3 Form Fitness is an exceptional gym.
The classes are challenging and the trainers always circulate the class and correct your form or assist you with anything you may need. Everyone is so friendly and all of the trainers are so knowledgeable in every aspect of stretching, weight training, cardio. The personal training sessions I have taken have brought me to another level of fitness and I feel amazing! Anyone thinking of trying out a new gym you should give 3 Form a try. I promise you you will LIVE it!

Kathryn is truly one of a kind for personal training! She challenges me in ways I would’ve never pushed myself, and I’ve seen such a difference in both strength and confidence because of her guidance. She’s incredibly precise with form—always making sure I’m moving correctly and giving 100% every session. You can tell how much she cares and how much expertise she brings to every rep. Kathryn also brings great energy, makes you feel supported, and somehow makes even the hardest sessions feel enjoyable. I had been wanting to start a strength training routine, and as a beginner, I was a bit intimidated, but after visiting the gym, the owner Michael made me feel at ease.
I have since been training with Austin. He creates a powerful and very effective 30 minute workout. Each training session is focused on my goals, and includes a variety of exercises.
I have enjoyed training with Austin. He is kind and encouraging. He is knowledgeable and funny.
I regret not starting sooner! In just a few weeks, my energy and mood have drastically improved, in addition to feeling stronger and younger 😉

3Form fitness is awesome! For a guy like me that has never worked out a day in my life, it has been a great experience. I started out this journey with a friend that said he found a place to workout and signed up, now you gotta too!! So I did. Was one of the better things I’ve done in my life! When I started I had a goal to lose a weight wanted to feel and look better and I’ve done just that. Mike and Austin are the best, hands down! Their vast knowledge of all the workouts and overall knowledge of all the things pertaining to the workouts is amazing! They are outgoing, knowledgeable, funny, and hands down great guys! I’m not sure you could find 2 guys amazing as them! If you’re thinking about joining 3Form, Do it!! I’m glad I did!

Amazing gym!! It has great, and knowledgeable trainers. The gym is always clean and organized. It has a very friendly, fun and positive environment where all the members are happy and you feel right at home unlike any gym we’ve been to before. My husband and I started with the group fitness classes and we absolutely love going to 3 Form. We love the individualized attention and incorporation of weights. The trainers truly care and customize the workout specific to you and your goals. They are also focused on the proper form and posture unlike any gym/group fitness classes I’ve gone to in the past. The owner, Michael, is very committed to his member’s fitness goals. Even in the group setting, we have Michael’s full attention, always available to correct us on our form or grab heavier/lighter weights if need be. The workouts are exhilarating and they change every month so you never plateau. Few months ago, we started incorporating the release workouts which significantly enhanced the efficiency of our workouts and a nutrition plan to get us closer to our fitness goals. It has only been a few months and we’ve seen such a drastic change and it has helped us get even closer to our individualized fitness goals. Highly recommend anyone who’s looking to truly achieve their fitness goals to join.

I’ve been at 3 Form for 6 months and I have loved every workout! I enjoy the variety and well rounded movements that hit every muscle group throughout the week. You never get bored or plateau because the workouts change every month. The class sizes are small and the trainers are attentive to help you develop good form. Micheal set me up with a nutrition plan that really helped me drop some stubborn postpartum weight healthily all the while building muscle. I’m so thankful I found 3 Form and I look forward to the results I will see over the next 6 months.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier to have followed Brandon to 3 Form. Brandon is passionate about fitness. He is focused on creating a workout specific to you, adjusting your form, working on weaknesses and building on strengths. He is knowledgeable of the physiology of the body and how to help recover from injury. His creative variety of movements each training session keeps you motivated and on your toes. After 20+ years without a strict exercise regimen (and not having the discipline nor motivation to stay focused on my own...it showed), I was introduced to 3 Form Fitness by a friend and, admittedly, I first entered into this new exercise routine with trepidation. However, It wasn't long before I realized this would became something that could enhance not just my physical health but also my spirit. It's something I now look forward to each week.
Michael D. (trainer and owner) does not focus on only one or two aspects of fitness, but all the nuances. It would be easy for him to only push strength, repetition, endurance, cardio, OR proper form. Rather, i find he focuses on what works best for the individual... proper form being paramount, and the other elements introduced slowly and deliberately (total health approach, rather than just bulking up).
The facility is bright, very clean, small enough for a personal touch, but large to never feel tight. Fourteen clients maximum per class, with plenty of time options available six days a week. The location is great and the clients are top-notch people of all ages and body types.
Try it... you've got nothin' to lose and lots to gain.

I can honestly say I have never loved going to workout until now. I’ve tested out several gyms and never felt like I belonged in any of them. At 3 form fitness, I feel right at home, all while getting one of the best workouts in at the same time. Great, great place! If you've never done personal training, 3 Form would be the place to start. If you have done personal training in the past, you'll likely conclude, as I did, that this place is a cut above. Michael, the owner, really knows his craft and strives to understand what's best for his clients. (He's also a bit of a clean freak for those who like to know they're exercising in a sanitary environment.) I've combined one-on-one training with group classes and I totally agree with the other positive comments posted here about the classes.

This is one of the easiest 5* reviews I can give. I started with Mike a few years ago at L.A. Fitness, not really knowing what to do at the gym I was glad I got a personal trainer assigned. Not only did he coach me with my fitness needs but coached me with nutritional information that I am still clueless about, he gave me a Diet/eating plan and I used to text him every time I was at a grocery store for his tips and advise on what to buy and what NOT to buy. He has helped me achieve the goals I didn’t even know I could achieve. I loved our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging!
When Mike left LA, I knew I had to follow him to CRUNCH where he went next, after few months he moved back to MA and I was completely lost without his training. When I heard he was back in Florida and opening his own business I was ecstatic and couldn’t wait to go back to train with him. As soon as he had the presale I immediately knew I was going to join but this time I asked Bill (my Irish husband) to join with me (Definitely more fun) Mike is passionate about fitness and coaching people with their fitness needs.
3 Form Fitness is EXACTLY what I need knowing I want to see results again. (After quitting the gym, thank you COVID). I will definitely start my eating plan soon. (I promise)
Anyone who is serious about seeing results (that last) and being healthy this is the kind of program you need.
3 Form Fitness offers different group classes (no matter your fitness level) like the website says Strength, Endurance, Mobility and obviously also 1:1 sessions. Our first Strength class was so much fun and I am adding a different class too. A small (fun) group of people where Mike guides (or tortures 😀) us thru the whole workout taking his time and making sure we are doing it right, is like having a private session every time.
I hope people give 3 Form Fitness a try to find out what they have been missing.

I love how it’s functional training. There are plenty of classes to choose from. As well as if I’d like to do one on one training there are qualified trainers to choose from. The classes are just big enough so it doesn’t feel like a crowed gym. Mike really motivates you and pushes you to finish each work out.
