gym for a couple years, it's close by my house so I don't have to drive very far, but sometimes I find myself traveling out of my way to the kendall location because the Cutler bay location doesn't have all the amenities and equipment like the kendall location. I don't understand why we pay so much all different kind of fees when we don't have battle ropes and other things that kendall have and if this location does have them we have to ask for them because they keep it behind the desk. We don't have the pool, steam room, etc at least give us more things at this location to workout with.

People dont care about a nice clean gym..weights are everywhere in the gym thats including dumbbells and barbells.....it will take 2 mins just to find something...nothing in place...everything is dirty nothing is cleaned after sweaty ppl...disaster..good luck..it takes one and everyone follows..place your $hit where u got it dont leave it on the floor so others have to searxh for it..

I just moved from Missouri to find a job here. I was trying to look for different gyms close to my place, and I went to LA Fitness (the closest gym from my place) and I asked for a "Guest membership." They treated me really badly and they did not allow me to get the guest membership because I did not have a Florida ID.
Then, so disappointed by this bad experience, I decided to call 24 hours fitness to see what they could do for me. I talked to Isaac, who was really nice to me. He proposed me to meet him to offer me the best deal he could.
I went there and I finally decided to sign with them for two months especially because of the good service. I really felt welcome, respected and I got a really good deal. Then, Erick (the sales manager) introduced himself to me and was really nice to me as well. They both told me that I could ask them anything if I have any concerns or questions.
I really appreciated them, and I loved my training too! The environment and the machines are great!!

After 4yrs here, competing n practicing as an athlete, the new management doesn't support it. Is taking away the tools for practice posing and routines

It's always overcrowded so it's hard to work out. Machines are usually broken. It's always a mess you have to search for the dumbbells all over the gym. People never rear rack the weights. Not enough I'm in weights that people usually use. Out of all the gyms I've been to this one feels uncomfortable for some reason

This is not the place I originally signed up to come to. The gym is old, wear down and needs maintenance and brought back to life. In the weight room the pins to the machine were missing. Machines and weighs are all rusty and wear down. People don't wipe down the machines because the spray bottles and paper towels are not easily accessible. Aerobic class schedule is sparse.

24hr fitness sucks. They over charge and you can't bring free guests. They're not the only 24 hr gym around. Youfit allows you to bring a free guest as often as you wish with your $20 a mo gym membership fee. I wouldn't waste my money going here.

I just signed up and Im glad to be able to workout when I want to. I signed up online and have not had any interaction with the employees besides the hello when show up for my workout.

My main concern is that some members do not put away weights once they are done. Why do people feel so entitled? No one is paying for maid service, are they?

The most unprofessional gym I have ever been to. PARENTS, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN OR YOU WANT A GYM THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY, DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. I reported an issue that may have happened at the Cutler Bay location in the kids club. First off the sitters at the kids club appear to be unskilled cheap labor. The African American man is beyond creepy and doesn't seem to be very interested in taking care of the children. The second time I took my daughter there, she cried like crazy when she saw him. The only reason why I let her stay was because there were two female workers there. When I took my daughter home, she said the man hit her! I called the manager, he claimed the woman in charge of survillence was gone for the day. Mind you..24 HOUR FITNESS! Why isn't there someone watch the cameras for 24 hours? The manager had no access to the cameras. So tell me, what exactly is he managing? He told me the lady would come in extra early in the morning to check the camera and call me right back. I called the next day at 11 am, she wasn't there. It's been a week, and nothing! In fact, I called at 9am , no manager! Who is running this place?? Obviously no one.

I go to the gym frequently on the weekends with one of my friends basketball court is a good size the staff is whatever they seem pretty laid back not quite sure if that's a good thing one problem seems to be that some of the equipment is broken this gym doesn't really have much perks unlike the one in Kendall but overall I would still go to this gym because it is bigger
