Im excited they fixed the preacher curl machine so pull day is going to be insane! So im bumping it up to 3 stars. Because the staff are great people Ray gives me great workout advice and tips all the time and Tonia runs the place smoothly.
However, the reason for not giving 5 stars is because the vending machine has been broken for way too long and probably for much longer than the preacher curl machine was broken. There's been a few times where I'm wanting to take a pre-workout or get some electrolytes in my system but im hot, sweaty and just want a cold refreshing drink. Please fix the vending machine! There's no reason it should be neglected we pay too much money for our membership!

They have a heavy bag! That's the main reason I joined. Gym is usually nice and chill, I enjoy that there aren't a ton of classes because it frees up the room where the heavy bag is. The people who work here are always very friendly and easy to talk to. I like this gym a lot.

Gym is always very clean and stocked up on paper towels and cleaning spray for the machines. The manager and staff are also super friendly and willing to answer questions about my account.

Condescending management, dirty gym, no clear terms of agreement. Paid balance of contract just to disassociate from this business and hope to never see or deal with "Alexis" again. Would never suggest this gym to anyone. Drive a little further, Planet Fitness on DUNN is 1000% percent a better choice. Cleaner, friendly staff that smiles and greet you, great perks too!

This is a great gym one of the best any times that I've been to. Very clean well laid out. Eddie is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this gym!

Went in to complete registration that I purchased through work. Had all provided emails and documentation. They were unable to find account. Staff personnel were very friendly but overall clueless. Front door was partially blocked by gym members upon entry and same group again upon exit. Front office is closed off from gym and entrance and had a "closed, will return" sign despite open hours. Had to seek out staff who was inside office and unaware they "accidentally" had closed signage posted. Asked to return on a different day to complete registration if registration has "loaded." Person in office was unaware of office hours nor had them readily at hand mis-quoting posted operating hours from memory. The two or three days loss is negligible at best and not much to my concern but the under trained and under prepared staff on the other hand, although polite and friendly, left a lot to be desired for a first encounter and experience with this Anytime location.

Very rude customer service( Nikki) owner does not let anyone speak but herself. If you ever have an issue she will take no responsibility and does not care why. Not very trustworthy when you get told different account details every time you call. I can spend my money at another facility.

I came to visit family members for thanks giving and the gym was right down the end of the dirt road it was clean I loved the equipment they had and the people knew I was from there but they still showed me love its a great gym made my stay that much more fun.

This location ia small and not enough variety in classes. The personal trainer is never there. To top it off, the owner called me himself to tell me how he creepily reviewed all of my workout visits with my teenage daughter and son with me. He then let me know that my membership is expiring this month and see if I wanted to renew. Thanks but no thanks! Not renewing. Feeling very violated!
