I’ve been training with Jason for two years and I love it! It’s the only workout I’ve been able to continue for more than a few months. I appreciate Jason’s direction and feedback; his knowledge of nutrition and exercise science are so helpful in my journey to become a healthier and stronger woman! He makes workouts fun and I feel so much better every day I am there. I also appreciate the easy scheduling on the app!

This is my favorite gym! Think classic gym with cutting edge training. I love everything about it...the trainers, the people, the environment. Jason is simply the best! He has designed a personalized exercise program for me at my current fitness level, has given me realistic goals, and guides me through injury free workouts. Jason has also incorporated lifestyle advice and motivation to help with long term success. He explains the science behind every movement and the importance of good nutrition. At the end of every workout I feel strong and energized!!! So grateful!!!

Coach Lane is exceptional—constantly learning and bringing new knowledge into his programming. He tailors workouts to individual goals while focusing on fixing imbalances, improving muscle activation, and ensuring proper movement patterns. Injury prevention is a priority, which gives me confidence in pushing myself while staying safe.
Beyond the physical benefits, my mental strength has also improved since joining. Coach Lane isn’t just a great coach; he’s a dedicated family man who genuinely cares about his clients’ progress, both inside and outside the gym.
