This gym is the worst I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been lifting for ten years. The manager is never there, the office is always locked, so if you need something or don’t have access to the gym for some reason, you’re not getting help or getting in. The trainer is a very nice lady, but preaches the carnivore diet, not eating any vegetables, and more dangerous, crash-diet ideas. The price is absolutely ridiculous considering the quality of the gym. I was able to get out of my contract because I filed a complaint with customer service, stating that every time I went to speak to the manager, the office was closed (sometimes up to 7 hours early). The area manager was supposed to contact me in a certain amount of time regarding this issue, but - surprise - never did. Irresponsible owners, I’ll be glad to take my business elsewhere.

It’s sad to see this facility empty because it’s close to home and we have made many friends.

Unfortunately they’ve removed equipment without replacement, removed water vending machine and workout towels. The towels were removed because people were taking them home. Half of the water fountain has been broken since 2024. Luke warm water. No classes (Zumba, yoga etc). There’s really nothing to attract folks outside of the equipment. The TVs have been off for a month. It’s boring not being able to have access. These are signs this gym isn’t paying bills.

Manager is consistent as he’s late coming in every day that we are there. When he arrives he never speaks. Just zips into the office while staring at his phone.

The previous owners, the Johnsons, ran this gym so much better than what is happening now.

The only two people doing their jobs and are friendly to everyone who walks in are Libia and Paul.

I just moved to this town. And I decided to join a gym. The closest one is Any Times Fitness, but when I went to sign up, the door was closed. There was no one to answer it. So I just got tired of waiting and left. You need to be a member to get in, but if you're not a member and just want to look up information and see what plans they have, it's hard to get in.

I spilled my drink all over the floor at 0445 and while cleaning it up another person working out next to me came with towels and helped and offered some of their personal pre-workout since I had just lost all that I had (which I passed up because I didn't want to affect the rest of my vacation). It turns out he was the cleaner working out before his shift started. Your employee (Jason, I think per someone else who was there) is the example of what all other centers should emulate. I always enjoy stopping at this location when I am in the area.

I want to give my sincerest praise to Anytime Fitness, located at 17445 US Highway 192, Clermont, Florida, 34714. This gym is truly an excellent place for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and a motivating environment to train.

I was incredibly lucky to meet Leandro Peres, the Brazilian Mr. Olympia, there. Leandro is an outstanding athlete who represents Brazil at the highest level of bodybuilding. Beyond his impressive physique and dedication to training, he stands out as an amazing person — humble, kind, and inspiring. He not only impresses with his performance but also with his character, always willing to support, encourage, and share his knowledge with everyone around him.

I have been a member of this gym, at this location for seven years. I enjoy working out here because it's not over crowed and just right in size. In addition, the people sanitize the equipment before and after each use. My concern is I see a change with the staff and the elimination of wipe down towels. After a workout I knocked on the manager office door. He gestured indicating he acknowledged me. I waited outside his door between ten to fifteen minutes and he never answered his door, therefore I left. What I wanted to talk about is I have issues with the members not sanitizing, all wipe down dispensers were empty. Spray bottles mostly empty and some just need to be replaced. The gym has changed and I want management to step up and honor the member opinions about the environment. Elevate the gym all on levels. Back in the day the gym was five star. Gym junkie.

Decent gym with enough equipment if you’re traveling. Not super busy. Would be 4 stars but it was very difficult to use this gym temporarily since you need to pay for a $10 day pass (cash only) or lock into a 12 month contract. The manager wasn’t there because they were on vacation and the trainers weren’t allowed to figure out a way for me to use the gym unless they were physically there to open the door but they also take days off. Overall was a very frustrating situation and bad business practice imo when I’m literally trying to offer my money.

I like this Anytime Fitness location because it is one of the cleanest I've visited and it's usually pretty empty. I can always get a good workout in here. There are quite a few unique cable pulley pieces of equipment also. I would like to see a few more leg/glute pieces of equipment, like a hack squat machine and hip thrust - fingers crossed those will come in the future. Rearrange the free weight area and squat racks, and I'll give this location 5 stars.

This place is the worst, DO NOT give them access to your bank account information or waste your time with a membership. You will regret it. I’ve been with Anytime Fitness for 7 years, and it has been constant issues (progressively worse over the past 2 years). Repeated issues with overcharges and miscommunications, their financial company (ABC Fitness) is a horrible scam. My contract has been up for a while, and I’m on a month-to-month basis. I followed the cancellation process given by the manager, but was still charged many times. When I called again, someone I’d never spoke with before said that he’s the new manager and would not honor my cancellation. Told me that I had to send something in the mail to the company that acquired them, but could not provide that company’s full name or location. He told me to “look it up on Google.” When I reached out to their financial company again, they stated that only the club manager could cancel it - but he refused. Now every time I call, they ignore my calls and send me to voicemail. There are other gyms that will respect the contract they provided to you, and will not take advantage of you. One star is more than this place deserves.

We loved coming here when we lived in Florida, but we eventually moved to Wisconsin because we bought our own place. My wife has been trying to cancel her membership since October and had no luck. I will be taking this into my own hands to take care of this. We should not be charged anymore. We have been in Wisconsin for about a year now. This is very disappointing. While I miss my "big" gym back in DC this gym definitely has it perks! I love the equipment (definitely on the newer side), love that it's never packed and easy to get on any piece of equipment you want. Love how kind people are and I love my personal trainer Libia!!! The facility is clean and the staff is great. I AM NOT A FITNESS GURU and my review is based on my personal experience after being a member for three months, so far. I am an out of shape overweight 50 something woman and I DO NOT FEEL JUDGED at this facility. Again, because I'm not a fitness guru I can't critique the equipment. I can say that the equipment I've used, with my trainer, fits the goals of the training and I can follow the routines when I go on my own. Some times I have to switch up my routine while waiting for a piece of equipment to become free, but not often. Also the elliptical works for me and I've never had to wait for one to be free. Yes, I decided to sign up for a trainer... I WAS NOT PRESSURED INTO THIS. Please remember this gym is still a business so of course up sells are going to be offered. My trainer, Libia, understands my goals and is focusing on getting my core strengthened so I can start focusing on other areas. My point is, no one is trying "to pump me up". Again, the facilities are clean and seem to have a lot of choices. So, if you want to work out your way, without judgement and in a clean and friendly environment, this place fits the bill. Yes, they have regular monthly fees, which I dont consider excessive, especially when I know I can go at times that fit my schedule and, now that I'm traveling again, I can go to ANY Anytime Fitness, if there is one, located anywhere I visit.

I travel and this is my home gym. I train at this gym 3 times a week. My trainer, Libia, is fantastic. Each session she takes me to my limits. I have a love/hate relationship with her. I love that she pushes me to my limits and hate that she pushes me to my limits. However, I am getting stronger and looking better with each session. Which is exactly what I wanted.

The gym is very clean and all of the equipment is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

If you live in the area are come hit to visit I highly recommend this location.

I joined this gym that was 5 mins from my home . The contract included free tanning and 24 hour access. They are no longer 24 hours. In the last month, I have moved and when I called about a refund since I moved an hour away, I was told that if there was another Anytime Fitness within 15 miles of me that I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund (I paid in full). So, whether the gym within 15 miles has a tanning option or isn’t 24 hours, they didn’t know and that’s for me to find out per the guy who answered the phone. Be Leary of the fine print, Folks!

Absolute ripoff. Literally every other gym is cheaper with more eqipment. In fact there is a brand new gym about 3 miles away that is better in every aspect, larger, cleaner, better equipment, all new stuff, tanning, stretch area, etc. And its cheaper and open 24 hours most of the week and there is no key fee. This gym is one of the best anytime fitness gyms i have ever visited and I've been to many of them. The owners of this gym really take such great pride and care of the equipment. This gym has it all. It's not a huge place but doesn't need to be as it's very well laid out. If you can't get in-shape here with all the options of free weights and machine weights and aerobic machines and free fitness classes then somethings wrong with you. Upon joining, I even received a free consultation for an hour with a certified personal trainer. She showed me how all the machines worked and built a customized routine for me. There were no tough sales tactics like some gyms I have visited. Either you can afford it or not, period. These are very caring people so don't believe some of the negative reviews some people are writing.

I heard anytime fitness was a good overall gym so my teammate and I went there to lift during our off day and were very disappointed. There was a lack of equipment (squat rack and bench press were the same conjoined machine) and it was very tight in there. However, if you are looking for a place to do a quick workout this place wouldn't be too bad

That say that you have a “free” 7 days pass, but when you get here they charge you $30 for a key!! What a big deal, at this price I pay for a month at LA fitness !

The classes and livey regulars make this gym amazing. Try the Zumba classes in the mornings if you can and Strong by Zumba on Monday evening.

I love being able to go at anytime I fancy.... But some of the equipment is a smidgen dated or just uncomfortable to use-- but small price for what it has to offer honestly. I've seen some LA fitness in worse condition than this place, hope that counts for something!

This gym should never be attended unless you want to be ripped off. I have been trying to get ahold of them for a month now about them who keep charging me for an account i closed in oct. Whomever I spoke to on the phone told me she cancelled my account and everything was set. When I looked at my bank account 2 months later they charged me again. I called the number they have listed there which doesn't work by the way because no one ever picks up. I mean that 100%. Somehow I ended up getting a customer service representative and she said well no one was ever into your account to cancel it. It's still active. And your still paying. So my question is who's stealing $ from me? This is fraud and I'm looking into a legal action I might take since these people can't ever call me back or fix the issue when they said they supposedly did. The customer service representative said that I had to go in person to sign the papers in order for my account to be closed this is after my contract ended of course. I went many times the doors are always closed and no one is there in the office ever!. Then again why did the other person say she cancelled it over the phone and didn't mention any papers needed to be signed. But this customer service representative said I had to go in? I don't know what kind of business this is but I would never ever go here again.

This is one of the best gyms I have been to. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly and providing great customer service. Jay is awesome! There's so many different machines to use. The classes are also great!

I recommend a 1000 per cent, Yoga classes with RUN, she is an excellent instructor, so kind with everyone at class, do not hesitate to try if you never do it before. If you do Yoga, oh my god you will feel a lotttttttttttttt better. Laura Ferrer.

Great gym with super atmosphere! Especially the Yoga classes are exceptional! Run Cham, an amazing teacher with a vibrant personality and a magic voice to guide us all thru her classes. Makes me prioritize yoga over anything else : ))
