Some guy nagged John has began to harass would be gym goers and I feel unsafe now. I’m thinking about resigning and finding a new place to work out. He verbally threatened me and told me what he felt felt about my physical appearance. As a traveler, I stopped into the NPR location. It was very clean and I luckily arrived when Sarah was there managing the gym.
She was very nice and informative.
I will definitely use this facility again.

Run down. The staff is never there. People sneak in consistently. I don’t feel safe there. Oh and it’s $150 to cancel your membership. Never happening again. And when I questioned why we were still getting charged after canceling, the girl said “to be honest, I don’t know, today’s my last day so.” Do better. Don’t join this place.

I’d like to ask that you move the lighter (purple) stretching/workout dumbbell rack back out into the main gym so that people can use them 24/7 instead of on a room where they get used an hour a week.

Travel a lot so I go to many different Anytime locations. This club very clean and well-kept. As a serious lifter, though, there was a shortage of equipment, especially considering the large size of the facility. In my opinion, there exists an inefficient use of the space, i.e. could have more equipment while still keeping enough open area for classes, etc. However, I understand that the regular clientele (the individuals in there looked on the older side) may lean toward cardio or group classes. My main advice is that, if you are a serious lifter, this location may leave you a bit wanting. Otherwise, a nice facility.

Always several treadmills broken. Weird patrons who dance around w foam rollers or literally jump in on your set. Theres no stairmaster. One tv loud obnoxious music most of the time. Several people use this place like its their personal gym in their garage. Very strange.

Atmosphere is awesome staff sucks they hide behind a glass window don't even greet members...staff also does not show up till ten..am.... one thing I do have to say that is immaculate is the cleanliness of the gym but they kick me out for not wiping down machine which was the treadmill I may have forgot I may have been focused on my work out but it is a 24-hour gym but what is unsafe is they don't bother to the cameras in case there's an issue like an emergency a cable snapping on the machine or etcetera...2yrs later staff she is awesome place is more energetic ambience throughout the atmosphere and also have most active member roster..good job

I've been a member of this gym for about 2 years and for the past 3-6 months things have been going downhill some of the equipment is falling apart, some just straight up nasty and some days it smells funny by the front of the gym. Do better

This location is very clean. I see the girl who works here during the day cleaning all the time! That is huge for me. There is a decent mix of equipment and lots of dumbells. I also really love that there are 2 classrooms that can be used for workouts so you don't have to be in the middle of the gym if you don't want to be. Everyone at this location has been friendly, no problems with other members. Over all A clean, comfortable place to workout

Nice gym. Not real busy most of the time. Machines are in good shape although there is plenty of room for more weight machines. Probably waiting for business to increase before the gym will invest more equipment into the business but maybe with more equipment the business may increase? Silver Sneakers program is welcomed. Update 4/11/24 The manager spends most of time in her office. I had pointed out some maintenance that should be done to keep equipment safe but after 2 months no improvement.

One or more employees are scamming customers with a chip reader and false card details and transactions. I have never had a membership here nor have I purchased anything from here yet they keep trying to charge my account and won't pick up the phone anymore. I hope corporate sees this and fixes this location super sad I reported everything.

I am trying out different gyms to join. Today I stopped by Anytime Fitness at this location. Needless to say it was horrific to say the least.
It was disgusting and dirty. They have two shower sections inside the unisex bathrooms. The shower tiles were grimy and moldy definitely will not be signing up here. Limited equipment and one class 9:00 am only one day a week. It's a mystery how do they label themselves a gym?

I’ve been to a lot of decent anytime fitness’s in the past however this specific location is lacking a lot of gym equipment and the staff are rude and made me feel like they really don’t care about the gym. The place smells dirty and what equipment they do have seems outdated but at the end of the day it is still a gym and usually is empty but I’d say the only real pro here is that it’s 24/7 however I was very disappointed in my experience there especially for the price they charge of 50 dollars a month. Also note that if you try to cancel they will refuse to cancel until it’s been a full year and they will destroy your credit most likely so if you go here plan on being stuck paying 50 dollars a month for a mediocre gym.

This gym is very poorly managed and dirty as heck. This was my first time at this location and definitely my last. For all who go to Anytime and want a clean and well managed gym go to the Tarpon Springs location it is way nicer and has much more equipment. One could tell the owners of this gym don’t really care about it, and probably aren’t into fitness. What I love most about the Tarpon location as well is that the Owner is in from time to time and she is also really personable. In addition she has so many different grips and set ups for different work outs. It most definitely is the place to be.

It's a nice facility but it seems that the Silver Sneakers membership privileges are at the employee on duties discretion and even change from one member to another. I was Corinthian super sneakers membership but Medicare when I was 48 years old to my disabilities, and that is at the description of Medicare. But because I do not look like the average silver sneaker member who is usually in their 60s or older I think you get different results as to when I can go to the gym when I have to leave the gym and what classes I can take or not take. Unless that of course was maybe perhaps really small period of time that I was homeless and perhaps I was being judged based on the backpack that I wore and not the extent of my disabilities. That was a big turn off!! The same results applied to the Ridge road location as well. Same management for both locations but I do not have that problem when I go to other cities and other the locations throughout the area. I've spoken question management about this numerous times and those results and answers have even changed throughout the course of several months so hopefully there will be some sense of uniformity to the Gyms policies. All gym's have their cliques of members, or the ''in crowd'', which is fine but I don't go to the gym for popularity I go for fitness. Other than that it's a very nice facility well equipped, reasonably clean and user friendly as far as the equipment setups.

I really like this location. The space is much larger than most Anytime locations. They have 4 power racks, 2 with mats and bumper plates. Everything is spread out and you have all the equipment you need for HIIT programming or powerlifting. Also have to mention that everything is very clean and there are 4 restrooms, which is nice.

Great equipment, plenty of space. But this gym needs a serious cleaning (sweeping and dusting mainly) It’s absolutely unnerving looking around and seeing the level of dust and hair all over the floor surrounding the equipment. I sat down for a rest after a set and I feel gross 🤢

I feel confident saying that this is not only the best Anytime Fitness I've ever been to, but one of the best gyms. Aside from having everything one may need, this gym is an exceptionally clean facility. This combined with the amazing staff makes for a wonderful experience. Having been gone for some months, coming back I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to, and working with, Charlotte. Incredibly helpful, accommodating, and a wonderful conversationalist, Charlotte also spent nearly the entire two hours of my time in there cleaning what I though to be an already spotless gym. This is one of my favorite gyms in the area. Yes, it’s a great gym with plenty of space and very clean. However, this 5 star rating is owed directly to Charlotte. I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a year and every time I feel welcomed because of Charlotte. This facility is amazing. Truly one of the best (if not the best) anytime fitness. First of all, it’s RIDULOUSLY clean... at all times. There are 3 treadmills. 3 elliptical. 2 concept 2 rowers. 2 rogue assault bikes. There are trx bands, sand bags, battle ropes, free weights, 4 squat racks and 1 smith machine. There are also some key pieces of equipment for legs and chest. This is a really really awesome place to go.

I love my workouts here! It's got basically everything I would want to train with from barbells to kettle bells to a giant turf area! They keep it super clean and Charlotte's positive energy really keeps you motivated to go in and get your workouts done. Definitely recommend this gym - best in the area!!

Great gym all round. Plenty of work out space, not an overcrowded "box gym" like some of the other gyms I have been too. Bathrooms are not kept (the 2 times I used the same one there was urine on the floor next to the toilet and the seat. and the trash bins always seem to be full. I do like that you can get help with losing weight with the classes, dietician, personal trainer, etc.
