I absolutely love 30min Hit Gym! This women's only HIIT gym is the perfect environment to get fit and empowered. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the workouts are intense yet achievable.

A special shoutout to trainer, Kim! She is incredibly supportive and encouraging, always pushing me to do best while ensuring we feel comfortable and I’m maintaining proper body mechanic so I don’t hurt myself. Her positive energy makes each session enjoyable, and her expert guidance has helped me develop not only my physical strength but also my confidence, especially in self-defense and personal safety.

Membership is Rockin
I've noticed a significant improvement in my abilities, and I feel more capable and self-assured in everyday situations. If you’re looking for a gym that focuses on women’s empowerment and personal growth, I highly recommend 30min Hit Gym!

30 Minute HIT has been everything and more. I found 30 Minute HIT through ClassPass and figured I’d give it a try. I did 3 months through ClassPass and not one time was I pressured or even asked to drop ClassPass and get a membership and I thought that was really incredible. So many gyms (and businesses in general) push their memberships. And I get it. It’s a business and a business can’t run without money. But this is one example of how Kim and Matt really are in the business of making women stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. Their number one priority is the women who walk through their door.

I’ve mostly been on the floor with Kim and Shannon and I love them both. They are great motivators without breathing down your neck. Kim isn’t afraid to push you further, always reminding me that I’m badass who can do hard things. She gets loud without being intimidating or rude and always takes the time to make sure the technique is correct so you don’t hurt yourself. Shannon is one of my favorite motivators. She doesn’t focus on physical strength as much mental strength. She’s constantly reminding me that my power comes from my belief in myself and I have found myself repeating her words of encouragement when I find myself in tough moments.

30 Minute HIT is 30 minutes of slowing down your mind, pushing your body to go further and is one of the best workouts I’ve done.

I now hold a membership and if I’m being completely honest it’s solely because I want to support this small business. I believe in their purpose and I hope more women find the courage to try something new by giving this gym a shot. You won’t regret it.

By the worst experience for my wife. My wife is one of the strongest people in the world. She has been through miscarriages and 3 successful pregnancies with one being twin babies. All through infertility and in vitro. She has dealt with strong postpartum
Depression and made it through strong. My wife was trying to find a place to get her body and mental strength and state back on track. She found 30 minute Hit. At first it was a great fit for her and she felt welcomed and helped on her journey. But once they signed her up and locked her up in a contract that all changed. She liked that it was all women only but let the owners husband can teach classes. Doesn’t make sense. But on her second visit after she signed up and paid the large upfront fees it all changed. First they body shamed her by making comments about her feet and how much they sweat. That she needed to do something about that. Then as she was doing her session they said she was hitting to hard to do it easier which ended up not being a work out it felt like they did not care about being part of her journey anymore but more about getting another member. She tried to talk to them but they continued on and made her feel worse about the way she was performing and also again making comments about her feet and sweat. From body shaming to attacking her self esteem, I had enough. She came home in tears, tears stronger than I have seen her in her postpartum depression. I told her she did not have to go back. We called and explained this all to them and they didn’t care. They explained your in a contract and it doesn’t matter. So unprofessional and harsh towards women. Stay away from this place there are so many others that are better around here. We found the perfect one and we both go and it is amazing and they are motivated and so professional and nice. It feels like family is helping you achieve your goals. Not like this place 30 minute Hit. They are about signing up women and contracts and that’s it. The worst.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I think my experience might help others decide whether this gym is a good fit for them. I joined 30 Minute Hit Fit earlier this year after a great trial class. I liked the workout — it was intense, efficient, and felt like I was learning self-defense skills as well. I signed a six‑month contract at $134/month, which was expensive for me, but I believed it was worth it. About a month before my contract ended, I injured a chest muscle during a workout. My doctor advised me to avoid impact exercises for at least two weeks. I informed the staff, who kindly suggested modifications, but I decided to let my body fully heal. Shortly after, I lost my car in an accident, making it difficult to get to the gym. A team member later reached out saying they’d see me soon. I replied that I wasn’t coming back and explained why. The owner then texted me to say that because it was already after the 15th of the month, my membership would automatically renew on a month‑to‑month basis. I was shocked. When I reviewed the contract again, I noticed it stated that renewal was “at the sole discretion of the school.” I asked if he could waive the fee but received no reply. When I met with the owner in person, my boyfriend came with me. Both of us found the conversation very uncomfortable. The owner seemed unsympathetic to the fact that I had both an injury and no transportation. He asked if my doctor had told me not to do impact exercises for two weeks, and I confirmed that she had. He didn’t ask for proof, but I would have gladly provided it if requested. Although we pointed out that the contract made renewal discretionary — meaning he had the choice to waive the charge — he repeatedly told me I had signed the agreement. When my boyfriend mentioned that this was not a corporate policy forcing him to charge me, the owner replied, “Well, corporate doesn’t pay my rent.” Ultimately, he declined to make an exception and required payment for the additional month. I understand that he had the legal right to do this, but I was disappointed by how unwilling he was to work with a customer who had been enthusiastic about the program but was genuinely unable to attend. If you’re considering this gym, I recommend reading the contract carefully, especially the automatic renewal clause. The workouts are excellent, but whether exceptions are made is entirely at the owner’s discretion.

**Update in response to Owner**
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the time and effort taken to provide a detailed response, and I’m glad that you acknowledge I was committed, improving, and enjoyed the workouts during my time at the gym.

However, what stands out most in your message is what’s missing: any genuine understanding or empathy for a customer who faced both a physical injury (which happened in late June, not April as you stated) and an unexpected transportation issue. While you’ve restated the technicalities of the contract, you’ve also made it clear that adhering to those terms — rather than exercising the discretion granted to you in the agreement — was your top priority.

As I pointed out in my original review, the contract clearly states that renewal is at the sole discretion of the school. That means you had the choice to show flexibility when a customer encountered unforeseen challenges and gave you notice shortly after the 15-business-day window. Instead, you chose to enforce an automatic renewal and charge for an additional month — not because you had to, but because you decided to.

Your response confirms exactly what I hoped to communicate to others considering this gym: the workouts are excellent, but the experience comes with a strict business mindset that leaves little room for compassion or flexibility. I fully accept that I signed an agreement, but I also believe that the true test of a business is how it treats its customers when real-life issues arise.

Thank you again for the workouts and the opportunity to clarify my experience.

I decided it was time to do something different—I wanted to see a real change in myself. So, I walked into 30 Minute Hit for the first time and gave it everything I had. Honestly, I thought I might die that first session… but I didn’t. And afterward, I felt amazing.
So I went back. And then I kept going.
Now, I’m starting to see real results—not just physically, but mentally too. One of the biggest changes is my self-confidence.

One of the things I love most about 30 Minute Hit is how easily it fits into my life. There’s no set class schedule, so you can go when it works for you. And since it’s only 30 minutes, it’s easy to squeeze in—even with the crazy schedule that comes with being a mom and a business owner.

If you’re thinking about doing something for you… this is it. 💪

After being a member for nearly a year, I can say with certainty that 30 Minute Hit is an absolute game changer! As someone who would make excuses for not working out, the program leaves no room for excuses because of the flexibility to be able to start a circuit on your time. The 30-minute circuit is fast paced, empowering, and addictive. I always leave the gym feeling energized and ready to start my day.

The workouts are amazing. They combine boxing and core exercises that are incredibly effective and designed for woman. Although the stations are challenging, they can be modified to fit your capabilities. The variety of exercises presented to each member is what keeps things exciting. I can honestly say that I am always challenged and never bored.

For me, what truly sets this gym apart from all of the others in the area are the trainers. Each trainer is supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They will definitely keep things engaging and motivating. They will push you, in a good way, when needed, correct your form so that you are getting the most out of your workout, and always be right there to help celebrate your accomplishments. I always walk into the gym feeling welcomed and a valued member. It's honestly what keeps me coming back.

If you are looking for a fun, empowering, and time-efficient workout where you actually see results, I highly recommend signing up for a trial class at 30 Minute Hit!

I did a free trial with a current member and even though, I am unable to sign up as a member myself, due to schedule restraints, I definitely recommend 30 Minute Hit. It is an overwhelmingly positive and encouraging environment as well as helping those who might feel intimidated by the gym or self defense.

I found 30 Minute Hit on Instagram one day and decided to try it out as I am currently on my weight loss journey and wanted something quick but intense due to my schedule and lifestyle.

From the moment I walked in for my trial, the atmosphere was extremely welcoming and the energy was so high.

I’m someone who gets bored easily and can be intimidated going to the gym not knowing what to do. That was NOT the case here. The setup is so cool. There are trainers on the floor to not only encourage you but to help with formation and modifications if need be, with multiple stations set at 2 minutes each before you know it your 30minutes is up.

I’m excited to see where I’ll be in 90days. Fingers crossed one will open up back home in Connecticut 😊

I remember when 30 Minute Hit was advertising and I couldn’t wait to get thru the doors. I was very dedicated to my workouts until I hit a low and I was in a very dark place in my life. I didn’t go to the gym for about 8 weeks. While I was out, Kim, Matt and the trainers checked on me to see if I was okay. I honestly feel like they helped save my life. I cannot say enough positive things about one of my favorite places to be. When I’m there, I feel like a new person each time I enter and leave the building. My life has not been the same since they moved in 💕

This place is the absolute best! I thought I was in shape until I came here, hahaha. The circuit is amazing and gives you an incredible workout in only 30 minutes. As mom it helps that there is an area my kids can play and watch me workout, which is the best example I can give them. I’m already getting stronger and the added benefit of trainers on the floor gives me the motivation I need to push myself further. 30 Minute Hit in Minneola is just what I needed! As a mom who works full time from home, I struggle to find some “me time” especially when it involves getting out of the house bh myself let alone squeezing in a workout. I’ve been struggling a lot with stress and getting an opportunity to HIT it out has been so helpful to mental health. The workout that comes with it is an added bonus to my physical health as well! Everyone at 30 Minute Hit Minneola has been amazing thus far (especially owners Kim & Matt, and trainers I’ve worked with so far included Shannon, Emmie, and Victoria)! Everyone’s super nice, accepting, supportive, and encouraging!
