Stephen's unique approach is encouraging and personalized for me. Each session I feel more stronger, more confident, and more capable. He genuinely believes in me. Even though I live closer to another gym, I continue coming here because of the high quality training and the supportive environment. The gym is in the perfect location in Dunedin. Worst gym ever. I came in with a free gym pass and a SCHEDULED appointment to try out the gym, and the woman pretended like she had no idea what that was. It's the first thing on their website.
Carpet. Outdated equipment. And then once I left, Francesca? & another woman? called me like 40 times leaving me voicemails to come "set up a day to use my free pass"! I'm sorry. But I already scheduled an appointment. Came in. And you pretended like you didn't even know what was going on. The amount of times I was called is literally HARASSMENT. So unprofessional. I visited this Anytime Fitness location a few months ago while shopping for gyms. I spoke with Francesca, who was incredibly condescending and rude throughout our conversation. After hearing about their membership details, I politely told her I wasn’t interested and would not be joining. Despite this, she has been relentlessly bombarding me with calls, texts, and messages ever since, even after I repeatedly told her to stop and unsubscribed. I’ve made it clear that I found another gym, but she continues to contact me. I had to block the number just to stop the harassment.

I didn’t even join this gym, so I can’t imagine the trouble I’d face if I ever needed to cancel a membership. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to avoid it if you want a hassle-free experience.

My membership is finally coming to an end thank god. Unfortunately Francesca won't stop harassing me to renew my membership after I've said multiple times I'm really not interested. It's completely unprofessional.

I signed up for this small gym and they made me sign a two year contract. In all I've paid 800$ to this company. I moved 5 months after joining to a place where the closest anytime fitness was 15 miles away. They wouldn't let me cancel, they told me they didn't care and they would go after my credit if I didnt pay, so I've been charged every month for the last YEAR AND HALF for a membership to a tiny gym that takes 45 min to get to.

Their ratings are only good because they give discounts for good reviews. Don't waste your time on a sub par facility managed by individuals that harass you to get more money and don't even take care of their facility. YOU WILM BE PAYING FOR YEARS no matter what. There's so many better places...

ABC club and Anytime fitness didn't care whatsoever about their customers. I went to the gym itself to see if there was anything I can do but they could care less.

Changing my review to one 1 star just because of this instance that shouldn’t exist in the first place. Let me get out of the way that the staff here, personal trainers are all great and amazing. But paying $50 a month and a ridiculous “enhancement fee” every few months each year for them to have no control whatsoever over their payment system from inside the actual gym whenever issues arise is crazy work. Life happened and I can’t get a hold of a rep for their payment service partner “ABC fitness” without wasting my own time, if this issue is resolved on my own then this should just be a warning to anyone thinking about signing up here. Might just take my business elsewhere, as this just inconveniences me at this point, just to freeze my account because I’m not using their gym for an entire month to two months.

The facility is comfortable, clean and looks and smells great. There's plenty of equipment and I never have an issue with people just hanging out on one particular machine too long. As an Anytime Fitness member, I use a few different locations during the week depending on whether I'm close to home or getting in a workout from the road.

This location is always very well kept, always clean and all the equipment is in great shape.
