1on1 fitness training with a Certified Personal Trainer and former D1 collegiate athlete in a comfortable private studio. Here we will learn vital exercise techniques that will allow you to perform the movements in a safe and controlled manner.
With over 20 years of fitness experience and working with some of the top collegiate coaches, I will guide you towards positive results. I use a systemized, exercise-science based approach geared towards your specific goals; by assessing your starting fitness levels; from there we progress at an appropriate pace for you.

I began working with Alex to get my groove back. Opening a business lead to me slacking on the gym to the point of not going at all. Alex provides knowledgeable training with an emphasis on safe practices that reduce the chances of injury and increase your overall mobility. These are critical to me as I come from a powerlifting background and have a ton of existing injuries. Beyond that, his style of caching is incredibly motivating and makes you excited to be working out with him. If you are someone who doesn't like crowds or working out around people, Alex's private gym conveniently located off of 75 in temple terrace is also a perfect option for you. As a fellow personal trainer with a different skill set than Alex, I can confidently say that I'm very impressed with him and thankful for his wide knowledge base and skill set.

I am 66 years old and have recently had my right shoulder replaced 3 times as well as arthroscopic surgery on my left shoulder. I tried multiple physical therapists and none of them were able to strengthen my shoulders AND get rid of the pain. I saw an advertisement for Alex’s Fitness and gave him a call. We discussed my issues and he convinced me to work out with him. That was the best decision I could have made. We now work out 3 times a week and I have gained full use of both shoulders with little to no pain. I have made so much progress that I am going to rejoin my country club and start golfing again. I enjoy working out with Alex and highly recommend you do the same.
