Anaiis makes the belly dance class experience easy to follow, fun, and engaging for ppl at all levels! I felt welcome from my very first ever belly dance. She took the time to make sure I got the foundational moves down well so I can continue to grow. It’s been a great way to stay active & feel sexy.. what a good workout! It’s also amazing how encouraging and empowering all the women in the class are of each other. I’m so happy I started taking these classes!

Dancing is so much fun and such a good workout. I can’t drag myself to the gym, but dancing with Anais is empowering and has successfully reduced my low back pain by bettering my posture and strengthening my core muscles. So worth it
