The 24-hour gym would be great, however, doesn't have any kind of plan for guests at night which is the only time I can go. Also doesn't respect customers, double check how much you are paying because I was paying almost 50$ monthly. Absolutely do not deserve the number of people they rip off.

We have been going here for a few months as a father/son activity. The facility is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Because it is open 24 hours, it is usually not crowded or the wait for machines is minimal. Happy to be here.

Nice gym, smaller size gym if you like your own space and not too many people this is the place for you. Even though it is smaller size it still has decent amount of workout machines and an actual free style workout bench and squat rack. The owner David is a great guy and will work to fix any problems you have!

UPDATE: I adjusted my review because the owner of this location, David, was kind enough to resolve our issue. I was surprised to hear that this was his first time hearing of this issue. Although he mentioned reaching out on Monday, he reached out much sooner. He was very professional, kind, and understanding. He even expressed his condolences. He ensured that this wonβt happen again with any of his employees. Thank you David for taking the time to speak with me on behalf of my mother. We truly appreciate your support during this rough time.
Not worth it. A scam. These people are crooks. My mom lost her mother months ago and sheβs still grieving. She is currently having issues cancelling her membership. She received multiple verbal confirmations that her membership has been cancelled, but still keeps getting charged like sheβs at the gym.
My mom called these people again today regarding the charges and now theyβre telling her she needs a cancellation letter, something they NEVER mentioned before. The person she was speaking to was very rude and nonchalant, saying they βforgotβ to cancel the membership for her and thatβs why the charges are still occurring. Like what? You just admitted it was YOUR fault! Additionally, they refuse to refund the charges, even though theyβre at fault!
People, I highly recommend staying away from this gym. These people are unprofessional and apparently have amnesia. I looked at the other one star reviews and theyβre pretty accurate since we have similar experiences.

I decided to write a review after comparing to the Winter Garden AF. David is a nice guy, but he is enabling his trainer to continue with yelling in the gym like a drill sergeant during his group training. This works at a cross fit, but not an AF. There are many clients that feel the same. I'll never go back, unless ownership changes. Winter Garden is larger, better equipment, and respectful trainers.

this is a scam company, my wife signed up here to pay 60 usd and after only a few days of practice, she broke the subscription contract, then this company continued to ask for a contract and charge me monthly for the service. It wasn't until my wife checked my credit score that it was low that I found out that Any Fitness still collects money from my wife every month and pushes my wife into bad debt, with an amount of up to 607 USD, people should really consider carefully before posting sign and cancel the service.

UPDATE:The owner reached out to me and resolved my concerns. I consider the owner did a great job in listening and addressing my concerns. It would be a pleasure to revisit this facility due to the owner's response.
We just recently decided to try Anytime Fitness in Clermont off of Hwy 50. The first few times we went we enjoyed it. Equipment was clean and in good working order. But on 6/5/23 we were there about 5:45pm. About 6:00pm we start hearing a male trainer working out with about 4-6 people and he was yelling at them like a Marine DI. I was in the room that had the heavyweight bag listening to music on my headset and I could hear him all the way in there. I walked out and looked at the male trainer and didn't say anything. I then went back into the room and again I could hear him yelling at the people who he was working out. It was so bad we needed to leave. On 6/6/23 I went back into anytime Fitness to express my displeasure and spoke to a female who was in the office room. I explained to her about what happen and she that this group/class has been working out like that for two years and they like the way the trainer yells at them. I informed her that I come to the gym to workout not to hear someone yelling. I asked her was there any reason why he could not get closer to the person he was talking to instead of yelling. She said that the way he trains. She told my other half that we could come at a different times then when the class is was not there. We informed her that the times we come is convenient for us. I wonder how they would feel if I starting yelling while working like that trainer did. So if you decide to join this gym be aware you could be expose to someone who acts a Marine Drill instructor. We won't be back.

I take the small group exercise class with Coach Youssef and hands down, best choice Iβve made training. I was a member of another gym (π)and did not see results like Iβm seeing with Coach Youssef. Iβm lifting heavier than I ever thought possible. He pushes you to be your strongest and to challenge yourself. I genuinely look forward to gym days! Owners are super nice and takes pride in the cleanliness of the facility.

I love the equipment this gym provides. Iβm not one for machines so I like the free weights, bands, ab wheel, and mats. They have everything you need to get into shape. Itβs a small building and wish it was bigger but it gets the job done.

This place is great. It's always neat and clean. Brad runs a terrific gym and is always so friendly. My wife and I have been going there for two years and it's always been a very pleasant place. I read a couple of negative statements in reviews. I am convinced that they must have reviewed the wrong location. I can't imagine a better gym to go to or a more respectful owner to his customers.

Less than pleasant experience going in to inquire about membership. They were pushier than a car salesman. Didnβt even introduce himself. He didnβt listen to any of my questions and kept asking if I wanted to sign up now. If I wanted to sign up, I would tell you. I highly suggest going elsewhere. It says a lot about a business if they donβt respond to any of their reviews. I donβt know how this place is still in business.

The exercise machines offer a variety of workouts. Facility is clean. Staff is helpful in meeting the needs of clients. (Just wish they had a receptacle to recycle all of the water bottle, and a process for Lake County to pick up...)

Caught the staff from the supervisor down to the regular coaches in multiple lies. They just seem like they don't care and don't want to work or even attempt to figure it out.

Terrible service. Older lady who is a β personal trainerβ and the manager were rude. We are new to the area and looking on joining a new gym they greeted us so rude and asked right as we walked in the door if we are for sure joining when we had yet to look around and see if it was for us. They had a free pass on their website for customers to try it out before signing up and see if itβs what they like and as we brought that up the manager right away said we arenβt doing that in this location and made us feel like we needed to headed out. Do not recommend and I see why they are slow and losing money.

I saw a post advertising a challenge for 20 woman at no cost, explaining how they can do it at no cost so I signed up and went to the orientation. Once there and finished with the paperwork and weigh in and what not I was told this 6 week challenge was only $599. This is definitely not "No cost" disappointed in this scam and that I wasted my time

I went to one of their clubs and asked for a plan paying month per month(without membership) and the lady told me "Yes, we have a plan like that". I register for the gym and I decided to leave the gym 2 months later. I let the lady in charge of the office club know that I will quit the gym so we make some papers about it believing that I will make the cancelation. 2 months later of cancelantion plan, they want me to play to pay those two months when I let them know that I wanted to cancel my plan. I will never go back again to this Gym. Stop stealing money from people's pocket and calling them "delinquent" by text message. I would give you less than 1 star if I could to.

It is the only gym around that id ever go to workout! I joined in 2011 needing help with my weight loss, and they taught me how to exercise and eat healthy.. Beware I was not made aware it was an 18 month contract, if you're ok with that and the fact that the contract is sold to a third party so you're on the hook for the full amount if you cancel before term ends, also cancel within 60 days of contract end because if you forget to cancel you'll automatically get re-upped and stuck for another 18 months. The gym itself is nice if you're ok with an 18 month lock...they def need to do a better job at disclosure.

I have been a member here almost since they opened. There is always something new to learn here. I dont get bored with workouts, the classes that are offered are fun but challenging. They are always available to answer questions, show you How to use a new piece of equipment, and improve your workout. Boot Camp Challenge was an awesome experience! I've gained so much strength and endurance from BCC, not to mention the confidence that I've gained in the process. The Anytime Fitness staff was so supportive through the whole process, as they are on a regular basis. What a nice gym. Nice people, nice workers, And a extra clean gym. I will say been to a lot of anytime fitness GYMS " THIS IS THE CLEANEST EVER " . We enjoy going, I have lost 100 lbs so far . But the best of this gym is they really care. They have wonderful programs for you. We feel like they have helped us change our life's for the better,They are like our family now. Really enjoy the gym . Can you imagine. But very rewarding when it comes to your health. I know this review isn't about me but I have reversed being a Diabetic. NO MORE MEDICATION , Now tell me that working out isn't GREAT!!!! But I still cant figure out who is the best Stacy or Becky. Could be BRAD. Time will tell , but in my book their ALL GREAT .

Anytime Fitness of North Clermont has been such a blessing to me. When I walked in the doors almost 2 years ago I was very out of shape, over weight, and had no confidence. The staff treated me like I belonged there and quickly they became my family. I have with the help of the owner, staff and trainer lost over 100 pounds, gained strength and energy that was so very much missing in my life. I will forever be grateful to Brad, Stacey and Sean! belong to a club in Minneapolis area. love the concept. travel a bit and have used many other clubs - which is a real benefit.
first time here (went for a week) I noticed it was quite warm - mentioned it to staff. he said "we keep it at 73". saw owner next day & asked her & she seemed surprised - said "we keep it at 71".
--> I checked next 4 times in - was always 73. last day was 73.8!! if you really really want to sweat during a workout - this is your place. :-(
