We offer functional full body workouts for all levels in our a one-of-a-kind outdoor fitness space! We train in small motivating groups, no more than 12 athletes, for a more personal training experience. If you're looking for a custom plan tailored to your specific needs or goals we provide one-on-one coaching as well. See you outside!

I took one class with Sarah at AOD while visiting family in Stuart and the only change I'd make is going there earlier in my trip so I could take multiple classes. I love that it's outdoors, the community is super welcoming (I was nervous that I'd feel out of place) and Sarah put together a challenging, well-balanced workout. I'll absolutely be back during my next visit.

What a find! I took two classes while on vacation (first one is free!). Sarah was welcoming and motivating. All Outdoors Fitness is hands-down one of my favorite parts of the day. It’s not just a place to work out—it’s a community that makes you want to keep coming back. Sarah Wickstrom, the trainer, is the best. She’s not pushy or intense—she’s just genuinely committed to your success. She’s organized and consistent, running classes 5–6 days a week, and she really cares about helping each person on their own fitness journey.
As a busy working mom, finding an outdoor gym like this has been a game changer. I’ve gained confidence, found my groove again, and feel strong enough to get back into the sports I loved pre-mom life — like surfing. AOD isn’t just a gym; it’s a boost of motivation that carries over into my work life and everyday happiness. Can’t recommend it enough. First class is free—just go!

The "gym" of my dreams!! AOD is the most welcoming group of people of all ages and backgrounds. I love being outside and enjoying Florida for what it is! Sarah is an incredible instructor in that she is both approachable and motivating. Her workouts are always changing and keeping us all on our toes. AOD has made life enjoyable again. At 58, I had so many aches and pains that I lived a miserable existence. Then I started AOD at the urging of a good friend.The workouts aren't easy but they are designed so that they aren't too overwhelming and I know I can do them in small reps. The exercises help strengthen functional muscles and in turn relieve the strain on my joints. "Motion is the lotion", as one of the Tribe has said. If you are hurting, you gotta try AOD. Plus it's pretty cool to look up at blue sky and trees when you workout. Great group of people. Kinda brilliant of Sarah. I will always be grateful for how much AOD has improved how I feel everyday.

Thos place is a little slice of exercise heaven. Sarah, the owner is knowledgeable, kind and sets up awesome and challenging workout circuits and stations.

I travel to Stuart every few months. Once I discovered AOD Fitness, I do a class with Sarah everyday when in town! AOD is the exact type of environment and workout I was looking for. I enjoy the small group setting and everyone is super welcoming. I appreciate the individual attention and modifications Sarah provides for my 53 year old body as needed. The workouts are always different and I like how they push me out of my comfort zone. I also like how everyone in the class goes at their own pace, but gives their all, which inspires me to keep going, especially on hot Florida mornings😊 I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 20 years and have worked with many instructors. If you’re looking for a home-gym away from home, AOD is it! As a 30 year old who moved from Denver with 100 gyms on every corner - I was really hoping that Stuart would have a boutique gym that felt fun, supported local and had a good community. I could NOT be happier with All-Outdoors Fitness. The trainer is 10/10 and the vibes she created are immaculate- and of course, the workouts are challenging yet fun. I am in no doubt in better shape physically and mentally because of AOD!!!

This outdoor fitness group is such a unique wonderful spot in south Florida. There are so many benefits baked into my experience at All Outdoors Fitness - being outside, being a part of a health oriented community, and having a coach like Sara who challenges me to extend myself and keep going. I don’t do Gyms and haven’t worked out consistently since I left college sports, but when All Outdoors Fitness popped up, I was open to trying something new and different. AOD is the greatest gym! Working out in the outdoors is amazing! Everything is so nice and tidy and ready for our arrival! All-Outdoors Fitness is awesome! The HIIT training workouts vary each session and are always challenging and fun. The outdoor setting is serene and a peaceful place to escape and focus. Sarah is a great coach and motivator. She encourages, pushes you, and coaches without the intimidating approaches you’d encounter at other HIIT gyms. She truly wants the best for you, and individually shows each member that. Her creativity makes each class exciting and different, and she provides modifications for each exercise presented. She is flexible and willing to go out of her way to best help her members. Sarah and All Outdoors Fitness has been a blessing! Since starting at All-Outdoors Fitness, I’ve physically lost 16lbs, gained muscle, became stronger and faster. Consistently attending these workouts have also helped improve my mental and emotional well-being as well. I am thankful to have found All-Outdoors Fitness and am exciting for crushing more goals! 💪🏽

This is the perfect fitness option for anyone who has never loved the typical gym experience like me. In a beautifully designed open air, outdoor setting, Sarah leads small group workouts that are physically and mentally challenging and yet easily tailored to individual athletic capability. I was nursing a lower back injury in my first session and Sarah was careful to offer instruction that would make me stronger without hurting me further. The AOD spirit is exactly what Stuart, FL needed.
While the most gyms are und inside, with air conditioning etc., AOD jumps on the nature path which is becoming more & more important today.

A few weeks in and I already feel stronger and more confident! Each day is a different challenge with a variety of different exercises, including modifications! Sarah is awesome and keeps you motivated throughout the workout!

A fun experience lead but a seasoned professional athlete/trainer offering a full body fitness workout and get this…..outdoors. The outdoor space is chic, yet practical, convenient yet private and scenic yet useful. Group exercise outside a smelly crowded gym is impossible to come by. Having others to circuit with while receiving personal instruction on form, inspiration and guidance is a win win. I hope I can get my self back in shape before too many others find out about this concept😀 Motivated for growth.
