Make sure you never have to talk to management because they do not staff their office or answer the phone. It says management was supposed to be there at 5 PM at 5:12 management still isn’t there. If you need a place to work out make sure they’re management there is always accessible.

Ella and then justin both contacted me back letting know they would be happy to help me although I would have to come in while they were there
We had set up a time for this afternoon
I had came at States time to find the doors locked with no answers on their phones
After knocking on door someone finally answered. he said noone in office was there but he would call justin and ella
Which he did in front of me just to say they wore not excepting 7 day passes no more and that I would have to return tomorrow to talk to them for a tour
We had just moved here from lk mary
I was looking for somewhere for my family and I to spend 4 to 5 hrs a week
Not only have you taken from my day ,you have shown your unprofessionalism
Very disappointing

I love this place. I just join yesterday and the staff is amazing. Ella is a amazing manager, she communicate very well, she make you feel like it home and Bryan the coach/trainer is awesome. He gave me some good advice for my workout goals.

I've been going here for 6 yrs. and it's the best fitness place I've ever been to. It's extremely clean, well managed, plenty of machines. The owners & staff care about me, called me when I hadn't shown up for awhile and care about their clients. The restrooms are very clean and quite large. Background music isn't annoying. Just a great place.

Anytime Fitness Metrowest is clean and secure, and the crowd is casual, friendly, and diverse. It's safe and inviting for women and older residents, but has the right equipment for serious gym enthusiasts, too. The owners and management—Ella especially—go out of their way to answer questions and make the experience perfect. It is by far my favorite gym in the area, and I recommend it above all others without hesitation.

I've been going here for over 6 years no matter where I moved over those 6 years I always made the drive to the Hiawassee anytime fitness no matter the distance mainly because of the management , trainers, and staff that work there. They are by far the most welcoming and accepting people and business I've ever been too. No matter if you go every day or if your like me maybe you end up taking a few months off because you lost motivation but decided to come back to try again they still welcome you the same way and encourage you to achieve your goals whether it's to pack on muscle , lose some fat, or just to destress they always have your back.

I love everything about the gym. I love the people who work there: Ella, Nick, Bryan, classes instructors. I love how much everyone encourages you to do better, from the staff to all the posters on the walls (even in the bathrooms). I enjoy how they have challenges almost every month which motivates you to be there more often. This gym has a large variety of machinery and open spaces to workout on your own. It’s ALWAYS clean and has good music. I recommend anyone who wants to take a step into a healthier life! You will love it!

I lived across this Anytime Fitness for a few years and I've recently moved to Texas for work. It's been a year now and I haven't been able to find a place I could call home like I did at this location. The classes are great, the teachers are energetic, and it's very much like a family if you want it to be. Ella (the owner) is so accommodating, comforting, and welcoming.

I come home to visit my family during the holidays and whenever I am in town and if I can take a class, she lets me visit as if I still live in Florida. It means a lot! Gio, Mayte, & Andrea (the zumba/toning instructors) are why I fell in love with Zumba and this gym as well. It might be a smaller one compared to the ones around the area but it has everything you would need and it's filled with great people!

During the virus crisis I have never felt safer in a public place. The gym staff, especially Ella, has gone above and beyond keeping this place beyond clean and sanitary for everyone. Keeping it to only members and monitoring capacity. I honestly feel safer at the gym then my own house. Thank you for the commitment to your members it’s greatly noticed and appreciated. After meeting with Eli (the owner) the unfortunate experience I had turned in a wonderful one, I am giving this place a five after seen how she treats everyone.

If you have any experience as I have (please read below), give her a chance leave a message with the trainers which usually are there and she will respond back to you ASAP.

I went today to sign a s a new member and supposed to meet the owner but never show up, no call to reschedule. I have to take time off to do this as it was in the mid day. Maybe they do not need any body else and their business is going very well, very bad communication.

Unfortunately have to give this gym a one star for the shady ness that this company has in regards to people signing up. We had signed up for this one time deal which hadn’t been explained that we would be stuck in a 2 year contract where you could only cancel by paying the full amount of what was remaining of the 2 years. Also in regards to moving and medical procedures I had moved out of Orlando about a good 2 hours away and had double jaw surgery where I have been out for almost 3 months with months of preparation leading up to this. Only way you can cancel is by going to the home gym and filling out paperwork and wouldn’t make any exceptions for my major surgery. So have been paying for this gym when I can’t even go to the gym because I am limited to what I can do and can’t even go and cancel it without driving over 2 hours to cancel at the home gym. Overall horrible customer service and wouldn’t ever recommend this gym to anybody nor will I ever be an anytime fitness member again.

Very nice location, but there are only 2 elipticals, and the abductor/adductor is not very well designed, but thats in most anytime fitness locations. there are 2 showers and a restroom, they are all very clean, and a decent size. The bathrooms have plenty of hooks and shelf space, so i dnt have to put my yhings on the floor, they also have a large mirror as well. The stretch room is nice but could use more equipment. There are only weighted balls of 10LBS, if there are any in increments of 5LBS, than they are not in the stretch room, and i am not finding them anywhere. Also i luv that anyone can connect there device to the stereo, and i luv the big & little punching bags

Not a huge gym, but most definitely prefer it that way! Any gym gets crowded at certain hours, you just have to find the sweet spot. Owners are amazing, facility is always super clean and organized, and you definitely feel like family there. Love it and won’t be leaving anytime soon!

I am a member from Massachusetts. I went at 4:45am and I was one of two people in the facility. I'm a free weights guy, and this place has all that I need: a couple of squat/bench racks, plenty of plates, dumbbells up to 100# (well organized!), a deadlift platform (!!!!) with both a hex bar and an Olympic bar, and a dip/chin belt. The place is clean, not too hot or cold, and has nice bathrooms. Highly recommeded.

The other reviews are correct on here, there are members here who receive special treatment. They have rules being bent for certain members while other members they try to work over when they move out of the area and want to transfer. In my experience I was nice to on my first visits. After that I was not spoken to, after I moved 3 hours away and contacted about cancelling my membership, they told me my option were to have someone take over my membership, pay 70% of my remaining balance or to transfer to another store. However when you speak to another store they tell you that you have to speak to your parent club you signed up with. I was told by one manager from a club in the area I moved to, that because I moved out of the area I should have the option to cancel. However the club I signed up with is so desperate to not lose their contracts that they are stating otherwise. In doing research this specific gym location is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. In my experience with the employees and management, they are conniving, sneaky, disrespectful, and down right rude. After my experience with this facility I will never have anything to do with any Anytime Fitness again. My customer experience is related to this location. Keep in mind that the Anytime Fitness at this location is connected to the same company giving approval for the other's. The actions of my treatment from this facility reflects against the Anytime Fitness name. There are several other gyms out there which can offer a much better experience. Also this facility is small and gritty.

This is a very clean gym but you have to either be family or speak Portuguese to get special treatment. I've witnessed an entire family come in on one membership and the owners know them so it's okay with them. The gym is small A gets crowded easily.

This Anytime Fitness is wonderful! I've been a member since they opened, and I have always had the best experience! The staff are extremely nice, attentive to your needs and concerns, and want the best for their members! Great new equipment too. Their trainers are always there to help too. Gym seems clean, but the staff makes it a bad experience. They seem very strict and have false advertising all over stating "you can bring a guest once a month". I've attended that gym 3 times with a guest and was never corrected, just band from the gym with no warning. My Davenport gym called to let me know what was going on and I was confused because of there advertising (they even have small posters in the bathroom stating this). I instantly called this gym to clarify my intentions but no answer. I went to the gym and tried calling from the outside and I even witnessed, through the window, the staff ignoring the call (I could hear the phone ring). I was so turned off I decided to not even bother and speak to someone in person. I left planet fitness because of there strict rules but it seems planet fitness may be a better choice because they seem more considerable in situations like this and also less expensive ($20). I mean a $35 monthly membership to be treated like a delinquent is not worth attended this gym. Very poor customer service. Every other gym I've became a member at like Golds gym, L.A. Fitness, planet fitness, etc. never gave bad service but this gym is giving a bad name to Anytime Fitness. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

I joined AF Metrowest shortly after it opened. From the start, I felt comfortable and at home. The staff are friendly, motivational and willing to help me on whatever exercise I wish. The gym and changing rooms are immaculate. Located in the well lit Publix parking lot, I have felt safe coming and going late at night and early in the morning - you have to love being able to work out when it fits into your schedule! I highly recommend AF Metrowest!
