Gym is great. But if you come during the day expect the cleaning guy to clean right at your workout station as you’re lifting weights. In my case spraying windex or whatever they use to clean the mirrors right behind me as I’m benching. Then he’ll stand in the corner of the club and stare at people for a good 10 min before taking a couple laps around the gym

I started membership in January, was told I would be contacting by a trainer or specialist to go over programs and plan options, never happened, made complaint to management twice before finally getting a follow up. I tried canceling just overall not satisfied and was told unable to cancel renovation are going to happen. Just today I was told new machines were put in last week. I can call to cancel in Dec. A complete waste of my money.

Nick, the manager, is very nice and helpful. He got me signed up and also recommended a personal trainer for me to use. He answered any questions that I had and when I see him at the gym he always says hi and asks how I’m doing. I contacted Paula, the personal trainer, and have had a number of sessions with her so far. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and assertive.- but in a good way. I think she will do me a lot of good and help me out as I am no spring chicken and I’m getting over numerous medical issues. I’ve been very happy so far.

The facility is fairly small, but there’s plenty of room and they keep it neat and orderly. The people that go there seem nice and I would recommend the place to anyone.

The gym itself is nice, small but has all the equipment and kept pretty clean. Be careful when you cancel I cancelled in May, the manger confirmed it, then in June he called and said I owed for June which I did not pay
So it goes to collections and they are trying to get $210. Very dirty way to do business!

Ryan is so amazing. Every time when I walk in he greets me with a friendly smile, and it really motivates me to lift and get a really “lit” workout. Speaking of the gym, he maintains it so well and it’s honestly breathtaking. Based off the limited space, it was planned moderately well, personally however I think only one row of cardio is necessary, but that is my personal opinion. In fact, I love this gym so much that I come in 5 times a week! That is dedication, and is a testament to just how well this gym is maintained. I have been to many anytime fitness's, but Ryan at this location takes AMAZING care of the gym. He’s so polite and helpful, I see him interact with all of the anytime fitness guests and is CONSISTENTLY cleaning, taking care of the equipment, and I never see him slacking off. Anytime is extremely lucky to have him. I’m going to miss this location as I am moving away. But please come to this location if you’re visiting the area you won’t regret it!

After going here for about 4 years, it's okay. The price went up for new members, and i didn't even know that now it's 37-38 dollars per month is wild!! The new owners bought some new equipment which is without a doubt why it's a lot more now. And it can get very, very crowded with the small space that it has. Personally, i would go around at 3 am. or 10 pm. with a lot fewer people around. It's was clean and the music was good. That's why this gym is "okay"

I have been going to this gym for about 5 months now and have been very happy with it. It is clean and the staff are great and friendly. The time I go it is not overly busy where I can't get on a piece of equipment and I can knock my work out in little more than a hour. I also like the new clean showers even thou I don't use them much but when I do its nice to have. I recommend the place as it is a family operated business and that shows as they know your name when you walk thru the doors and everyone is very welcoming. I love this gym. I have been going here for years. The always bring in new equipment to keep things refreshing. Its not the biggest gym and I love it even more for that reason. It never takes more than 5 mins for equpment to be available. The only reason why I give it four stars instead of 5 is because the mens restroom. Every time I walk in I have to hold my breathe because it smells like urine. I believe this gym is the best in Naples but I hate the fact that the restroom smells the way it does.

I joined this gym after working out from home during Covid. I never trained with a trainer before but had a particular goal in mind and thought I would give it a try. I met with Darrell, explained my goals and troubles and we were off and running! He put together a fantastic program and I cant believe the results I have gotten!!! I’ve been going to this gym for years. The previous owners were very sweet and could always be seen cleaning and keeping up with the gyms demands.. the new owners and manager also do a great job of maintaining the gym as well. They also replaced some equipment and got new machines that definitely help with a diversity of workouts. The manager Kody is always very responsive and has even gone as far as reviewing cameras to see where I lost my gold anklet, I love this gym.
The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of the older male trainer there. He makes working out very uncomfortable, to the point that I have gotten other memberships so I only go there if necessary. I also often will either cut my workout short, or not do certain exercises because of how uncomfortable it feels. There is a difference between glancing at someone and intrusively staring. There is no other person in that gym that makes me feel this way, and I’m sure other females will say the same. I’ve spoken directly to the trainer and it’s only gotten worse since, to the point of just being disrespectful in the gym. As a trainer there, there should be a higher level of respect and professionalism as they are a reflection of that gym.

After 2 years in hygiene school and a year of acclimating to the new career and new house, I decided to get back in to the gym. Problem was that I wanted to get that hot girl Summer body but didn’t know how to properly train for it. Jay reviewed my medical history and concluded I am a good candidate to train. And we both came up with a training program
that would work with my schedule and his schedule. He is certified in stretching, which has helped after running days. Very knowledgeable when it comes to supplements and diet. He is a fan of baseball, enjoys peoples company, and always has a smile on his face. After we completed my 3 month contract i decided to continue my gym training sessions with Jay. I highly recommend Jay to be your trainer! Kody is the office manager, he keeps the place spotless, efficiently runs the place, and is a very welcoming guy.

I get there early, 3:20 am, and yes there are others that workout as I do. However we have two young men, that insist on just dropping weights and bars as they complete a set. We've tried to let them know it's proud. But they lack the ability to be an adult. One always looks like he a highschool jock, but he's in his late 20,s or mid 30s. The other young man looks like a 22 year old. I don't think they were taught workout educate. It's makes others like me. 61 years old have a terrable workout. I thought going early would be quiet. But it wasn't. It stinks. Don't the managers look at tapes and watch what the men and other woman do. Anyways. I like going but it gets harder and harder knowing the two bullies will be there.

Good group of people are there 0430-0600, people generally wipe down when they’re done, but if they don’t you can’t really blame the gym, right? Let me start by saying my family has had at least one or more accounts with this gym for years now. I loved the previous owners and had referred many people to this gym. That being said, I have nothing nice to say about the new owner. I had a pervious agreement with the last owner where I could pause my account while I went to school on the other side of the country (New York) and could unfreeze it when I came back. I understand that that was the previous agreement, but that was a big reason I chose to stay signed up with this gym, so I was hoping that this new owner would continue to honor that. He said no and that he could only pause my account for two months at a time. I figured I could stay on top of that and figured I shouldn’t cancel my membership. Big mistake. When the time came to refreeze my membership, no one would answer the phone, and I eventually got charged for a month while I was on the other side of the country. When I finally did get in touch with the owner, he said he would refreeze my account, but not refund me, which I thought was scummy, but again wrote it off and decided not to cancel. I then got charged for not one, but two months after my account was apparently put on freeze. I tried calling them again, and yes I do call early in the morning when there is supposed to be someone there to answer, and did not get an answer. I then canceled my debit card to prevent these charges as I really could not afford them, especially for something I could not even use. Now, I am getting threatening calls saying I owe them 130 dollars and if I do not pay I will be taken to court and end up paying close to a grand. I honestly thought after being charged for multiple months while I was across the country, that they would be happy with the money they already swindled from me, but of course I was wrong. I hope this is a warning to anyone looking to bring their business here and shows the character of the owner.

The new owner lucas and the new manager kody are great. Super friendly and helpful. The owner is adding six new prices of equipment, a new turf room and doubling the size of the dumbbell area. 3 stars ain't that bad. No problem. Been a member since a couple of years. Carpet ain't the best for a gym, don't understand why you keep it that way, only a small portion is with ",rubber". I have been working out this anytime location for a few months now; the facility is spotless, and owners do an excellent job maintaining the facility, especially the bathrooms. The owners of this gym are very kind, helpful, and honest people; for example, I lost my apple air pods pro at the gym and couldn't figure out how did i lose them or where did i place them before leaving. The next day I asked the owner if anyone turned in headphones; he said no, but he will go through the video footage from last night and try to find out. The owner reviewed the video footage for an hour and found my headphone for me; I was relieved and happy because I paid 250 dollars for the headphones. Any other gym wouldn't have cared to review the footage and help me out.

I don't understand why these owners are so unfriendly, rude and narrow minded. I've been biking to the gym for the last two years for the winter season. They asked about my biking shoes having cleats, but explained they were recessed and posed no problem to their equipment. So last week out of the blue they said I was no longer welcome unless I wore gym shoes. Bringing an extra pair of shoes on a road bike is very inconvenient.

I wear these shoes with no questions asked at all other gyms I visit. So unless I comply I will be forced to find another gym. Moreover the atmosphere is not warming or congenial. I've never seen the elder owners conversing or greeting their clients. I feel sorry that the trainers who work for these curmudgeons.

Apparantly Anytime Fitness has no personality requirements when handing out franchisees. I'm not the first person complaining about this center. Hope the owners will eventually change their attitudes.

I signed up back in September and hurt my back So I’ve been going through multiple doctors and finally found out I have four pinched nerves in my back due to degenerative disk. My doctor ordered me not to be working out and only walking for exercise so I brought a letter into here from my Doctor to cancel my contract and an older lady told me it wasn’t permanent so I could not and and also many people here working out have back issues. Extremely rude and not understanding even after I told her she can call my doctor. I would not recommend this place at all .

Terrible family owners. I came in person and said I needed to cancel the last 3 months of the contract for medical hardship which is perfectly acceptable. I paid on-time 9 out of the 12 months of the contract at an overpriced $30+/month (other gyms only charge 10-15 by the way and let you share with family). They wouldn't let it go and after refusing to pay for a service I could no longer utilize they put through to collections after they lied and said they would cancel it. The gym itself is barely a gym and any other gym you go to (Golds, Planet Fitness, etc.) all have larger gyms with more services, better equipment and lesser monthly cost.

Working up the strength to sign up for and attend a gym should be a positive experience, they made it the opposite. You're supposed to be able to log in to their online billing and cancel through there but they never give you the login. Shady. They wanted a $100 just to cancel. $100 for what? I temporarily make $15 an hour and I'm not one of the many millionaires that lives around here. Stop being greedy heartless terrible people. Scam, stay away.

I normally would not waste my time to write a review but some people need to acknowledge their attitude and behaviors when approaching customers especially as a business owner. Yes like everyone says on here the owner is very rude, and unprofessional. As I was working out he was wiping down the machine, and maybe I accidentally drop the weight. am not sure if I did, but somewhere in his head he thought I drop the weight loud enough to break something. This guy literally stop cleaning just to tell me exactly like this. “don’t drop the weight“ in a very Aggressively tone. while there are many others working out and heard him said it, and when I apologized and said am sorry, if I did, I didn’t mean too. his respond was yes, you did, I saw it. I felt humiliated and left right away.

LITERAL TRASH! Today I attempted to go work out with my sister while we were in the area for vacation. The owner Kent told us we weren't welcome to work out due to my sister's membership, even though we were informed different at our home gym. We asked the owner to call our home gym to fix the issue, to which he refused and repeated that we were not welcome. Every year when we come down to the area there is an issue with this gym, no matter what. The staff is unwelcoming and rude and does not live up to the motto of this gym! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been coming here for the past 6 months. I split my time between Virginia and Florida. My home gym is in Virginia. After 2 weeks in Naples in January this gym switched me over as the home gym. 2 weeks ago my gym in Virginia switched my home gym back to Virginia. Today, I came to the gym with a friend of mine from Virginia who is also a member. We were warming up and approached by the staff and they questioned my friend because he forgot his key fob at the hotel. He asked them to look up his membership, but they refused to. They also questioned me and said I am only a guest here in FL. I explained I go back and forth every 2 weeks and Virginia recently switched me back as my home gym after 2 weeks. The owner said that is not possible in such short of a time span; however, this gym switched me over as the home gym after only 2 weeks! By the way, they can see all this in the computer, but despite seeing the information lining up with what I said they still continued to question us. The owner and staff were very rude and basically called 2 members liars and made my friend leave to go get his key fob. Bad business and terrible staff. We will never return.

My husband and I are Anytime members, were in town on vacation, and wanted to work out here. He didn’t bring his key fob, so we purposely went during staffed hours and asked them to look up his account. The owners refused, and were rude to us. My husband pointed out that he was aware of his rights under the contract, and they went as far as to ask if he was “with Anytime”, apparently because they were shocked that anyone would read the contract and know the rights and obligations contained therein.
One of the obvious selling points of an Anytime membership is the ability to work out at any of the locations, “anytime.” It’s not only NOT too much to ask they look up account information during staffed hours to verify members, but it is part of their obligation under corporate policy. We went to a different Anytime location in Naples that was happy to look up the info, and have us. The owners of this location are awful, rude, and do not deserve any business.

Their attitude went against the very nature of membership to Anytime Fitness- locations to workout across the country and staff available to assist the member. Sooo, my girlfriend and I have been memebers of anytime fitness collectively for 2+years. I left my key fob at home this time so knew that I would have to sign in personally with the management like I have done countless times before at other locations. This is not my usual location but I have been to this anytime fitness twice with my key fob and never had an issue.

I walk in the gym and the elderly owners approach me and ask if I have my key fob and before I can explain to check me in on the computer I am told to, “get out”. I simply explain that I am a member but forgot my key fob so please look me up. I was cut off again and told to, “get out, now!” Now my girlfriend jumps in and says hey he’s a member and we can access any anytime fitness, just check him in. Now they proceed to tell my girlfriend she has to get out to because...even though she has a key fob she can’t be here. By this point i’m pretty pissed and try to calmly explain that they can’t do that and I pay my dues to use this gym. For a third time I was told to get out!. So ladies and gentleman—I highly recommend using the two other perfectly friendly locations in Naple because this is the single utmost disappointment of Management at a gym I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I plan on calling corporate and getting this ownership cited. A disgrace to anytime fitness.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would, horrible customer service as soon as we stepped up to the door they greeted us like bodyguards and did not allow us to step into the gym asking us what can we do for you? Signed up for a 7-Day trial online when I got here they told me it doesn't exist and they don't participate. $10 to try it for a day, asked if I could look around and they told me that I would have to sign a waiver. Members for about 10 months. Only good thing to say about this gym is they keep it clean. Sometimes to point where you're tripping over the vacuum. Mgmt at this location has no concept of customer satisfaction. They are rude, it's obvious they are all about the $$. We gave notice that we were cnxing/switching to different fitness location, they charge last month fee and had my son turn in fobs. Then an additional two weeks charged for six weeks paid without access. We spoke with one of owners who then said we could still come by and use gym while they were there. ??? Whole operation feels a little chintzy

I've been going to anytime fitness for a year my membership was not on auto renewal, the gym I renewed my membership at is closed still after the hurricane hit. I was told if I go to another gym and explain about what happened they should let me in, well this is the only one open and they did not even let me in and turned me away. I was told after 30 days you should be able to access any gym, it's been over 30 because I've been charged twice already. Really disappointed that they turned me away especially with the way the membership is if you visit the gym frequently it changes to there gym. I won't be going to this one anymore what a shame.
