Horrible place! Air conditioner is set at 80 degrees, bathrooms are filthy and out of supplies every day. People are living out of the gym and sleeping on the couch. Called management on many occasions with no response. Place should be shut down. Health inspectors should get involved.

Anytime Fitness is the best because it's inexpensive enough that if I don't workout for a month it's not the biggest loss to me financially. Also, their employees must go through some customer appreciation training because they are usually very helpful. I had one that was not so nice because I didn't know to put a towel in a bin and I did not say anything,
did not last long there , not because of that but because he was probably just not the right fit for the job.

This is a great place to workout. Never a wait for anything, good amount of equipment and pretty clean. It had gone downhill for a while but after the change in mgmt it was back to the way a gym should be ran. I would recommend this gym 100%

I am updating my review in response to some of the negative reviews. The owner fired the manager, who was the source of the problem. He has hired all new staff. This is a great gym to workout at. The owner is very approachable and really cares about his members. Chris and Sanjay are fantastic and very knowledgable about exercise and diet. I love that the equipment is always working and the gym is clean. The members are cool, the temp is comfortable and the music is kept at a nice volume. In addition, I dont feel bombarded with air freshioners like some other places. They dont need it here.

I am a member from Iowa, visiting Port of Miami during spring break. Couldn't find a hotel room as a result of that. After 24 hours of driving and another 6 hours sleeping in a car in a parking structure, spent a lot of time looking for a place to shower. After much searching and deliberation, remembered that the gym has showers for members. Key fob opened the doors for my family and the showers left very little to complain about. Water was hot and the place was immaculate. Many thanks from my family and I, we can't put a price on what our membership is worth to us at this point.

Never been to this one so wanted to check it out. They have 2 cages for extra people to squat or bench. Smoth machine and multi gym ... typical of anytime fitness. They have thr seated leg curl also typical. Wish they had bands. I usually keep spri eith me just in case. The overhead band pull is awesome conjunction to fron squats... anyway typuca life fitness equipment at anytime fitness and cardio equipment. No issues

This is the second time I’ve attempted to use a free pass for this location. It’s like Fort Knox you could never get in I don’t even know how they have members. I call the phone number and the person is telling me no staff arrives until 12 o’clock. That’s not posted on the website and it’s not posted on Google It’s not posted on their door but they claim to be 24 hours if you really want to generate business it would make sense to have your time match for the public. private members can show up whenever they want but the public doesn’t know that you don’t have staff until 12 PM this is ridiculous and the guy had the audacity to tell me to hang out it’s not like you have a lounge or a seating area in front/ outside of your door. I’ll go somewhere else it’s not even worth it.

Came to this location while on a business trip. Wasn't busy during the middle of the day, and one of the owners (I'm assuming) gave me pointers on free weight chest and flys. I could imagine the weight area could get congested when it's busy. Music wasn't obnoxiously loud like at some locations.

Cold showers, broken fixtures, and falling down shower curtains. Everything else seems really nice, but I drove way out of my way for a shower while travelling through and was disappointed. Fix it up guys!

Mike ruined this gym. No management skills at all. Rude, degrading and lacks basic customer service/social skills. He walks around pretending he owns the place, flirting with women AND men (definitely in the closet) and uses the gym as his own personal photo studio. Hopefully the real owner (who is a great guy) removes this toxic individual from his establishment and brings the gym up to the level it was before "Mike the terrible" showed up. Unfortunately Mike caused a lot of people to cancel.

By far the worst Anytime Fitness I have been to. I travel all around the state and have been to at least 30 different gyms in the past year. This is the dirtiest, and least maintained gym so far. Two days strait with no toilet paper. Plastic bottles scattered around the gym, the floor and equipment doesn't look like it's been cleaned in weeks. Corners of the bathrooms have food or some kind of crumbs in them... I could keep going.. I do not recommend using this gym, unfortunately this is the only Anytime in this area... Hopefully management gets their act together and is more attentive to the needs of the people who pay their salary. It seems the further south you go, the lazier people get... Prove me wrong.

Yikes! I have worked in customer service far too long to justify this as quality customer service. I'm going to assume they're doing very well & can do without my fiance and I's business...

Here's what happened:
I called Anytime Fitness and was welcomed on the phone by a nice young lady who promptly scheduled my fiance & I to come tour/sign-up for a trial-membership. To be completely honest, I was THRILLED at the ease of this phone call.
That excitement ended quickly when I received a TEXT MESSAGE from a personal number stating it was "mike general manager of anytime fitness" to inform me I was scheduled on a day he would be out of town, with no other coverage for that day... In the end nothing was resolved.
I posted the text messages as evidence of this poor choice in handling a really minor scheduling error, and how he lost a potential customer.
Had this understandable mix up been taken care of in a professional manner, I would have rescheduled and given them a chance.

My thoughts:
#1 Why isn't the same person who scheduled my appointment calling me from the business number, to reschedule me?
#2 How UNPROFESSIONAL is this Mike character that he would not do his due diligence, and even think that a simple TEXT MESSAGE would suffice as quality customer service?
#3 What a way to put a bad taste in a customer’s mouth, BEFORE they even step foot in your place of business.

They are in need of customer service training 101, because this is totally unacceptable.

This place is terribly run and maintained. Equipment not properly maintained, leaky roof, lightbulbs burned out, restrooms not very clean, staff rarely onsite. Save your money and drive somewhere else. People have locked themselves and slept in the yoga room, not like a nap but holed up for hours. Oh and if you need a feminine product usually you can find one lying on the floor for a few days as one of the picture shows. Place is straight up disgusting

It's a nightmare. I've already tried several times to cancel my membership and even sent a certified letter to the place and nothing. The reason I was trying to cancel my gym membership is because of the dirt, bathrooms, and how all the dumbbells and weights are always everywhere. There are never towels or paper towel to be correct. For 30 dollars go some were else.

Good gym overall..
I recently just signed up for a six month membership and I got a free bottle of a fat burning supplement bottle that they sell usually for 30 bucks. Good place. It not often pack and the facility and equipments are well maintained. Cool office personnel and the monthly payment s are reasonable. You should visit. I didn't give a 5 star because they don't have any Wi-Fi and cell/internet reception in the gym is bad.

I am a member and was told this gym would be open on a certain date and whenever that date comes I ask they always say it'll be open in a few days. This has been going on for a while now. Still not open. Take down google listing until you are actually open.
