Edit: Forget the hip thrust machine, can yall atleast turn on the ac? It's like a sweat box here in the day time. Theres only 3 fans and only 2 are plugged. Yall just took the yearly "gym improvement" fee.. let's see the improvement.

2nd Edit: REALLY? Yall got rid of the hip abduction machine for one that only has 140lbs on the stack? Im at 210lbs so this is a joke. And still NO hip thrust equipment.. a regular bench does not work for everyone. Yall could had gotten a $500 hip thruster bench from Bret Contreras. Very disappointed and will be moving us to another gym. Or I can purchase it and yall just not charge me my membership until the $500 is paid off and yall can even keep it. All the girls that come to this gym and I were so excited thinking we finally were going to get equipment for the #1 glute exercise.

Love going to this gym, the trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable, Van was excellent at explaining my evolt results and walking me through a great workout. He even walked me through nutrition. All with the biggest smile on his face, I felt very comfortable.

This Anytime fitness could be better, when you join they give you a key fob with nothing for it. When I was a member of Anytime Fitness in Brandon they gave you keychains with Anytime fitness logo for your fob, they had Anytime fitness towels and shirts. Now a days they just want your monthly money and offer nothing else.

It's a shame when 2 members of over a year go to the gym, and one forgets his gym fob, so we leave a note advising why he followed me in and that he's an actual member, and I get a phone call advising don't let it happen again and we'll waive the $25 feee this time. Are we being serious right now??? Save me the contract I signed jargon... I didn't let a stranger in or a habitual fob forgetter... next time charge me the $25 and don't waste my time...i'll be cancelling my membership and going to the 54-BBD fitness center.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I called to cancel my membership in October, was told it will cancel in January. I called in December to follow up to ensure the membership will not auto renew, they said no problem! My card was still charged for January. I called again and was told the manager will refund me for January (which I have never received) but I am still being charged and will be hit later this month for a $40 cancelation fee. Not once did the manager call me to resolve this issue. The lady on the phone was pretty much telling me her system messed up so I need to pay the cancelation for Feb instead of Jan. This gym is way overpriced. The equipment is old and doesn’t look like it gets cleaned. Staff never seems to be available or helpful in anyway and has the worst communication with their customers

Great gym. Well kept. Clean. Very disappointed, they continue to take money out of my son's account. He turned in his fob and told them he was moving to Georgia. He spoke to one of the workers and asked the worker if he needed to sign any papers or do anything else. The worker said no that they only needed the fob back. They continued to withdraw money from his account. When he called to find out why, he was told that he needed to talk to the manager. He called back to talk to the manager, who then told him he had to come in and tell them directly. He explained that he had spoken to and given his fob back to the worker. They said they received his fob, but he still needs to speak with the manager. Unbelievable.

When I started here everything was great and management was fantastic and friendly. Fast forward 6 months and management now talks over you and cuts you off. Also is not clear on things. Was told a district manager or regional manager would call me to help settle the issues I was having. That call never came. It has been 4 days waiting for that phone call. Now I most definitely do not want to stay with them. Funny I have had a better experience with the gym by hobby lobby and they are owned by the same people.
Update. Regional manager called me finally making excuses as to why it took so long. Still stuck with them. Horrible customer service

Since the New ownership and management took over this gym has become impressive. Been a member at Anytime for over 3 years and this is my go to spot. Clean faculties and awesome members. You will not be disappointed by making this your go to place to have a happier and healthier version of you.

Gym opens at 9am. It's now 925am and I'm still sitting in the parking lot, waiting for an employee to show up. Kind of pathetic, especially if someone is trying to join this gym

Went back a few times and no one is ever there. This is the only gym that staff doesn't work there. I had to get my membership someone else and now I'm forced to use this pathetic establishment cus there isn't another AF closer

Stopped by for the first time in awhile and the place looks awesome! New owners have cleaned everything up and there is a lot more space for using equipment. I didn’t use this gym often before but with it being on my way to work I’ll definitely be going here regularly!

Very small place, with high price tag. You must pay 40 USD to get a "Key" that allows you to enter the gym 24/7, then 30 USD for a 6 month contract.

It is not worth the price to go enter a contract plus buying a key when you visually enter and see that it may not be worth the total lump sum money.

They place needs to review the money model, LA fitness has no contract + more equipment.
