After being with Apex Fit for about a month now, I can confidently say I have found a great fitness home at Apex Fit! I was introduced to the facility after speaking with Josh and got to have a one-on-one workout session with him after discussing my personal fitness goals and background. He was very welcoming right of the bat and very attentive as well, so as a complete fitness/gym newbie I felt a lot less intimidated and was actually very excited to begin! Workouts are adapted and customized to your fitness level and progress is also easy to track with their membership plans. Josh is my personal trainer/coach as well and I truly appreciate how he always checks in with me and also helps create a strong bond between all the members of Apex Fit even with a busy schedule, it truly feels like a family and I can’t wait to continue my journey here! All my interactions and experiences with the other coaches have been amazing too, everyone is so welcoming and kind! I 10/10 recommend this gym and its trainers :-)

My family has enjoyed the training and staff at Better Every Day for years. They are the most knowledgeable, professional and encouraging group I’ve trained with. This is the place to come train whether you are 7 yrs old or 70 yrs old. They have a plan for everyone and will help you accomplish your goals.

The Team at Apex Fit Ocoee is amazing. My son has been training in the 5:30pm Athletic Class for youth. The transformation is his physical fitness is mind blowing. Not to mention the confidence that he has gain mentally. He looks forward to coming to train and getting better every day. I also have been training there after my rehabilitation completed at PT. They have help me get to the next level in my recovery from my knee surgery. Big Thank You to the entire team.
