4Fitness offers personal training and small group classes in a comfortable private setting. Your fitness needs are unique and your fitness program is custom designed to help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals. All programs are designed with joint safety as a priority and an emphasis on a holistic approach to strength, core, cardio and flexibility training with both low and moderate impact programs offered for clients of all ages.

The 4Fitness boutique welcomes experienced as well as first-time exercisers. Our goal is for every client to have the privacy, undivided attention, and compassionate fitness experience they deserve.

Wow, what a hidden gem! I found this studio through a fitness app and so glad I did. The studio was surprisingly large - so spacious! Photos don't make it justice. There's a large exercise area and even a comfortable lounge area with table, couch, and chairs. Each space was meticulously clean.

Also, the owner is so sweet and knowledgeable. I went in for an Aerial Yin yoga Friday morning and it was so relaxing and soothing to the soul. This will definitely be a new regular fitness studio for me - I cannot wait to try their other fitness classes next week!

I had the most incredible experience at Flying Pilates, and it’s all thanks to Tracie! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and confident, even though I was new to aerial fitness. Her energy is contagious, and she has an amazing way of breaking down movements so they feel both fun and achievable.

Not only did I get an amazing workout, but I also left feeling stronger, more flexible, and totally empowered! If you’re looking for a class that will uplift both your body and your spirit, Tracie’s Flying Pilates is a must-try. I can’t wait to come back for more!

I had a good first impression and workout with the bungee class! Definitely challenging but fun. I booked a few more workouts and paid for them up front due to the discount. However, life happened and I wasn’t able to make those classes so I asked for a refund. I was told NO, but I could reschedule. I explained my situation and that I wasn’t able to attend classes currently and was told I could only reschedule but not get a refund. I wasn’t able to reschedule at that time due to my current situation. She would have had my business 100% once I was able to workout again, but not refunding my money that was paid for services that weren’t rendered, I’m very upset. Going through a hardship in life, and I’m still down that $$, I would NEVER recommend her or her company.

I have been going to classes at 4Fitness for over a month now and it has been the best experience EVER!!! Tracie is wonderful! Classes are small but that's what I was looking for. There is a varied age range in the classes which is great also. I have tried all classes except the Ariel Yoga only because I am not flexible enough and most of the class you are hanging upside down and that just does not go well with sinus issues!! All the classes are great and you are working out without realizing you are doing so, the classes are 30mins which fits great into a busy schedule plus by the end of that 30 mins you are sweating your butt off and are down by that point!! You can also take multiple classes in a day (which I have done and it's great) as long as there is an opening. So take a peak at some of the classes and come join some fun workouts!!

UPDATE- I am a refular at 4 fitness now, going usually 2x per week! I absolutely love all of the classes that I have taken! Great strength work, stretching, and cardio! SurfSet, Flying pilates, fly bungee, total toning, aerial yin yoga...all fabulous!Went in for Aerial Yoga and loved it! Can't wait to try more classes! Tracie is awesome! Tracie rocks!

I absolutely love this place. I have a terribly bad back and my aging joints hurt. I took the flying bungee class. I loved it. That evening and the next day there was no extra pain. Tracey makes the class fun while giving you a tough workout. If you need a break, no problem, take a minute and catch your breath. I have taken 5 or 6 flying bungee classes and I just tried the total toning. I have always hated working out and this is fun. Classes are small. Maximum of 6 people so you get all of the attention that you need. The classes are only 30 minutes. In 30 minutes you get your cardio as well as the resistance of the bungee. If your thinking about doing this just go for it!

First things first…Tracie is the bomb! Second, floating Pilates class was way more fun than I anticipated!! She had me doing movements leaving my booty and core muscles engaged and fired up. She is a great instructor using easy to understand cues paired with a charismatic personality. She had me laughing most of the time! :) It was a great experience on my first visit at 4Fitness. I definitely want to bring my girlfriends in for a private class very soon. Thank you Tracie!

I cannot recommend this place more. As a dentist I have suffered from debilitating back pain over the years which was getting to the point of jeopardizing my livelihood. I knew I needed to improve my core muscles with the aid of a very knowledgeable and experienced Personal Trainer. Thankfully, I found Tracie who immediately identified my issues and put me on a workout regimen to fix what was broken. One hour a week of training with Tracie has made a world of difference and the chronic back pain that could have cut my career short is all but gone. Ive been a client of Tracie’s for years now and have no intention of quitting. She is excellent at what she does, extremely knowledgeable, and accommodating to my changing schedule.

I admit I don't like working out, so the time and efficiency of Tracie's workouts is terrific! Tracy is fantastic to work with. She is down to earth and she really loves how she is able to person gain and or maintain muscle strength. I had ti take a break from her training because of illness. But i am looking forward to start again. She will interview with and identify where you need improvement. I enjoyed coming in to work out.
