24 Hour sold out to Crunch. First move, change weekend hours to 7-7 so no early morning or late night workouts on the weekend, hopefully doesn’t happen to the weekdays. Second move, destroy every basketball court at every location. I can go to any gym if I wanted strict hours and no recreational sports, this is the greatest downfall I could’ve never imagined.

I recently moved closer to my office and have been looking for a new gym membership since my previous YMCA location is no longer practically available to me. I walked in during my lunch break from the office to see the facilities and inquire about a membership, not necessarily intending to sign up today, or at all, but for information’s sake— the in-depth tour of the facilities and EXCELLENT customer service provided to me by Sophia absolutely changed that, and I’m very excited to be calling 24 Hour Fitness my new “home” gym. Sophia was supremely knowledgeable about everything from the facilities and club offerings, to the sorts of crowds that tend to come in during certain times of day (e.g. the pre- and post- workday cardio rush). She also seemed to understand exactly what I look for in a gym simply by listening to the types of questions I asked, and was quickly ahead of the game in terms of addressing my following questions before I even asked. Finally, Sophia was able to secure an amazing monthly price with no yearly commitment attached just via her knowledge of 24 Hour promos, and that settled that. I’m very happy to be starting in my new gym tomorrow morning, and I feel exceedingly comfortable with my choice not just due to the quality of the facilities, but due to the competent and incredibly friendly staff.

I was really wanting to try this gym and came in with a free 3 day pass that’s advertised on the website but they didn’t honor it because of local college students taking advantage which I get.

They said the day pass was $50 and the 3 day was $30 and they attempted to get me to sign up and offered a couple discounts which was cool but I wanted to test the gym out first before committing.

I ended up going to club4 the same day which is farther away but the trial and sign up process was MUCH easier and the layout of the gym is much better. I really was set to get a membership if I was able to do the trial but I didn’t want to have to pay for a free trial. They really should post that on the website for this specific location.

In 30 years of weight lifting this is the absolute worst gym I've ever used. Wat too overcrowded equipment old and worst of all it is the DIRTIEST and FILTHIEST gym I've ever been in. I literally saw the same dirty paper towel on the floor near the cable machines for four days in a row. In four days not one employee cleaned anything obviously. Mold in the bathrooms, drinking fountains covered in some disgusting unknown substance, dumbells literally have a film on filth on them to the point your hands stick to them.

And FYI don't be fooled by the recent 5 star reviews you see, they create fake google accounts and post reviews on themselves to boost their rating, as confirmed by two former employees.

Cathy’s cycling class is the highlight of the gym. The class is fun and challenging and Cathy is the sweetest and most attentive instructor you would ever meet.

Came in on my break from the overnight shift at Wawa to get information on signing up. Luis was a great help and we figured out that the gold membership would fit best. Great customer service. He was very helpful in explaining the membership options. I can't wait to start working out and fulfilling my new years resolution.
