I loved this gym -- when it was open -- but since it closed for the lockdown I've been charged twice, and with no indication of when the gym may reopen. Is it that difficult to update the business page on Google to show it's temporarily closed, as other ATF locations have done? Or even answer the phone number that's posted on the door? Or provide some sort of automated message update, ANYTHING? They have been leaving their customers completely in the dark, and I'm personally fed up with it.

I went into this location last Monday to get information about getting a membership because it was walking distance from my apartment so very convenient. When I went the only staff member there was apparently the manger. The fact that he was the manger is very unsettling. He didn’t really tell me anything about the gym or how it worked or anything. He seemed very uninterested in anything I had to say. I inquired online about a week before going up there and nobody had ever reached out. I read online you can get a week for free and you also get a free like assessment that helps you know what to do and all of that. So I thought okay. I’ll try it so I signed up. I was charged $43 and the whole week I never heard from anyone I asked about the assessment and he said someone would call nobody ever did. So I went to cancel today and asked for a refund and he said he had to talk to the owner I asked if I can speak to the owner and he said no.. that’s when I found out he was the manger... Go figure. 10/10 don’t recommend this location the environment is trash and very unwelcomeing.

Great gym see a few celebrities here sometimes it can be very quiet spot butnot enough equipment it will do for a nice 30 minute workout.

Excellent gym. Very convenient to downtown employees and residents. Staff is stand off-ish and they dont greet you when you come in. The music is awful! Its always terrible 90s grunge. Totally outdated and needs massive improvements to the music. So bring headphones. The equipment is good and lots of free weights and classes galore.

For the price you pay for a membership, I wish they would put a little more effort into updating this place. The machines and equipment are not super outdated but feel filthy and I would never use the showers. They do however, have everything I need with the exception of barbells and a great variety of classes. This can be such a great gym with just a little reinvesting done.

Nice place to work out however never any lockers for my bag. If monthly rental is the game plan add more lockers otherwise go to daily use the little cubby hole thing and tiny lockers on the work out floor just don't do it for me.

I have been a member at a few gyms and fitness centers and this one is by far the best. It is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and they are always doing little things for the members (free lunches and promotional events). The classes are great and there are a variety to choose from throughout the day. The equipment is all in great shape and the overall atmosphere is great. Will stay a member as long as I work in the downtown area.

Ernie is awesome. Very professional and friendly. Exactly what I look for in a gym. I'm in town for a little over a week with s group of other guys and he helped us out with something affordable so we're not all stuck in the hotel gym. The facility is clean and spacious, as well. Great place!
