I would not recommend this service NEVER. It is significantly more expensive compared to similar alternatives, and the cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Additionally, upon cancellation, they charge you for three full billing cycles—despite the cancellation taking effect within 30 days. I tried to call but no answer, I tried to cancel in other branches and they told me I have to cancel in the branch you sign in originally. I don’t need this kind of frustration and stress! 👎🏼

My husband and I are snowbirds and when we came down this year my husband had just gone through 4th stage lung cancer. The staff was so wonderful, friends really asking after his health. The machines are the latest technology and give you a wonderful workout. Now when I go home to Michigan I am going to try to find something comparable. Best gym ever!!! Got a great pump after I took one of their pre workouts. They have an awesome selection. It’s super clean and bathrooms were well maintained. Jennifer greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Courteous and wasn't upset by my questions and how things work with Silver Sneakers, what they where liable for and what I was liable for.
My consultation with Carlos was thorough. He was polite, friendly, courteous and definitely didn't mind me asking tons of questions (and I had a few). He showed me how to use the machines and when I came back, he didn't mind showing me again.

I started my membership last year. The gym itself is okay but I am writing about the poor customer service. They NEVER answer the phone but will swiftly contact you if something goes wrong with your payment on your account. I moved out of state recently. I have called numerous times to speak with someone about canceling. I have left countless voicemails and even emailed. I eventually get a text from Jennifer weeks later (she didn’t even call) saying they would cancel my account if I could show proof of the move. I finally have the proof and reached back out - absolute silence. I have called and text still being blatantly ignored. Meanwhile they attempt daily to withdraw money from my account. This matter is getting ridiculous. They care about your membership only and ways they can upsell the customer. It’s too expensive enough already just to treat you like you don’t matter. Go to Ultimate Fitness right next to this gym. Smaller gym but no hassles and honest. Avoid Anytime at all cost. Once they get your card they no longer care for you.

Love this gym!! Clean, lots of free weights/machines/dumbbells to choose from, so no waiting. Staff is friendly and courteous and always willing to help. Some of the best personal trainers in Polk County... they even help me when they're here working out on their own time. Can't say enough good things about this place! (And they accept insurance/Medicare, so no cost to me!!).

I recently rejoined Anytime Fitness today after a hiatus of about two years. I had a positive experience with the manager, Jennifer, who was friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the membership options. I appreciate that she provided me with a folder containing information on personal and group training opportunities, along with a voucher for supplements. The welcoming atmosphere in the office, coupled with their organized approach and lack of pushiness, left me impressed and excited to get back at it!

I feel they have an excellent silver sneakers program . I have been a member for 3 years. I had a stroke 6 years ago and I am still seeing improvement. The staff are nice and have been very helpful.

I joined a little over 2 weeks ago and go 5 mornings a week. The gym has a nice atmosphere, everyone I have run into in the mornings is nice(I wear buds so dont interact much) place is tidy and folks rerack their weights which I really appreciate. I understand that all these gyms are independently owned, but this specific gym is outrageous with there sign up fee's. Maybe they do it because there the only gym really in Bartow, but the cheapest price to sign up is $106.00 and it doesn't even include your first month of membership, you still have to pay that two week after paying the $106.00. Believe it or not, but that's their cheapest rate and doesn't include anything except access to the gym (what a rip off). I really wanted to join this gym because it was close to my home but guess i will be driving to the next town over. Arbundale anytime fitness is offering a low sign-up rate of just $22.50.

I pay the whole year in advanced typically and my membership expired today. I went in to re-up today, last year I payed $385 and they were telling me that I would now be paying $480 for the year. This facility is no where near nice enough to be paying $45 per month. In the two years I have been here I have yet to see any substantial improvements that would even warrant a $100 increase in price in one fiscal year. I can understand a small $15-20 increase, but $100 is absurd. It looks as though I will have to use my garage gym again and perhaps make the long drive to Just Move. At least they have child care and a much more robust facility at half the cost. I’m not much of a review guy but that is just wild to me. I hate rip offs.

We got a 7-day trial to see what we thought of the gym before committing to a contract. The one hitch to a trial is it's not "anytime", understandably. You have to be there by the time they close the office to get in. On weekdays, that's 7 p.m. It's pointless, though, when the staff locks up before 7. So, our family of 5 gets dressed and drives up there just to see them lock the door almost 10 minutes early. If that's what the staff is like, I'll take my business elsewhere.

The one on the corner of 98 and 540 in Highland City is awesome. They have sanitary stations for you to wipe down the equipment before and or after you use them. The staff helps whenever you ask.

ALL of the equipment you need is here. The equipment is expertly placed to maximize the use of the space, and everyone that goes here really cares about keeping the gym in good condition: staff and patrons included. I really like being a member here, and I have been to several gyms all around the country, from college campuses and competing gym franchises, to military base facilities and fitness centers. This gym is very well rounded and the pwner really cares about the members. If you're in Bartow and looking for somethjng heavy, stop by.

I visited the Anytime Fitness in Bartow and it's okay as far as the equipment. I was there between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. . They do not have wipes for the the exercise equipment they use a spray bottle with a universal rag to wipe them down. Ask so very few clean their equipment after using. I prefer the Anytime Fitness and Highland City. They have individual wipes to wipe down the equipment and 98% of the patrons use them. The atmosphere is a lot better also.

Been a member for 2 weeks (as of tomorrow) and this place is amazing. James is very courteous and helpful to new and existing members, and the members are great people who live locally and work out together. Not many people on the weekends, but on weekdays it's a sorta-full house.
