Horrible cancellation experience, unless you are disabled or more than 30 miles away you are prevented from canceling. They still charge a fee. Think twice before joining. Complete scam. You call customer service and no one knows about each other. They even asked me for a plane ticket because I was going to another country. This is just a gym. It is not an international banking account cancellation. I cancel the payments one by one from my bank, you do the same.

I've recently become a member at this gym and I can say without a doubt it's the best choice in a gym you could make. I've had a fantastic experience so far, the location and equipment are clean and make it easy to want to get a workout in. I use to go to the gym about 10 yrs ago and I just recently signed back up because I needed somthing 24/7. Has update equipment and an assortment of machine and free weight lifting. I have yet to be here on a crowded busy late night or morning. It’s great if you like a peaceful workout we bike ride from our house so there also a place to chain your bike. Overall they did a great job updating it since I was a member back in the day.

Just joined the gym this week, so except for the easy sign-in process by Zach and convenience of location I don’t have much to say. I don’t know much about the equipments and have only used a few but I like the room with the weights/dumbbells that can be used for individual workouts. I just wish they had someone show you how to use the equipment during the first week because the personal trainer route is too expensive for me.

I joined came to the gym reluctantly to improve my health but I have remained loyal going 4x a week because of Jason. Jason has been there every day for me, from the warm and heartfelt greeting to the encouragement at the end of each day. I know he is there for me for questions and health advice. He has spent a lot of time with me calculating target heart rates and explaining the differences between cardio and wt. training. Awesome customer assistance. My family have been members for years and needed to transfer my son’s home club to this location because locality issues. Called and spoke to Jason who quickly solved our problem and worked with us to transfer my son to this location. Changing back to 5 stars since they brought Jason back and the gym is starting to get back into shape. Jason has also resolved some issues that weren't addressed for months.

I have to give it to the new General Manager Jason, he is definitely listening to the members and is upgrading this location, which is starting to look like we're in 2023. Jason fixed the most important issue for me, which was the hot water (Has never worked since I've been a member for 3 years) and he fixed it within a month and kept me updated on the progress. This is unusual for Gym staff to communicate to their members like Jason has, which is why you need see Jason for your new membership.

UPDATE: 15 Jan 2023

New management. They say they're going to replace old equipment with new and they plan on resolving the no hot water issue. They say this should be somewhat completed by the end of the month. Will provide an update after that.

They keep this place very clean and the staff is pretty cool. This is the smallest gym I've been to, so this is critical when you're going during peak hours and can't get in on the equipment you want. In addition, there is no hot water in the showers, and I'm a heavy sweater, so after my cardio I need a shower. Needless to say, I try not to visit this location during my cardio days, nor during peak hours. 3.5 stars.
