I have been a member of any time fitness pace since they opened. excellent fitness center most professional crew I’ve ever seen. A big shout out to Morgan. She takes care of everybody in the most professional way. She’s a true ambassador for this outfit. Give her a pay raise a pat in the back and day off. Thank you Morgan for being so professional

Ive been a member since opening and I love it so far. The equipment is very nice and everything clean. I also greatly enjoy the professional training services of Alex, he is highly trained and motivated to help people achieve fitness goals. Keep up the good work Anytime Pace!

Today, upon entering Anytime Fitness, I noticed the manager observing me with a blank stare, but there was no greeting. I then proceeded to the waiting area, where I stood for approximately five or so minutes before deciding to depart, as no one had approached me. As I was exiting, I paused in front of the manager's office and the adjacent office, yet no one made eye contact. As a veteran, I highly value good service. I found the conduct of the female manager and the two male staff members working today to be quite unprofessional. I intend to take my business elsewhere, to an establishment where it will be more appreciated. I sincerely hope the owners will consider improving their staffing choices at this location. Furthermore, there was a male coach present who appeared to be unoccupied in his office, yet he remained focused on his laptop and seemed largely unaware of his surroundings. I am very disappointed with my experience today. I will certainly not be recommending this facility to anyone I know, and I have no intention of returning to this gym in the future.

I tried to call and ask a simple question about the new facility. A very obvious AI voice with fake crowd noise answered the phone. It pretended to be an employee until I called it out as not being human. Rather than fowarding me to a real person, it tried to take a message. Not off to a good start anytime, if you cant give me proper customer service, I see no reason to give you my money. Trying to fool your customers so you can cut corners is morally wrong.

Amazing gym run by good people and close to home for me! Todd and his folks are great and I haven’t wanted to go to another gym since setting foot in the one in Milton over 10 years ago but this place is awesome!

Didnt want to leave a bad review so im going with a good one to get the attention. We attempted to go this morning and it is not open yet. The frustrating part is that it says it is open on Google. Second time trying and still not open.
