11/14/25: out of the blue, this Amped facility attempted to charge my card $1,000.00. So wild!! Obviously declined or will be disputed, but wow. Please be very careful with these ppl and stay on top of your accounts. Tune in if these idiots continue.

A cagey and despicable company. After relocating to a new state 2 years ago, Amped PP emailed me instructions to mail in a cancellation form. Did that but they claimed to have never received it, meanwhile, they are charging me monthly dues and training sessions even though I haven’t checked-in in months!! Anyways, after claiming they never got my cancellation request, I emailed them copies (several times, since I kept getting charges). What a headache of having to dispute the recurring charges with my CC company and Amped employees. A year later, I get a letter from an attorneys office, Aldous & Associates, on behalf of Amped demanding $1k for breach of agreement. Immediately spoke with the attorney to provide the same evidence, and thereafter, zeroed out my balance. Clearly saw no case for their client. It was an indescribable amount of stress and anxiety caused by Amped Pembroke Pines simply due to being a poorly managed company. Be very careful with these types of companies who are out to get you; read your contract, always make copies of everything, and put everything in writing!

I've been at this gym since it first opened. I was even on the notification list for it when it was getting built. So when I say this gym has been on a steady decline since it opened, that is no exaggeration. I work in Pompano, so I've had the pleasure of visiting that Amped location. It is like night and day. This location consistently has 5+ machines on a break for months and months one end. That is due to their negligence. Pembroke Pines Amped doesn't have any sort of maintenance crew. The 5+ machines don't include the AC or water fountains that are always down. As I'm typing they are currently down. If you have no other choice, get your work in, but if you do somewhere else. Member retention doesn't seem to be their concern. NOTE: I've update my satisfaction from 1 to 3. Many of my concerns have been addressed since the 5 months of posting. Major props for hiring and regular maintenance worker. Turn around time is a lot shorter. Thank everyone for the likes so Amped was able to see the message.

Have been going to this gym for over a year now, you can definitely tell the difference between the new management. It is much cleaner. There are actually people at the desk. The door during after hours actually shuts so strangers can't get in. The AC started working again. Finally. I have high hopes. I think for $17 a month a 24-hour gym. It's reasonable. I would still love if more people actually lost memberships due to being so weak they can't put the weights back. Or I would like a discount on my membership since I spend part of my workout organizing the gym so I can find what I need

Started coming here about 2 weeks ago; Gym is constantly dirty, bathrooms smell HORRIBLE. Literally disgusting, looks like a public New York restroom that hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

The amount of people who set up tripods and film is horrible. Staff doesn't care, so if you don't want to end up on some "influencers" page, be careful. The tripods are also just in the way, almost walked over one.

Machines are broken, cables aren't calibrated. Staff just walks around and does nothing for the most part.

Amped Fitness (Pembroke Pines) is highly recommended. My personal fitness trainer Ritchie Frimpong is an elite level fitness trainer. I met him at the gym while working out in which Ritchie was showing me the correct technique to complete a workout effectively as I wasn’t targeting my muscle correctly. Shortly after I ended up connecting with him and booking him as a fitness trainer. In about 6 weeks I started dropping weight lowering my body-fat-percentage and building muscle mass as it would have taken me longer if I continued to train on my own. Moreover, I highly recommend Amped Fitness (Pembroke Pines) and I highly recommend booking a fitness class with Ritchie Frimpong as he doesn’t disappoint.

In my life, I've never seen a gym so dirty and run-down. The machines are covered in dust, so much so that even in the dark, you can still see the dust. The equipment is covered in rust, and the floors and bathrooms are disgustingly filthy. It was my first time there, and I don't think I'll go back. It's a place where people go to exercise or get sick. I didn't see any kind of sanitation. Customer service is poor. Customers come in asking for information, and no one knows anything. They don't even give you a tour to show you what you're signing. There must be some kind of hygiene department that enforces the hygiene codes for these places.

• Instalaciones descuidadas: Muchos equipos estaban en mal estado o fuera de servicio, y pasaban semanas sin ser reparados.
• Falta de limpieza: Los vestuarios y baños casi siempre estaban sucios. Es un tema básico que no se puede descuidar, especialmente en un lugar donde se entrena a diario.
• Atención al cliente deficiente: El personal en recepción no es nada amable ni resolutivo. Cualquier consulta o reclamo parece molestarles.
• Clases sobrevendidas: Es imposible entrenar cómodo cuando no hay espacio ni equipamiento suficiente para todos.

Me parece que el precio no se justifica con el servicio que ofrecen. No lo recomendaría, al menos no en su estado actual.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con la administración de este gimnasio. Cancelé mi suscripción hace 4 meses, siguiendo todos los pasos que me indicaron, y aún así me siguieron cobrando la mensualidad y el fee anual como si siguiera activa.

I had a membership when they first opened and just signed back up. Highly dissatisfied. The bathroom smells like sewage, it was dirty with trash cans overfilled, no toilet paper in the bathroom, multiple broken equipment that were not even labeled as out of order, don’t get my started about the moldly/sweaty smell of every equipment you can tell none of the staff wipes down, it is always packed even at like 2am, and I watched how none of the members wipe equipment before or after use (gross no type of gym etiquette).. on top of all that the membership fees have went up lol the nerve. There is just so much wrong here, $32 plus another 15 for childcare and all these problems.. I chose this gym because it is 24 hours but I might go to planet fitness. At least they have clean bathrooms and staff onsite 24 hours keeping the facility clean. But judging by the amount of horrible reviews already no one gives a shit to even fix anything smh .

1 star because I couldn’t give less. I got a charged to canceled and got told it was because I wasn’t paying my monthly fees. They continue to charge me (so they didn’t even cancel my membership ) and it turned out that I WAS paying monthly. I been trying to get this issues resolved for three weeks and every time I call I am told they will call me back (Brooke & nic Pembroke Pines location). From the very first day I started at APMED Fitness, I felt welcomed by the entire team. All the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. Nick, the manager, is always available and willing to help with anything you need, and Noah, one of the trainers, is absolutely awesome — knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. Although I had a bit of a rough start initially, Nick handled the situation quickly and professionally, making sure everything was made right. His dedication to members really stands out. The gym itself is spacious, but they have a lot of gym equipment and toilets that do not work. Even the A/C does not work that well. One time, I began sweating even before I started exercising.
Also, I signed up for personal training sessions with Amped fitness (Pembroke) on May 27th. They failed to inform me that I would be agreeing to a 3 month contract. That was my bad because I should have read the fine print.
I received about 1.5 month of personal training sessions. I met with the trainer once a week.
The trainer that I had assigned to me essentially ghosted me. Yet I was being charged $54 every 2 week for a service that I did not received.
I waited the 3 months to speak to the manager about canceling the training sessions.
My request was submitted and denied, which is makes no sense. So they are essentially charging me for a service that I do not receive.
You cannot treat people like this.
Today, I received a notification from the trainer who ghosted me stating that I had a personal training session with her today. I texted her immediately to remove it because I did not train with her. I was not even in the gym at the time that she claimed that I trained with her. That is fraudulent.
Thankfully she did listen and canceled the training session.
I do not recommend this specific location in Pembroke.

Out of the four AMPed locations I’ve tried in South Florida, this is by far the worst. The A/C is broken and the entire gym is drenched in sweat, every machine, every bench, every corner. The lack of airflow makes it smell moldy and stale, and the old furniture only adds to the rundown vibe. With everyone sweating profusely, wet wipes are scattered on the floor, the trash cans overflow, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. They can’t even maintain the most basic standards. Plenty of competitors in the area do a far better job, you’re better off going to them.

I had a very disappointing experience at this gym. Here are my main concerns:
• No air conditioning – the gym is uncomfortably hot, making it very difficult to work out safely and effectively. IT IS HOT AND SMELLY WANTED TO LEAVE AFTER 5 MINUTES
• Unpleasant odor – there is a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the facility, which makes the environment feel unhygienic.
• Broken equipment – several machines don’t work properly, and it seems like repairs aren’t being prioritized.
• Limited equipment availability – even the machines that do work are often unavailable, leading to long wait times and frustration.
• Dirty bathrooms – the restrooms are poorly maintained and not cleaned regularly, which reflects badly on the overall upkeep of the gym.

Unfortunately, these issues made my experience very uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this gym unless major improvements are made.

I’ve been a member of this gym for 2 years, and unfortunately, it has gone downhill with no signs of improvement. The facility has not been upgraded or maintained properly. The gym is dirty, and there is no dedicated maintenance crew. Bathrooms are consistently disgusting, with stalls closed down, sinks without soap, and mirrors that are never cleaned. The sauna has an unpleasant odor, and machines are frequently broken with nothing more than a “taking a rest” sign posted for weeks at a time. Even the water fountains are unsafe, with red filter lights on clearly indicating dirty water, which is a health violation. On top of that, employee turnover is constant. Staff are overworked and expected to play handyman instead of being supported by management. For $26 a month, members should not have to deal with filth, broken equipment, and unsafe conditions. This gym prioritizes shortcuts over quality.

This club is on a major decline. PT Manager and Organization is very disorganized and unprofessional. I moved to Texas, which I mentioned to my trainer and the manager James back in January. I had a one year training program and I even paid the last month even though I didn’t get all the workouts in. I primarily go to amped (in pompano) and these two gyms are wildly different, this location (pembroke pines) has used sanitizer wipes everywhere on the floor (like what even is that), all the staff are huddled up in the front, but there’s a dirty gym and dirty bathrooms, how does that even happen. the place is soooo packed that you can’t even feel the air conditioning, like someone should be regulating the amount of people coming in and out of the gym or at least the temperature there’s no reason why it felt as if there wasn’t any air conditioning in the building. Also the private room ( for people who don’t want to be involved in the packed areas) closes at 9?! like what even is that. All of the machines are always taken all the time, couldn’t even get a good workout in because 45 minutes have gone by and I was still waiting for a particular machine.

I had set up a membership at this location accidentally instead of the amped in my hometown, I have since emailed multiple times, filled out the contact form on the website, and called with no answer. I found out 24hr fitness was closed. So, I decided to join Amp cause it's 24 hours and it has a basketball court. To go the first time and find the basketball court is closed 🤦‍♂️ it's ridiculous. I walked in and didn't even see a staff member to ask them why the basketball courts were closed. I read the reviews they close early cause people sneak in and leave trash everywhere. If this is happening, why not punish the people who do it instead of members who don't do that and have enough staff to monitor people's actions. There's no accountability.

One of the worst gyms in south florida. Always extremely packed with probably half the people not even being members. People just walk right in and hold the door for people. Other day a group of 5 or 6 teens walked in after door being locked and out of curiosity I watched to see who would scan or at least use their phones, not one. Filthy gym, rarley any equipment if not broken its being used by some inexperienced kid or someone lacking gym etiquette not racking the weights. I've been to many gyms, some of those owners do not play and the members respect the space.

Dirty gym, floor is coming up from different areas and creates a hazard for people walking. At least 5 pieces of equipment are “out of order” and unable to use. Started off well with an empty gym everything was clean in order,

After a few months it started having many issues, terrible smells in the bathroom, broken equipment insanely packed gym. Started going to the doral one then I realized they are all the same crap! Over packed, never maintained well.

I say they are this generations youfit.

They are also terrible customer service I tried cancelling my membership and they only let me go from like 9-5pm on week days before management leaves. I work all day so it’s not a viable option I have to leave or get to work early or late to do this. They won’t cancel it on the weekend. I call that being a thief! If you read the doral one reviews you will see they even had coaches hitting on the members without the member every showing any signs of approaching them. I rate this gym a 1.5/10.

The gym itself is spacious despite some machines are normally out of order. The trainers especially Arksana is amazing her energy is contagious.

Aside from that they have been giving me the run around about my cancelation. I called in, I was informed I had to come in to cancel. Done. Then I was informed I had to give a 30 day notice and nothing was noted about me wanting to cancel. Done. Then I'm still being charged despite I clearly informed them I could no longer continue the training session cause I'm moving out of town. Only to call AGAIN to be told, "my account was STILL ACTIVE" and that he's sorry and he'll close it now and I'll recieve an email confirmation. No email, no refund. I had to take a flight in town today, in order to go see a manager or a higher up TOMORROW. There's no communication among them and the run around to cancel a gym membership is sickening and disheartening.

I've come in many times before my initial move to verify my account was closed and to still be charged and have an account ACTIVE. After this experience, I'll NEVER be member even if I moved back in town.

This is an ok gym, I really go for their classes. Other than that, the gym is always packed around the times that I go with young kids. They have the basic machines, which need upgrading, and if you're a girl who loves working glutes and abductors, sometimes the machines don't work. I come back and forth to Gym on & off I just started back I use to have personal trainer here a year ago his name was Tevin he told me he was leaving the company and another Trainer was going to reach out to to finish my trainings it never happened. So I noticed that if I go to the gym earlier before any staff members come in I was not having 24 hour accessible access to go in to do in early morning work out so I have to go when staff comes in. So I decided ask the staff member who was in charge at the time he said he had to reach out to his district Taty manager I emailed her never got answer back, instead the team member at told me I had to finish up my trainings with a training to gain back that access which I felt was so unfair because no one else reached out to me as soon as Tevin left I explained to the team member who’s issue is that because no one ever responded after Tevin left it’s? He didn’t have any response to give . So it’s so much heat say ,very poor communication no real management never reach out to help resolve this issue I see new staff members
so it’s not always the same .

I love this gym, the lighting is amazing and they have a plentiful number of machines. Dirtiest gym I've ever been in. This place is so dirty, the walls, the floors, and the equipment are littered with garbage, wipes, empty water bottles, etc. And there is dust on everything. This place looks like it has never been cleaned before. From what I understand it is not staffed through the night and there's a problem with homeless people staying in here which would explain why it's so filthy. I'm honestly shocked. It's unsanitary.

I have been visiting the gym since they opened, Good Gym, it has a lot of space; however, some machines are consistently out of order and remain that way for weeks or even months. There are rarely managers available to address specific concerns. Employees tend to leave quickly. I’m reaching out because I need help canceling my Amped membership. I signed up in April 2024 for membership and personal trainer. But since my foot injury in May 2024, I haven’t been able to use the gym or the training services I’ve been paying for. I went to the location and spoke with a male manager to try canceling my membership as i was unable to use it, only to be told I'm unable to cancel the membership. Despite this, I’m still being charged every month for both the membership and trainer fees (which come out of my account monthly) I don't think it make sense to continue paying especially since I’m not using the services.

On top of that April will make it a year since i signed up, yesterday when I checked the membership app, I saw that membership was marked as a renewal, which is confusing since I didn’t give consent for that. How is that even possible?

Can you please let me know the correct procedure to cancel my membership and stop these charges? I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this issue.

Great gym however, unless you wanna wait behind 3 people for a single bench after you get off work, it's virtually unusable from the hours of 6pm -10pm on weekdays. Weekends and overnights are better. Having unstaffed hours after 9pm seems like a poor business model because if you are really determined, you can just ask someone to open the door for you to use it at night and most people would let you in and there's no one to kick you out. It's a free gym on late nights for the determined.

I visited Amped Fitness at 8333 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, on March 28, 2025, at 9:24 PM, and experienced an issue with how the check-in policy was enforced.

When I arrived, I followed the rules and scanned my barcode as required. A staff member at the front, who identified himself as Russ, stated that everyone must scan in. However, right after me, two other individuals walked in. Only one of them scanned their barcode, yet Russ did not ask the other person to check in. When I pointed this out, he simply responded, “I know them.”

This is completely unacceptable. I am not asking for special treatment—I am asking for equal and fair treatment. If the rule is that everyone must scan in, then it should apply to everyone, not just certain people. Knowing someone personally does not exempt them from following the same policies as every other member. If I have to scan in, so should everyone else. Otherwise, the rule is meaningless, and the inconsistency creates an unfair and unprofessional environment.

Beyond that, treating some members differently than others can create bigger issues. It fosters an environment of favoritism, damages trust between staff and members, and can even lead to unnecessary conflicts. Rules should be in place to maintain order and fairness—not to be applied selectively based on personal relationships.

Amped Fitness needs to ensure that all members are treated equally and that policies are enforced consistently. Selective enforcement is not only unfair but also sets a bad precedent for the gym’s standards. I hope management takes this issue seriously and makes the necessary changes to prevent this kind of favoritism from continuing.

Truly disappointed in this gym and how it’s being run. I signed up in December and started a personal training package. I unfortunately had to hold off on my training due to surgery and not being cleared.
The manager that was there at the time told me not to worry they would roll over my personal training that I was unable to use.
Finally, got clearance to work out and had two months' worth of personal training saved. I asked the front desk to cancel the personal training membership for now and was informed that only a manager could do that and to come in on Friday (I asked before the 30 days per contract) I came in and was informed that All managers had quit.
They put my name on a paper and said I was fourth in line to get a call from management as they could only cancel this.
Days passed still no call. Went back in and was told still no managers and the name went on another list.
Still, no call I have asked every week.
I sent a message from the website about wanting it canceled and my card not to be charged.
Well still no call and the card was changed

I understand being short-staffed staffed but making it impossible to cancel a paying membership is unacceptable.

The gym is cool, but for some reason I can never get them on the phone. I’ve been a paying member for the past 27 consecutive months, but for some reason my account isn’t in good standing and I allegedly owe +$700. This would be a terrific gym IF they followed through wuth their promise of cleanliness and enforcing their gym rules. Such as enforcing the rule of racking weights and wiping down equipment after use. They do not consistently provide cleaning wipes or have enough throughout the gym to use. The dumbell rack is constantly a mess and has missing dumbells. There is also a number of machines there that need to be tended to, i.e. uneven fly machine, shoulder press machine missing handle.
I would also strongly recommended replacing/moving alot of the less popular machines in the cable section for more cable stations.
One last note I'll add is I do believe this place does not keep the a/c temp low enough. It is always somewhat humid even during the slow hours.

Probably one of my most unpleasant gym experience. The evening front desk and female manager truly lack human empathy and professionalism. It seem like Amped is not known for kindness based on the other review I see on this site.

While signing in as a guest, I was not informed that I had to collect my drivers license before 9pm. Around 9:30pm, I went to collect my license and was told by the receptionist and front desk manager who was still present in the facility that I can not get my license because it is past 9pm and I have to return the next day to obtain it. When I point out that I live far and it is very dangerous to drive without a license, the staff reply with "then don't get pull over." When I shared that while they are talking to me, they could have obtain my license, they scream "rules are rules." Again I informed the manager, I was not told about their polices by her and the new hire when they signed me in. The manager continue to advise me to drive without a license and that she cant do anything.

I am not sure who train these staffs, but it seem like amped missed the empathy, professionalism and kindness part. This is what happen when you hire inexperienced managers. Amped seem to have a good gym and equipments but it seem like their staff might ruin all clients experience. Such a sad thing to see. I definitely do not plan to join or return to amped.

I hope you guys do better, people deserve better human treatment.

Rude staff, they clean the floor by blowing all the dust during busy hours and they don't even say sorry or a simple apology after throwing all the dust in your face, they keep doing it without caution, I didn't know it was a public park. Personally, I'm allergic to dust and this has already ruined my day. Also, they don't clean the machines properly. Great location, they are making changes & doing repairs. I decided to come to Amped because LA fitness is not 24 hours. Everyone working there is great, friendly & helpful. Ive been working out for a year & struggle. I decided to get help. Arksana & Heidy has changed my life in ways i never thought i could. They helped me understand my body since i have health problems. They are very supportive in this journey. They really find ways to impact you & most importantly they listen! If you need help i definitely recommend them both! Amped is such a great environment while those two are there! :) tell them i recommend you!

To add on GM James is incredible, i had some concerns & he ensure that they would be fixed & make sure i felt valued as a customer. He really is a true definition of a leader. He greets everyone that walks in. Make sure the gym is safe & functional!

Had a really bad experience today at this center on which i have been coming some time. I have overlooked at broken Equipment/dirty Bathrooms and everything else. But i do not overlook when someone treats Me specially when i am with my child. Came in today with a Guest and my child and of course my guest forgot her ID. I asked the staff member Lottie Nanocchio who called herself a Manager and she is(very far from that) because of how she behaved. She escalated the situation and refused to pass me with either the DM or the GM to see if i could Deescalate the situation. She said she was the front desk manager and laughed.
I, personally have seen staff members make an exception for other guests. Today, I had my toddler and it was raining and mind you i was staying there and also using the kids club. She refused to let us In because of my friend’s ID.
Which my friend had a picture and even asked her if she can leave her car keys or anything. My friend was considering opening a membership since she is moving to the area and now she refuses to because of how bad we were treated today.
There is Absolutely no Empathy, it was Raining and did not care if my child would get sick. I asked her to cancel my membership because i do not want this kind of environment and i hated how i was treated. She went ahead and canceled my membership with no hesitation not even offering to speak to another manager even when i asked to. They actually deducted my membership Today and usually they give you a month for the membership once is canceled. I have no membership and my money was taken.

Had to go back to Amped to Reinstate my membership so i don’t loose the month that was canceled.
I expressed my concerns but they didn't seem to care.

Incompetent and inconsiderate staff. Nearly nobody there knows how to do their job or follow through on any single given task. Only 2 people in the entire staff seem to know ANY of the actual rules or clauses in agreements. This gym is ok, would honestly give 3.5 stars but it won’t let me.

Pros:
Affordable at $10 a month (with annual fees)
Clean for the most part (the disinfectant spray and wipe really helps)
The sauna is a bonus. Not all gyms have a sauna. This place also has showers too

Cons:
While this is mostly the fault of gym members, most cardio machines are out of order. People abuse the emergency switch, it’s an emergency switch not a “my workout is done” button. Amped should start calling these people out, if not charge the people who do this.

It can get overcrowded to the point where you can’t even find parking.

Nitpicks:
The lighting, I get that the dark blue lighting is part of the brand but after a while it just feels depressing working out in there. Too dark

I don’t care much about the music being played BUT the music videos they allow to be played on the projector screens is disgusting. This is a gym not a night club. It’s a blessing when one of the projector screens breaks down.

The tailgate system is flawed too (after staffed hours). I got wrongly accused for tailgating. To avoid this, I wait until there is no one at the door but me.

Other gyms waste their money and trees providing piles of clean and dry paper towels for gym-goers to wipe and sanitize the equipment, only for the towels to be tossed away. Not so with the Community Spirit here at Amped! We all share a few small blue squares that have been lovingly pre-moistened by maybe a hundred users so far, and we get to share what truly comes from within. Thank you all at Amped!

I am highly disappointed in this location. The equipment is often either not working or extremely tattered. It’s always way too crowded. The weights are always scattered about making it hard to find anything. It is often times overcrowded making it hard to get a good workout in. And, the worst thing is the rags they offer to wipe down the equipment, it’s gross and highly unsanitary.

I had to go in and change my star rating because it seems as if the same complaints have been made for months yet there has been no change. I want to get back serious with my fitness journey and I made the grave mistake of signing up for this gym. As soon as my year is up I will be cancelling. This place needs a major overhaul.

Avoid this gym! After 5pm there is no staff on site which creates an extremely unsafe and uncomfortable environment. There are people doing drugs, having sex, constantly sneaking in, etc. In addition, they expect you to confront these criminals who are sneaking in or get charged $50 per incident. I wondered why they don't hire someone for $15 per hour to create a better environment, but then thought maybe it is more profitable to charge their paying clients $50 per incident. It's just a matter of time before something really bad happens at this gym.

11/16 - decided to call after reading the reviews how horrible this gym is… but still called to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was calling to ask regarding the memberships/personal trainer information… NO ANSWER and went straight to voicemail. Yikessss… I guess they don’t need business.

When I first signed up for the VIP membership a few years ago everything was awesome. Keep in mind the yoga room and the basketball court was opened at that time. They have since closed the yoga room and court because they found a used condom. Every single day you see a new rule posted for this location. They make it the members responsibility to watch the 24/7 door that’s always broken, to make sure no one extra walks in then threatens to charge members if someone does. YET they refuse to hire overnight staff as if it’s the member’s responsibility to keep an eye on the door. The bathroom are outdated and falling apart. There’s almost never toilet paper. Equipment is always down. Homeless people pretty much live in there after hours. The squat area is falling apart. Walls are broken. What are we really paying for at this location? I walked in this morning and of course there’s a new set of rules. Annnd before you say sent an email to them I have, plenty of us have. This location is absolutely horrible. To think planet fitness at least has 1-2 people there at all times. Having staff at all hours would solves so much but they rather keep blaming members.

**Inaccurate Class Schedule**
I joined Amped Fitness in Pembroke Pines for the classes, but the website schedule doesn’t match actual class times. I arrived for a yoga class listed online, only to find it wasn’t happening. When I raised this with staff, I was offered the option to take a picture of the flyer instead, but it would be far more helpful if the online schedule were accurate. General Manager consider updating it for better member experience. I would believe this should be a priority.

-sauna has bench and Hygiene has improved by alot
- update;‼️‼️HYGIENE HAS GOTTEN BETTER BY ALOT SO FAR.
-other than Sauna breaking down ocasionally, stays down about 3 days average.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Everyday there is a new sign threatening to cancel your membership. Like “no outside fitness or your membership will be revoked”. So you telling me I can’t jog outside? Not even that the sauna in the men’s room never works, the floor is lifting to the point people are constantly tripping or falling, the bathrooms are DISGUSTING, machines are always broken and take weeks to fix, and the TRAINERS always try to intimidate you. I get you can’t “train” people in there but if I’m coaching my mom on how to workout for the first time they consider that “training” and membership will get revoked or fined. Honestly for all these rules they have you would think it’s a luxury gym.

This place definitely deserves a zero star review from the type of people that work out here to the equipment to the staff. This is a trash box. If you are looking for the bare, minimum out of not only a gym but fitness experience then this is the gym for you. I canceled my membership and I would encourage people to go to planet fitness before I ever recommended this gym Utterly trash

Each time I walk in, I’m greeted by new, intimidating signs warning that my membership could be canceled for any infraction (literally a sign as soon as you walk in blocking your path and more all around the gym). Meanwhile, broken machines, a non-functional sauna, and a hazardous floor remain unaddressed. This environment feels more focused on threats than on providing a quality experience.
