If you’re a young lady going to this gym don’t be alarmed constantly making eye contact with grown men (45+ years old) watching you workout. This gym is alright, has a decent selection of equipment with somewhat enough space. They also have a blue live matter flag in there?? seems a little unnecessary but obviously the owners choice. I’ve been driving down to the brand new location in sebastian because of how uncomfortable this spot can be sometimes.

Love the Anytime Fitness gym and staff (Taylor) at the Palm Bay facility! Not loving the constant blasting of hard core gángster rap music from the blown speaker in the back next to the tv. The old manager Sofia played a medley of different genres. The rap music being played now isn’t geared towards the 95% of the clients visiting the gym. Please get this addressed sooner than later. I DO NOT recommend anyone join this gym. The contract is completely predatory and due to the relatively high cost of membership, the value of this gym is god awful because the quality of this gym just isn’t great at all.

The machines are old, the gym is small, the bathrooms are mediocre in cleanliness, there aren’t even really legitimate locker rooms to change in like a typical gym. For Christ sakes the water dispenser doesn’t even work, which is funny considering there is a biannual “club improvement fee” of $25. Where does that money go to? Idk but I’d doubt it goes anywhere near the gym…

Base membership dues are $18.18 bi weekly, plus the “club un improvement fee” you’re effectively paying about $43 a month at this gym. Based on the quality of the gym, I’d say anything less than $12 a month would be worth it, but unfortunately that is not the case.

Don’t think about just cancelling either…. In order to cancel, you must pay off all your dues for the remainder of the contract term plus an additional two billing cycles. Total predation.

Without a doubt, I’ll be leaving and never looking back when my contract full fills. See me at planet fitness.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while, but my experience recently has been incredibly frustrating. After having to replace my debit card, I tried multiple times to contact the gym for assistance, but no one ever answers the phone. I’ve even gone during staffed hours, only to find that nobody is there to help me.

In my efforts to resolve this, I reached out to ABC Financial Solutions, the billing company they use, and they also attempted to contact the gym several times without success. It’s disappointing that I can't get in touch with anyone to settle my last payment of about $26 and officially cancel my membership.

Instead of being able to wrap things up, I keep getting charged, which is really frustrating. I hope the gym can improve their customer service and communication because right now, it feels impossible to get the help I need.

Jake was very good personal trainer. He helped me go gain a whole inch to my arm!!!
Not only did he help me make gains but with the gain he help me will my self confidence. After spending some time with Jake in the gym I built up the courage to ask out a girl I liked. She said YESSSSS, and I honestly have Jake to thank for that. Great personal trainer and even better man!!!

It was my first time going to the gym and I would have to say it was a great experience My trainer Jake was patient kind kept track and kept me from entering myself push me to keep going but not beyond what I could and I believe I went for just about a year one day a week Did a few little things on my own but Jake at any time fitness help me to maintain 7 lb weight loss and only 1 lb game back but turned that jiggly skin into muscle the rest is up to me to hydrate but it was great to have somebody supportive along the way while I was just there for toning and to build a little muscle I enjoyed it I looked forward to it and it was enough since I have a physical job that's why I think Jake for keeping me in shape for the year and I think we formed a friendship.

Very happy with this gym it's very rarely overcrowded there is plenty of equipment available so that you do not have to wait very long if at all it is a generally very clean environment the men's bathroom sometimes could use a little bit better attention but still very usable the only reason I didn't give this five stars is because some of the equipment could use some attention there's quite a few pieces of equipment that you have to wrap a hand towel around because the hand grip is torn or damaged then replaced but overall the equipment is in good shape minor inconveniences are what I call those my only other gripe is that there is not a dedicated bench press understandably most gyms now are power squat racks which can be used as a bench press I do like the multi-purpose aerobics area with all the goodies that come with that it is a good environment all around and very enjoyable gym I wouldn't like to say it would be nice to have a member of staff there at all times I understand it is 24/7 gym and that would require multiple shifts of people I have noticed you recently that a lot of older are coming in and also the younger crowd like high school kids and sometimes it would be nice to have these got hurt for instance Mondays seem to be the days where the high school kids come in and you can clearly see maybe two or three of them are there to actually work out the rest of them seem to be all over equipment have not had any bad interactions with them if asked they will allow you to continue your workout but it is a gym not a clubhouse or Hangout in just small little gripes nothing major overall five star except for those things also the new manager is a rockstar very helpful if you can catch her before 6:00 p.m.

I've been going to this gym for the past four years. It's so sad to see it go down since the new ownership and regional management. Things almost break every weak (water fountain, AC, leaks, machines, etc) and just for the entitlement of "upper management" who doesn't seem to have the ability to handle things herself, some of those things can be fixed quicker but they are not. If it wasn't for this location's general manager (Madisyn) I don't know where this gym would be.

I’ve been a member since 2018 I think. I’ve seen 3 owners as a member, and not since Mr. Eric(1st of 3) have I seen an owner been so hands-on, and involved taking care of the gym. Ms. Madisyn was great. My membership had expired more than 8 months ago, and she gave me the new membership terms and was very kind and up front, and engaging about the member options. After a few hours of figuring out my budgeting, I came back the next day to renew my membership, and get back to my fitness routine. Best part about this gym is that given my unpredictable schedule, I can work out whenever I want, for as long as I want. Well, anytime, like the name. So thank you. A great gym within my apartment’s range, and within my budget’s range as well.
If you have doubts on wether or not becoming a member, do yourself a favor and get in there, and member up.

Selected this gym post COVID as the gym I'd been going to the six years prior permanently shut down. Membership fees are reasonable, you can go any time, and its always clean. Gym is a little on the smaller side, but is never packed and loud like of lot of other big box gyms, which is why I chose it. I do wish it had some of the equipment my previous, larger gym had, but for its size and the other options I had to choose from, if you want a decent workout without the post work crowds, this is a good option.

SAVE THE HEADACHE AND JOIN ANY OTHER GYM

I was a member of this gym for over 2 years so I like to think I can give some pretty good insight into this gym. The gym was good for the price when I signed up, but 24 hours isn't all it seems. They have very poor staffed hours, so if you have anything you need to get with a staff member about, good luck! Numerous times while being a member my keyfob would stop working (no there was never a missed payment), and due to their poor staffing hours, I couldn't get in to the gym when I needed. During my time here there has been next to no new equipment or upgrades, but they did put in a new yoga area for body workouts. Equipment shortages are a regular issue, if you're there during peak hours expect to be waiting for machines or weights for half of your workout. There were also months where machines had broken pieces and torn rubber/guards that to this day have not been fixed or replaced. They bought a water fountain with a fancy filter which was a nice upgrade, until it went months without a filter change so you were better off filling your bottle from a puddle outside. Finally the last glaring issue is just how unprofessional this particular gym conducts itself. If you want to discuss anything with anyone in particular or a manager, you're told "just email us", which is funny because I've sent numerous emails about my account, equipment, issues, and I've never heard back. Heaven forbid you go in the facility to speak with someone because if you get any of the normal front desk reps you will find incompetence and the personality of a trash can. Literally no answers for anything. I'm not even sure why they're there???

In summary, go to like LA or Crunch, they may not be 24 hours but they aren't dumpster fires either.

I called complained there billing company assured me they would fix it then it started again. I filed a BBB complaint however they never responded so clearly it doesn’t matter. Will do anything to close the sale on a membership. I wasnt offered a tour of the location being the first time I had ever visited a location. Instead it was sit down and right to work talking pricing, policies, and commitments.
I live 30 minutes from this club and asked information about going to any of their other locations. They said I can after 30 days, but if I go to another club during staffed hours and show mt fob I can work out there. She knew this was an important factor to me because I meantioned if I couldn't do that I would sign up to one closer and forfeit my company's discount (that I didnt get unless I was to commit longer anyway.)
Well guess what? Called my closest club today and he denied that I can in fact do that. Which means I was lied into to fall into their sale. I was also offered a free 1 hour session with a PT that cancelled on me the next day, rescheduled for a 30 minute session. Extremely disappointing.
This club has you commitment for 12 months no cancellation or you have to pay back the costs for the 12 months. By the end of the paper signing I was finally able to see the club tour I asked for and all it consisted of was here the bathrooms, here is a trainer. I asked where the scales were and they didnt actually point them out or show me any other features of the club out of my peaked curiosity.

I've been to a few different locations, but this is one of the bigger and best run one's. The trainer there is awesome. She worked with me well and gave me great advice. She's still open for questions or general conversation even after I stopped seeing here. Office staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is well-maintained and clean. The bathrooms are nice and clean. They recently redid the recreational room with carpet for classes. The only flaw is the only bagged trashbins of any kind in the women's bathroom is the main trashcan for paper towels.

I don’t know why but I really love this Anytime Fitness. I don’t really interact with the staff much but when I do they are pleasant. The gym and bathrooms are well kept and the machines are clean. I haven’t tried the classes but they look fun. It’s a quiet atmosphere but it’s relaxing. Normally pretty empty and the machines are open. Not a lot of selection but great for a quick workout and not hundreds of people around. The one thing I wish they would do is separate the showers from the bathroom and have a changing area. It would be expensive but I would live there if they did that. I literally drive all the way to LA Fitness just to shower before work. Oh yeah. And I love the vending machine. C4, Celsius, others. All they need to do is add Bang or extreme shock pre-made drinks.

When I asked the question about the forms I was filling out, ready to join, I was simply tall is written there in black and white. Just like that. When I pointed out there was something that did not quite make sense, and asked the person behind the desk to look, she didn't understand it it is a lot to tell the customer they are supposed to understand the form, everything on it, when the person behind the counter certainly doesn't. She said she would ask the next day and call me with the answer, and, of course, never did.

They charge a $50 fee when you cancel your membership, no matter what your reason for canceling it. I suppose this is an effort to get at least a little bit more money out of you before you go. While I would prefer a smaller gym, With service like this, I'll stay at LA Fitness.

It's dirty, nothing is ever re-racked, the lady at the front tried to rewrite an already signed contract (and raise the price, just because she screwed up), the trainers think the whole gym is their personal playground, and to top it all off you'll probably have to deal with dumb high schoolers doing football routines and taking up literally every spot in the gym (while blasting "music" from their Dad bought iPhones and slamming 15lb dumbells). It truly is the worst gym, maybe even place, in all of Florida. Stick to free pizza at Planet Fitness.

I have been part of the gym for the last 4 months. This establishment is always very clean, and the customer service is extremely friendly. The trainers, David and Howard, are always willing to help with questions that members have about exercising. You can tell they are both very passionate about what they do. There is always room on the machines, the machines new, and they have all the equipment that any training program would need including; squat racks, punching bag, stretch areas, and classes. Also the facility is 24 hours which I love. It is great going to a gym where the staff really does care. Thank you.

This location is horrible. The lady in the office doesn't seem to know her job very well although I've heard that she is the owner. Anytime I've asked her about doing anything with my account she says she needs her assistant, who isn't there of course. May this "assistant" needs to run the place. I'm not a fan of the shower rooms either, their kind of communal which doesn't give a person much privacy. The equipment is nice and new but it doesn't make up for the customer service. I'm an anytime fitness member so I can go to any location and I find the location on Hibiscus to be a much better experience. The owner is very nice and knows how to take care of things without an assistant and he keeps the place very well maintained. Go there.

I like this location, a good mix of free weights and heavy duty stationary machines. the cardio stations have connections for iPhones and built in TV's. Plenty of floor space, a heavy bag and a big class room so you can spread out without bumping into anyone.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT Lack of mirrors and weights, overly loud music, and way too hot keep this gym from being rated higher. Large aerobics/classroom and a healthy selection of group fitness classes step it up over most Anytime Fitness gyms. ENVIRONMENT Shoe Rack: Only small cubbies, so gym bag folks like me have a harder time. Temp: Thermostat was set at 75 with only a few high fans, so no real breeze to cool off. Mirrors: No mirrors on side walls so hard to tell if your form on weights, etc is accurate. WiFi: Encrypted access and key is not posted on walls. Not sure if it's publicly available or not, but you will need to go during staffed hours if you want to find out. Restrooms: Clean. Separate unisex toilet and gender based shower/toilet. Shower has no lip at bottom, so be prepared to mop up water spillage. Music: So loud I had to crank up my headphones to an uncomfortable level to drown out. CARDIO Classroom: Have a large class area with big projector screen and nice speakers. No public DVD player though, so if you want to do your own it probably needs to be during staffed hours if at all. No mirrors for form correction. Just hope those planks are level. Warmup/Stretching: Decent sized area. Ellipticals: No elevation control, but otherwise nice. TVs on all ellipticals/treadmills. HRM on one unit was wildly inaccurate, but on another was correct. WEIGHTS Kettleballs: No Dumbbells: Large selection Universal Weights: Good selection Weight Tree: None, and small selection of lower weight plates. Power Rack: Not a cage version, so easy to do overhead presses without smashing your fingers. However, low pins aren't available, so doing dead lifts and bent over rows is tricky. Legs have protrusions that are too wide for both weights to fit past, but too narrow for both sides of weights to rest on, so you have to put collars on as spacers for floor moves. OTHER Personal trainers available for only $25 an hour! Excellent selection of group fitness classes covering everything from mind and body to cardio to core to strength and conditioning.
