If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Let’s start with the equipment and the price. For $60 a month they don’t offer what golds gym, planet fitness or any other gym does. Although you sign a contract for a year they try and charge you even after you tell them you would like to break the contract and no longer utilized the gym. I understand if I was charged a month or 2 for breaking the contract but they want to continue to do so and charge me. The bathrooms are always dirty and the new staff they have there named Stacey is unprofessional. She contacted me and was very argumentative and I concluded the call. Professionalism doesn’t reside there cleanliness doesn’t exist there and if I were you I would go elsewhere before you become unhappy and your bank account is robbed too. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

What I love the most is They offer personal training and some group classes, though those can vary depending on the location. Membership prices are fair, especially considering you get access to any Anytime Fitness location worldwide. The biggest perk is definitely the 24/7 access – it’s super convenient whether I want to hit the gym early in the morning or late at night.

This gym is the best one I’ve been to in a while and the reason is that it’s tucked away from the rest of the world. I don’t always feel comfortable going to a gym where you can feel people watching you or make you feel uncomfortable. This gym is different. It’s quiet, clean, and just an all around good atmosphere. The GM, Age is such a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Shes always there for me. I can definitely call her a friend at this point!

This is by far one of the most accessible locations I’ve ever had the opportunity to workout at. There is little traffic at peak hours of the day and equipment is always available. While the location is small, it doesn’t not fall short in cultivating a comfortable, friendly place to work towards your fitness goals. I personally travel for work frequently but always look forward to having a workout at this Anytime Fitness.
Customer service at this location is also top notch. Age, the branch manager is incredible and always willing to answer questions. She’s approachable and greets everyone with a smile. Check this location out if you’re in the area!

Canceled my membership in 2022 and they’re still billing me even though I’ve called and talked to the owner in person about canceling my membership, not to mention the staff is very unhelpful and unprofessional. I will never recommend this gym to anyone.

Once again I called on 7/12/24 to try and cancel my membership for the 6th time. The worker said she would cancel it and I would receive a confirmation email. It’s August 12th and they billed me again.

My favorite gym in the area! It's a very clean and nice environment with a decent weight selection for its size.
The only complaint is that there is currently one 45lb barbell, and it's a bit off centered. The knurlings seem to be oddly spaced, making it hard to center while lifting, it's a bit of a risk concern and it would be amazing if a newer 45lb bar was added!

Just went in to inquire about their membership prices and set up. Was a member with an Anytime Fitness franchise for 4 years in western NY. Loved the convenience of being able to workout at anytime and the vibe of Anytime Fitness. I am currently working out at Planet Fitness and decided it was time to switch back over since I miss squatting with a barbell.

Don’t waste your time with this specific location. Expect to be greeted with pushy staff and an untidy studio in need of repairs. If you decide to join make sure you read the full agreement as you can expect other charges not initially stated by the staff. Luckily I was a member before so I knew about the various charges so I was able to ask about it.

I stated that I was shopping around for the best prices and would be back if I decided to join. Apparently the female manager/staff member did not like that I “wasted her time” because before I left she commented in a rude tone, “if it’s not within your budget why even take a picture of it?” (I took a picture of the membership prices). I did not appreciate her trying to belittle me and will not be returning.

I will most likely join since I’ve had a great experience with Anytime Fitness. From reading past reviews and my own experience, this specific franchise clearly has some issues. I will find a different location and join there.

To the staff member that will be reading this. Being genuine and kind will get you more members that decide to stay.

Good gym but there’s a real problem with people leaving weight on bars. This is the third time this week I’ve come in and weight was just left on a bar in one of the power racks - someone clearly finished benching and just decided to leave plates on there. One time a guy finished shoulder press and left 95 racked high up and left the gym. Shorter person wouldn’t have been able to get it down to use the rack. Obviously not fully in control of the staff but still annoying. Otherwise super nice gym, owners clearly put a lot of love into equipment and layout.

Updated Review: Cancelled membership since I moved from Ocala 2 YEARS AGO. Checked my CC today, still being billed (My fault, should've paid attention). On top of that, you can't even go to the gym right now, the gym I am going to now has stopped billing people while it's closed, because it's the right thing to do. I liked it because it was pretty dead. There wasn't a lot of equipment, but you could get a full workout no problem. Now I feel like this gym is a fraud and left a bad taste in my mouth. Hope the 1k you took from me was worth it. Won't be opening a new membership at any anytime because of this.

excellent management, super friendly and welcoming atmosphere, a somewhat small (compared to other gyms) however far more cozy environment. having the pick of the area i chose this one and very happy i did. this little gem seems hidden away from the crowded streets of ocala and provides me with everything I wanted in a gym: friendly, clean, well trained staff, and groovy customers.

Also use the cool body composition scale thing they have. It's worth it to see progress or if not change something up after 4 weeks or so. :) worked for me

Used this location while I was in town on a business trip. Overall had a good experience, I worked out at 5:30 AM on Monday and it was not busy at all, which is great. The plates look brand new and are not rusted. Only reason I’m really giving it a four instead of a five star is because it has listed on the website that they have a spin bike, which it was lacking (they had normal exercise bikes tho).
