The gates drive me insane every single day. They’re always faulty and it’s always 30+ minutes waiting to get inside. It wasn’t like this before. In the last two years the gates are just worse and worse. it’s not only the hoa problem but some people don’t know how to work a keypad and there are days i’m stuck behind a single car for over half an hour ..

This association has closed the pool for 2 weeks now which is absolutely ridiculous. Today I came to swim, and as soon as I sat down - ready to go (as well as other people), the pool maintenance company poured chemicals right in front of my face which was totally on purpose. They looked at me humorously as I walked away. There is no reason why the pool should be closed this long and I’m inclined to report this HOA at this point. This is all a stunt to have cheaper maintenance while charging high HOA fees and stop people from enjoying their time during spring break.

Amo esta comunidad y la tranquilidad pero sinceramente estoy muy triste de no poder continuar viviendo aqui porq las leyes con los parqueos son bien estrictas y no nos permiten tener mas de dos autos para parquear , el permiso no lo dejan extender para un tercer carro por lo tanto no puedo continuar viviendo acá.😔

Multiple robberies, just recently there was a shooting where the owner/resident died in his own house by a mugger, multiple dog attacks, the gates are always broken, if you go to the clubhouse during the day you can’t stay in the “inside” part of the clubhouse, why? Who knows. Multiple “closing” hours of the clubhouse, theres 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, every day is different and you can never really use your amenities.
The association does nothing to improve security but don’t you even dare park your car in reverse because it will get booted/towed in a second and as smiley they might be at the office, they do nothing to resolve any of your issues, ever.
And let me tell you, Ive wondered if maybe im just being a Karen, but no, they just really suck. Too many “rules” that dont really help or do anything.

Very disappointed over this institution. Paying monthly for the clubhouse and we aren’t allowed to use it. It’s really sad that they are stopping the residents to use the amenities they worked hard and pay for. We have no rights poor communications and zero considerations on new COVID mandates. Please listen to the residents .

Gorgeous swimming pool, and water park! Resort style living at its finest. The spa is nice too. We love the cabanas, though they are not available at this time due to Covid restrictions. The gym is nice and cozy, but fully equipped; and it provides a view of the kids playroom during your workout.
