This is one of the best outside workout stations/calisthenics parks I have been to thus far. I live in NYC and thankfully we have them everywhere and I dare say we have some of the best.

This spot in Daytona (of all places) definitely has a lot of the spots in NYC beat and are just as good as many of the stations in NYC.

There's the basic pull up and dips but there's so much more to work with then just the typical calisthenics station. Adjustable platforms for jumping/stepping, ropes, different kinds of holds akin to rock climbing, rings, smooth turf and so much more.

The one minor negative is that there's no shade for those of you who may be concerned about that. I know I am. And I also don't like the fact that it's right by the parking lot and the middle of many shops. It's just weird to me, being from NYC where all the calisthenic parks are actually in parks. Actually, most calisthenic spots I have been to anywhere in the world are usually in parks. This spot is in a shopping area, so it was a weird vibe. I'm not used to cars parking and people going shopping around while I'm exercising.

Otherwise, this is one of the best outside fitness stations I have been to anywhere in the world. Just wish it wasn't in the middle of a shopping area because that does bother me. Other than that, its fantastic.

It's a free workout area, but it seems quite dangerous. The metal gets extremely slippery with the smallest amount of sweat.
