About the Club

We are a small private fitness studio located in West Palm Beach, 5 minutes from Palm Beach. We specialize in restorative and corrective exercise, sports specific training, manual movement therapy and massage.

We cater to clients with post surgeries conditions to sport specific training.
We offer private instruction and semi private classes.
We also newly opened OPEN GYM SLOTS to help regain the level of fitness using Pilates, Yoga, Medical Massage. Our therapy tools include the Pilates Cadillac, Chairs, Reformers, Red Cord Suspension and Anti-Gravity Yoga, DC Current Neurostem, Guasha Cupping, Kinesio Taping, Graston Technique, Neurokinetic Therapy, Scar Tissue Release, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage.

This studio is a hidden WPB gem. Intimate studio with hands-on guidance and modifications focused on proper form, alignment, and encouragement. Lydie is one of the greats. My husband and I were visiting on vacation and I was craving a top notch reformer Pilates class. Being from the NYC area, my bar is pretty high for a good class. I’m used to smaller settings, hands on corrections, and challenging (to the right degree and safely) exercises. We took Lydie’s reformer class with just us and one other person. It was the perfect combination of stretching and challenging exercises that leaves your body feeling amazing. Lydie was able to provide modifications throughout the class to ensure we were doing the movements properly to avoid any injury. We enjoyed her class so much we ended up booking massages for my husband and I and setting up a semi private class. She is so accommodating, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and overall effective. I wish we lived here as we definitely would be regulars!

After being crippled for 2 weeks from twisting my knee Lydie fixed me in 15 minutes! She released the muscle in the back of my knee and put on K-tape. I am 83 years old and walking again!! Thank you, and applause, Lydie!! You are magical!

Lydie was referred by a friend and what a blessing. I walked in to see her for a private consultation with one knee that had never recovered full extension nor flexión for 25 years post ACL repair which had included Physical therapy. In one session of Lydie massaging and stimulating the scar I walked out with full extension and flexión to that knee. She is a great Pilates instructor. Highly recommend.

I would like to say I have never done Pilates in my life! This is my first time ever and I look forward to my classes, rain or shine! I have been going for 6 months now, and I have noticed a huge difference! My right hip used to hurt me and every -since I started doing Pilates, I have no more pain! I have also noticed that I have better posture and better flexibility.

This place is a SCAM. The schedule is 100% not accurate there’s not even a real Pilates classes going on daily. The woman messaged me with an attitude. Wouldn’t answer phone calls cause she was with a client. This is not a studio that you can just book to go to a class they freaking took my money but clearly don’t care about ever getting me into a class cause is a scam. At least if clients not happy & it wasn’t what you are actually advertising give their money back. Not give them attitude

I practise Latin & Rythym dance. I am 68 years old with a prior back injury & asthma. Lydie at Aerial Bodies has addressed my back issues with excellent pilates & yoga technique. Been doing yoga & Pilates for over 20 years & Ariel yoga is new to me, but I can’t believe the results in just six sessions. I’m naturally tight & have a muscular body. Lydia is "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" I was injured approx 2 years ago and walked with a limp. Although i went to a chriopractor 3 times a week for approx 6 months - i sitll limped and was in pain. I read good things about aerial pilates and had a consultation with lydia. within the first hour she was able to diagnoise the issue; as well as, an injury I had 45 years ago. Within 2 weeks (4 sessions) of doing the GRASTON Techinique & Cupping Method - I am now walking without a limp. The scare tissue from both injuries has dimenshed signaficantly and i feel like i am on the right path for recovery. Lydia listens to your body (not the excuses) and sets in motion a plan for better health physically and mentally. Lydia knows what she is doing and EVERYONE should experience her powerful hands and depth of knowledge.

I was doing pilates for many years in California and once I moved back to Florida I went to different studios but I never felt fulfilled. I felt out of place, like you were just another person, movements were not being properly corrected, and real traditional pilates was not being taught.

Then I went to Aerial bodies and met Lydie. She is "the real deal". Every session with her feels like a new learning experience. I am much more aware of my body, my posture and most importantly how to connect so you function better.

Lydie is deeply passionate and a master at her craft. Every time she greets you with joy and shows that she truly cares.

Even now after the reopening during COVID, her place is kept very clean and feels safe. I cannot recommend her enough :)

I give the highest recommendation possible for the Pilates classes at AerialBodies. Lydie is far and away the best Pilates instructor I have ever had. The classes are extremely small and everyone gets such individualized attention on how they can improve their performance of the exercises, as well as how to modify them in the event of an injury. I have had a toe issue for a number of years now, and as a result, I have had other injuries due to altering how I walked. Lydie immediately noticed this and helped to correct the root of the problem--which included improving form, posture, and doing toe strengthening exercises. As a result of her guidance, I am now able to walk without severe pain with every step--for which I am so grateful!

I highly recommend Lydie. She is amazing. I have a bad back and she knew exactly what exercise I should do to help my back. She knows how to make the class challenging if it needs to or just relaxing and stretching.
She is very personable.
My husband hurts his hip at Crossfit. She gave him a therapeutic massage. He came to her walking in pain, the next day he was fine. She called 2 days after to check on him and kept giving him advise.

I first came to Aerial Bodies for back pain and I had a neuromuscular massage with Lydie. I’d never had one before and I’m so glad I did! She has an amazing ability to pinpoint the areas of your body that need work and stretch your muscles and ligaments to alleviate pain. She taught me ways to adjust my posture and stance to improve my chronic back pain and it’s been life changing!

Thank you Lydie! After years of chemo and other cancer treatments including 2 stem cell transplants, I had a stroke in April. My muscles in my arms, legs, hands and feet were so stiff and weak that I could barely walk or open a jar. Having gained 20 pounds of water weight due to swelling in my arms and legs I was miserable. After a few pilates sessions and lymph massages with Lydie I have lost the 20 pounds and am able to feel my toes again! Great place! This is my first go at Pilates and what a wonderful experience. It’s only been 2 weeks so far and I’m already seeing great results!

Update: 3 months into coming here, I am stronger, more active and am fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to use for a year! It’s not hard, the instructors are knowledgeable and guide well! I highly recommend Aerial Pilates.

What can I say about The owner Lydie, She is a talented water skier who I met years ago. First as a Pilates instructor & then as my Masseuse. She really knows how to improve your body by making u stronger, become more flexible and have a stronger core. Ariel bodies is absolutely amazing!! And so is Lydie. It's nice to go somewhere where Lydie cares so much and helps you all through your workouts. I am starting my fourth week and after class this past Saturday . The owner Lydie at Ariel Pilates who is truly a gem wanted me to weigh myself. I couldn't believe my eyes I lost 11 lbs. After all of the brutal workouts Orange Theory La Fit. Boot camps I never saw results as I am seeing now. With a good diet and four day work out at Ariel I'm in heaven. I am a breast cancer survivor. Chemotherapy and radiation left my muscles weak and energy level extremely low. I am taking private sessions in pilates from Lydie and in 1 month, I ALREADY feel more energized and I am gaining muscle strength in my arms and legs! I have been taking pilates reformer classes from Lydie at Aeriel Bodies for 2 1/2 years religiously! I noticed a huge difference in my body, strength, flexibility, and sleep. Her classes are small and intimate, you feel like it is a private lesson.
