The exercise program focuses on strength training and cardio in a 30-minute, circuit-style format. With no class times, you can work out at our gym on your schedule because a new workout starts every three minutes. It’s always fun to attend a different 9Round when I’m traveling and this 9round was amazing! I love that they offer off hours for their gym members to be able to still get a workout in when it’s convenient for them. I love doing pad work with a trainer and I prefer that, however on those days that work runs late etc it would be nice to have that option to still get a workout in. I like that if coming in on off hours and even with the trainer, they have the computer screens showing you how to do the exercises and that there is a countdown on the screen. This gym and the trainers were very welcoming to me and it was great to get a workout in even on vacation. Highly recommend!!

I've never been a gym person and whenever I'd try to stay consistent, I always failed. The trainers associated with this gym and the exercise itself has made me love the gym. Big shout out to Trainee Karen who has been nothing but amazing. She assisted during my first FREE workout and still continuous to push me and makes being in the gym fun. I love seeing my regular trainers and I love the push as it keeps me going. Thank you all for what you do!

The staff is friendly and the owners truly care about their members and staff. I strongly recommend trying it out, first workout is free!

I had to update my review, unfortunately in the middle of the 1 year contract the club changed their open hours, so it was only open in the mornings or evening time, but initially I was signing up to be able to visit club at my lunchtime.. so I could not visit it for 2-3 month, before they changed that to new hours (self workout) Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership and was trying to resolve my last payment, because I haven’t visited club in more than 2 month, but the lady on the phone was not willing to help me with that… referring me to a year contract … so I guess that the contact is only working for one side … but not for a customer’s… 🤨

I have been coming to 9Round Dr Phillips for a month now and it has been an awesome experience! All of the trainers are super nice and supportive. Everyone makes me feel comfortable. Going to the gym can be a very nerve-racking experience, but trust me, you will do well here. It’s a safe space with no judgment or pressure. I’m a very anxious person, so if I can do it then you can too!

Love these workouts! They are different every day and the trainers keep you in great form while keeping the energy high! If you are like me and want to take a class but need them to start when you are ready 9ROUND is perfect. Every round lasts 3 minutes so you jump in when you are ready. Work out hard and 30 minutes later you’re done.

9 round is the best workout I have ever committed to. I have done it over 400 times and its the variety and intensity you set with the help of trainers is the key. You can do almost anything for 3 minutes and you do that 9 times with 30 second breaks. The staff at this location are awesome as is the manager and I highly recommend it to anyone regardless of skill set since you can learn so much and surprise yourself what you are capable of. 5 stars for sure!

It caters to YOUR busy life schedule with extreme flexibility by not having any specific class times. You simply jump into the circuit training consisting of 9 rounds of work. When you are done, you will feel so accomplished! The rounds are a combination of cardio and resistance training which is amazing! You get everything done in 30 minutes and the trainers are great! Kayla, the owner, is a consummate professional and has her heart in this business. I recommend this gym if you want to be a part of a healthy community with extreme flexibility. Once you give them your credit card/debit informaron. trying to cancel they will try to nab another monthly payment from you before you go. i was forced to lock my card trying to cancel and they tried to charged me for 2 months of payments and threatening me that if i don’t pay it will go to collections. don’t recommend

I’ve never stayed consistent with a workout routine until now. My husband and I go together and help keep each other accountable- almost like a date night! I love how quick this workout is, and that you never repeat the same workouts. I burn more calories here at 9round in 30 minutes than I did in a one hour spin class!! This facility supports and encourages women and people who are unfamiliar with a kickboxing/cross fit workout- you never feel embarrassed or judged to do the workouts within your own capabilities.

The beauty about 9Round is all you have to do is show up. No planning your workout or tracking results, they literally do that for you. It’s a full body workout and you leave feeling accomplished, also winded lol... but accomplished. It can appear to be pricey but once you factor in the included trainer, equipment, results tracking and unlimited visits. You will find it’s comparable if not less than other gym packages. Might not be for everyone, but for me, it’s exactly what I desire in a workout.
