Wow, what an incredible class! I am from Orlando and was visiting family, and they suggested I join a class before we head back home. I’m so glad I did! I took the 90-minute Vinyasa class taught by Mo. He was absolutely amazing! The staff at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. And the grounds in the back were absolutely beautiful. I loved the space here. I’ll definitely be back again. I highly recommend it!

Starting my yoga journey at Atha Yoga Shala has been one of the most transformative and heartfelt experiences of my life. Atha truly feels like a sacred and magical space—one that holds you the moment you step inside. From my very first day, I felt seen, supported, and deeply welcomed. Each teacher and every member of the community has offered such kindness, wisdom, and strength. I’m endlessly grateful for all that has already unfolded… and for all that continues to awaken within me as this journey deepens. 💙

Atha is my home away from home. Yes, it’s my yoga studio, but it’s so so much more. It’s my sanctuary. It’s an escape from the hustle and bustle of south Florida life. It provides me with a sense of peace and tranquility like no other. Its my favorite place. It’s my happy place.

The studio is situated on a multi acre property surrounded by beautiful, expansive gardens, an outdoor event space, an incredible spa and a yoga retreat house. All of which I’ve had the please of experiencing during my time as a student at Atha, and each with something amazing to offer and share with its guests.

Every single yoga teacher at Atha is incredibly talented, beyond knowledgeable and each have their own unique style of teaching, which makes going to every single class such a special, unique learning experience.

Everyone that works the front desk and the spa are some of the most warm and welcoming people and their energy is contagious. And if you’re lucky enough to chat with Cindy, the owner, she is just one of the sweetest humans. Everything she puts into that place is done with intention and love.

When I was first introduced to Atha I knew immediately that yoga had taken on a new meaning for me. It quickly went from being a form of exercise to a way of life that I wanted to immerse myself in as often as possible.

My favorite way to enter the property is next to the spa, through the “secret garden entrance”, as I like to call it. Within the hustle and bustle of south Florida all around, stepping through that gate and into the garden at Atha is like stepping through a portal into a beautiful, peaceful, bohemian yoga haven.

Atha yoga Shala is a very special part of the community. From the moment you walk I. The front desk team greets you with a warm smile. From the smell of the space to the cleanliness this studio is very well maintained. The classes are out of this world. I’ve been practicing for more than 15 years and I haven’t ever experienced a studio like this. More often then not I’ll stay for a double. Atha is a second home for me and where I’ve found so much healing and growth. I am so grateful to be a part of this Shala.

This place is absolutely magically. Yoga + community + events + healing. The backyard is tranquil

Check out Natalie Sanger. She is the real deal. I’ve been to a few of her Raja Yoga classes and they just keep getting better and better because she keeps getting better and better. Every class is a unique fusion of Natalie’s deep life experience, her travels, her studies, and her incredible energy.

She keeps me grounded in my breath, weaving in so many beautiful modalities that make each class feel fresh and alive. You can hear in her teaching just how well-learned and well-traveled she is. Her classes are as unique as she is.

The music is absolutely perfect. It’s high-quality, heartfelt, and played at just the right volume, loud enough to feel it in your body yet balanced so you can hear her clear, encouraging voice guiding you through every breath and pose. If you love music you can truly feel in your heart, you’ll love this class.

I left with a great sweat, a full heart, and so much inspiration. Natalie doesn’t just move you through poses, she moves you through your breath, through your mind, and through an educational and deeply nourishing journey. Her class felt both delicious and nutritious for my body and soul.

I will be changing my schedule just so I can attend her classes. They are that good.

A Truly Transformative Experience with Moe Jarrar |
Moe’s Meditation Flow class on Saturday mornings at Atha Yoga Shala is more than just a class—it’s an invitation into deep presence. As someone who has practiced yoga for over 20 years, I can feel the authenticity and depth that comes through his teaching. His guidance is rooted in a sincere personal practice that transmits something rare and real.

Moe holds space with a gentleness that allows me to let go, to soften, and to truly be guided—body, breath, and energy. His voice, music, and presence offer a kind of nourishment that stays with you long after class ends. Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this class is one everyone should experience to enrich whatever journey they’re on.

Thank you, Moe, for sharing your gift. This review is my way of expressing heartfelt gratitude today.

This hot yoga class was everything I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm (literally and emotionally). The studio was clean, calming, and perfectly heated—not too overwhelming, just enough to really get your body open and detoxed.

The instructor was phenomenal—motivating without being pushy, and super knowledgeable about modifications for every skill level. The flow was challenging but accessible, and I left feeling like I had just hit reset on both my body and mind.

By the end, I was dripping in sweat, but in the best way possible. I felt strong, stretched, and so grounded. If you’re even thinking about trying hot yoga, do yourself a favor and book this class. You’ll walk out feeling like a brand-new person.

This place is not for me. I felt more stressed when I left. The yoga instructor was difficult to understand and some of the things he spoke about were stressful. He spoke about negative experiences he has had as a child. Additionally, the room was so dark that I was not even able to see him and it was hard to even see people around me to be able to copy what they were doing.

Walking into Atha for the first time was so welcoming and helpful with so much energy starting with the front desk Aranza greeting with detailed information and an amazing full tour of the 4 acres that is a sanctuary. I immediately signed up for a 90 minute (Hatha to Raja) hot yoga class which was amazing.

My sister came into town for her birthday week and I invited her for a 60 minute class early morning on her birthday and it was just what she needed to start her vacation. The next day I scheduled two 60 minute deep tissue massages for the both of us and let me tell you that experience was also amazing and left us both so relaxed from the previous day fast pace hot (Vinyasa Yoga) class.

I have since been back for another massage and can’t wait to tell more friends and business clients about this beautiful hidden jewel of Atha. The staff in the spa made everything easy, comfortabe and warm feeling (Kayla and Triniti)

There is so many different activities to experience, I await my next journey and life experience.

My raja class with Frankie was nothing short of life changing. I have been to yoga classes in other states and with other instructors. But there is truly something special about Frankie. He gave instruction and encouraged me to continue when I would miss or fall out of a pose. When he spoke throughout the class to us I felt as though he was speaking directly to me. It was like he knew what I was going through and needed to hear even though I had never even met him before. I became a bit emotional in both of the classes I took with him, it was such a good release to feel. I also learned new poses and was encouraged to go deeper into poses I previously couldn’t move into. I am moving back into the area in a few months and can not wait to take more of Frankie’s classes. Frankie, you’ve got a gift, thank you!

I feel I’d be remiss if I didn’t share my gratitude for discovering this place, namely Monday night Raja with Matthew. The other classes I have taken are lovely of course, but there is just something about his teaching style that feels specifically tailored to me. Yoga? Yes
The teachers: some of them are amazing in this space and some can be meh. But if you come JUST for the yoga classes then… you won’t really think too much.
Yoga is a great way to heal and reveal. This place can become a cult like..cult. I noticed my friends liking the teachers more than they liked themselves. I had to back away from that. Plus the business can be way WAY more professional, and the establishment can be way WAY more clean.

I don’t have to talk about the times I’ve had cockroach crawl on me in a raja class.
I don’t have to talk about the bootlegged 2021 teacher training that was SO expensive. I worked so hard to make sure that every student that paid felt heard. They pretended to care. Sure, they switched management right after so you couldn’t really do much about it.

Your things go missing here people steal. Things don’t get returned. Shoes, yoga mats, jackets ~ Watch out.

I did and do enjoy stopping in now once in a while.
Just for the yoga. So if atha offers me that then you get 3 stars and I like those bazaar things you have once in a while.

I don’t think anyone would be surprised at my review. I’ve had my fair share of disappointment here and now I think I’m at the right place to finally review.

Also - I think it’s time to change the carpet in the back.

In 2020 and 2021 I frequented a small spa in Delray that had such potential to be a successful retreat space, but it seemed to lack management or financial resources. At some point this spa became part of a larger yoga retreat space called Atha Yoga Shala. I first came to Atha to listen to Krishna Das. They have created a beautiful and peaceful space with amazing energy. There are a bunch of intimate spaces for small gatherings and large spaces for outdoor yoga practice and even a space large enough to host a kirtan wallah by Krishna Das.

Last night I attended a Sound Bath Experience by Luis Angel. It was in the heated room which is warm and beautiful. I have been to many Sound Baths, and love them. Most have consisted primarily of playing bowls and some bells. Luis' Sound Bath showcases his exceptional musical talent. He guides you to relax your body with his voice and the music he selects before he begins to play instruments. Then he plays so many different instruments it's incredible. It was deeply relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. This experience blew me away, and I will definitely be back for more!

Barbara's vinyasa class at Atha Yoga Shala is phenomenal! Her classes are challenging and fast-paced, led with unwavering enthusiasm and consistency. Atha yoga studio is by far the best studio in south florida. The studio and teachers respect and teach the principles and philosophy of the 8 limbs of yoga. The instructors are grounded in the lineage of the yoga tradition. You are greeted by kind ladies like Triniti and Aranza before you enter the beautiful studio filled with great people and a serene space. We took vinyasa classes with Karisa who interweaves yoga philosophy, pranayama and mantra into the asana practice. Her teaching is as beautiful as her voice chanting. Deborah who taught Hatha/ Raja teaches a challenging class to begin your practice followed with an ending of slowing down and traveling within. Her cues are subtle and eloquently spoken to lead you into deep relaxation to follow the challenges faced. We also took Raja with Frankie. His being is perfect for this class. Raja is slower paced and the challenge most us face is is to find ease in each pose and allow the breath to keep our mind calm through the "discomfort." Frankie not only led us mindfully into the physical shapes but speaks philosophical truths to make the heart and mind remain still. Moe who led the Sunday meditative movement was incredible as well. He is gentle and descriptive to get us into the pose he is teaching. While breathing into the deepening of each pose he shared wisdom from the sutras and led us into deep relaxation and release. Although we did not experience every teacher I am certain each one share their own gifts with the class like the 4 master teachers we did experience. Whether new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner, you will find a "yoga family" at Atha yoga.

Liked the ambiance and loud music. Really fast for the breath to movement sections of vinyasa. They may have added kundalini in without telling us what it was. You are expected to move at the same time as everyone which felt like pressure in yoga.

Atha Yoga is amazing! The studio has such a warm, inviting vibe, and Barbara's Vinyasa class is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever taken. She brings so much energy, and her music playlist is perfect – fast beats that match the flow and keep you moving. You feel totally supported while still being pushed to go a little further each time. I always leave feeling great, both body and mind. If you’re looking for a class that’s fun, challenging, and uplifting, you have to check out Barbara’s class at Atha!

I did a yoga retreat with Barbara and I came into this retreat with such an open heart to yoga- excited to learn and discover new knowledge and connections. I had been longing for connections with genuine souls for a while and this retreat timing was perfect.

However it couldn’t have gone much worse than it did. I expected Barbara to be a spiritual leader, I expected a presence of Love and guidance. Unfortunately Barbara seemed extremely ill-prepared to handle such a large group. What I experienced from Barbara was passive aggressiveness - lack of expression of how she was feeling toward myself and others. She almost left us in Machu Picchu- would not help find tickets and laughed at our stress. I felt highly disrespected - I felt a lack of concern for our safety. She had the opportunity to lead a group of eager minds into a beautiful spiritual journey if she had only been authentic and brave.

I would never support another retreat guided by Barbara. She also shared some personal information that I disclosed to her to someone else in the group and it was expressed in a hateful manner. I have given Barbara since we returned home from this trip the opportunity to come to me and address the things that happened and she couldn’t care less. I am coming here to express my feelings in hopes she will read this and realize the impact that she left with everyone she took on this journey. I hope that she learned a lot from this experience but clearly didn’t learn to express her throat chakra and this was on of the teachings we were made aware of on this trip from a spiritual leader. Barbara didn’t plan this retreat with love and openness. This seemed like she was on a journey for herself only- evaluate your spiritual awareness before guiding people into the unknown.

I started going to Atha on Sundays for hot yoga because I’ve had multiple knee injuries from Muay Thai kickboxing and also started having shoulder and middle back pain. After going once a week for a month and half, my knee is feeling much better and I can actually run on it again. I was sprinting on the pavement last week. My back feels much better as does my shoulder. My body feels completely different. I am going to start going twice a week to increase my benefits. Atha is great, it’s more than a yoga studio, it’s really a spa and wellness center because of the garden. I know they have frequent events but I’m usually busy training Muay Thai. The staff and students are really friendly. I highly recommend Atha if you want to transform your body, mind and spirit.

I had the most wonderful experiences at Atha over the course of a 4 day stay in Delray Beach. I attended 2 different hot vinyasa classes with both instructors finding the perfect balance of poses that practitioners of all levels will benefit from with appropriate modifications. The music, cueing, and vibe in the room were perfect. I did a 90 mi. massage with Hope which was like nothing I have ever experienced. It was a mix of healing touch with Chinese reflexology and aryveda tips thrown in. I left feeling incredible. The massage followed a 90 min Crystal Light reading with Jackie. Wow! I’m still processing everything that Jackie was able to tap into which was then echoed in some way by Hope . It was wild. Jackie is the real deal. I felt and continue to feel amazing after lying on the crystal mat during the reading. Completely reenergized. Finally, I did a group sound bath with friends with (Derek ?)who happens to be an opera singer. His voice is like butter that helps lull you into a deep meditative state allowing for a restorative and spiritual shared experience. This space is truly special! Staff is wonderful! Easy parking. I can’t wait to visit again. I would love to come and do a short retreat in their retreat house that sleeps about 10 people with a group of my friends so we could all enjoy everything Atha has to offer!

Natalie’s hatha to raja was a mixture of strong, athletic yoga followed by the release of poses designed to clear the lymphatic system, all set to incredible music. I did a week trial with their discounted first time pass in May 2023. It was a great way to see if this place was a good fit for me!

I love that it feels so immersive. The heated room is so beautifully accented with warm lighting that isn’t distracting, large mirrors, and candles. It’s definitely HOT but that’s what forces you to get comfortable in the uncomfortable.

My first class ever was with Barbara Fretes on a Saturday vinyasa… for 90 minutes!! Kicked my butt. I have since settled more into her Hatha to Raja classes and they’re my favorite. I make the two classes as much as I can each week. Just by doing 2 classes a week, I have felt incredible changes in my body. I was able to discover some hip flexor weakness (pay attention to what you can’t do or is hard!!). Week over week, her classes are similar so you can really practice the poses. Barbara’s cuing during class has helped me sync my breathing for the first time and (relatively) now able to control it almost 100% through my nose.

Her classes can get full so get there quick, get somewhere in the middle front if you’re unsure of your poses so she can help you improve!! Looking forward to adding more classes into my week & with other instructors.

All in all. Their way to book classes through the app is quick and easy. The staff is friendly. The facilities are beautiful (check out the courtyard in the backkkk omggggg). They even host events and small intimate concerts! 10/10 recommend.

I visited atha yoga shala and had a great experience- the yoga is HOT, the instructors are creative and passionate and the space is magical. I take away 2 stars because it’s a hot yoga studio that does not prove towels, not hand towels for hot classes or even rentals for mats. I went without a towel thinking i could rent one and ended up having to buy one because i was slipping so much on my mat. The only source of towel they had were these cheap paper towels that melted in my hands. I loved this space but for this much $$$ and this hot a studio please get some towels for yogis!

Atha yoga Shara in Delray beach is a must go. Whether you are a yoga lover or if you are scared of yoga, assuming it’s putting yourself into uncomfortable postures you need to go and experience the Raja yoga this year.

I had two Raja Yoga sessions - One was with Matthew and another with Jessica Jyoti and they were both an amazing experience. I also did their incredible outdoor Hatha Yoga session with Karisa.
The studio, the lobby, the lighting and the vibe are amazin, but what I loved the most was the backyard. It’s a huge treasure of natural landscape, in the back of the studio, it has all extremely well thought healing trees.
It has the weeping Willow )many Indian sages reached their enlightenment under the weeping Willow) the super tree moringa, papaya, guava, mango trees, and many more. It’s hard for me to decide whether the yoga session was more healing, or the backyard landscape, if you are visiting Delray beach, or you are a resident or a snowbird, this place is a must go!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga session led by Frankie at Atha Yoga Studio, and I must say it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility, as if I had entered a heavenly garden.

Frankie's expertise and passion for yoga were immediately apparent. He possesses an exceptional depth of knowledge and a unique ability to impart wisdom during his sessions. Every pose, every movement, was guided with precision and care, allowing me to deepen my practice and connect with my body in ways I had never experienced before.

What sets Frankie apart is not only his technical skill but also his ability to create an educational and enlightening atmosphere. Throughout the session, he shared insightful teachings and mindful practices, enriching the yoga experience beyond the physical aspects. I left each session feeling not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally and spiritually nourished.

Frankie's presence is truly extraordinary, and I haven't encountered anyone quite like him in my yoga journey, whether locally or globally. His dedication to his craft and his commitment to creating a transformative experience for his students is truly commendable. His passion for yoga shines through every movement, creating an environment where growth and self-discovery become possible.

In addition to Frankie's exceptional teaching, Atha Yoga Studio itself is a haven of tranquility. The ambiance is serene and inviting, with its calming decor and peaceful atmosphere. It truly feels like a slice of paradise, a sanctuary where one can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with their inner self.

I wholeheartedly recommend Frankie and Atha Yoga Studio to anyone seeking a transformative yoga experience. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, Frankie's guidance and wisdom will take your practice to new heights. The combination of his educational approach, profound knowledge, and the blissful ambiance of the studio make for an unparalleled yoga experience.

Frankie deserves all the credit for his outstanding teaching and the creation of such a remarkable space. Don't miss the opportunity to practice yoga with him and witness the magic firsthand. Trust me, it's an experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and connected on a deeper level.

I loved Atha and I might come to other classes here & there, but Victoria was THE BEST instructor I ever experienced & I am so sad she isn’t doing her Tuesday/Thursday vinyasa to raja flow. I always looked forward to that class. Not sure why she isn’t teaching it anymore but if it was Atha’s choice, it was not a good one! I know she still does the Saturday meditation but that is only one class per week… hopefully Victoria comes back for more classes again so I don’t have to totally phase out of Atha..

Unfortunately, I stopped going to hot yoga after feeling trapped in a room with no space to practice Vinyasa Yoga. The space between yogis is zero to non-existing, more than one time I found myself touching the yogi next to me. Needless to say, It was disgusting. We both were dripping on sweat and felt so uncomfortable and un sanitize.
Let’s talk about sanitation, sometimes in between classes the staff mops the floor with an old dirty mop which the same mop is being used throughout the entire room without being washed. Basically, it’s spreading the sweat from previous students throughout the entire room and that’s when they clean and sometimes they don’t! Horrible!
Safety, there is not a sign with how many yogis are able to fit in the room but for certain there is no limitations in keep adding more and one more yogi to the class. “Make some room for the late arrivals” when is it enough? What is the room capacity?!?

I tried this studio for the first time last night for their Raja class. I came as a guest with my friend. The check in process was a tad long for me just being a guest, but I understand they want to collect as much information so they can add to email lists and stuff like that. The studio sets the tone from the moment you pull into the parking lot. Tons of plants on the walls and the decor is tranquil and a total vibe. The Raja class was hot but not too hot, it reminded me of a hot Yin class. The instructor Jessica was good and made the experience enjoyable. The class is 90mins total but it flew by. When I was done I went to the outdoor space in the back and I was blown away at how beautiful that space is. If you are in the Delray Beach, Boynton Beach area you should try Atha out.

While visiting Delray, my boyfriend & i took Hatha to Raja one evening with Frankie and the following day i enjoyed crystal light therapy with Jaclyn and a couples massage with Brooke and Debra. We aren’t experienced yogi’s by any means but we found it easy to go with the flow of the class and did the postures/breath work the best we could. I resonated with Frankie’s guided meditation about using distractions to further your focus, allowing it to be there and breathing through it. We’re used to 45-60 minute yoga classes where we’re from so a 90 minute session was challenging but a welcome challenge! Fun to try something new, definitely a yoga class we’ll never forget.

Atha as a whole has so many different elements in this hidden gem of a property that keeps on going. Fit with a house for retreats and workshops, open spaces in their back butterfly garden for meditation and classes, saunas, showers, and a spa. I loved how many plants were everywhere, it’s a vibrant space full of life. A must experience place in Delray!

The spa -
I am so grateful to have experienced the beautiful healing space at Atha’s spa. I arrived early for my first service, crystal light therapy. I checked in at the front and sat out back in the garden to start centering myself. A short time later, Jaclyn came to greet me and I instantly felt comfortable around her warm energy. We walked as we talked and she explained how the session would go. The room alone was very soothing and the crystal light machine was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen! I came in with an open mind and Jaclyn made me comfortable on the table by placing an eye cover and setting the headphones over my ears. From there, I fell right into a meditative state and floated around in bliss until the session concluded. Jaclyn gently brought me back by squeezing my feet, I thought the service ended there but no- she continued on and gave me a full reading of my meditation and chakra balancing. She even let me record the session at the end so I always have this reading. She truly has a gift and I feel very blessed to have experienced this incredible treatment. Once completed, I was greeted by Brooke who gave me a robe to change into and lead me to the sauna where my boyfriend was. We we’re able to catch up and enjoy some time in the sauna & hit the showers before being whisked off to our massages. There was water and cups available throughout the spa and sauna areas so we stayed hydrated. The couples massage took place in another soothing room with low colored lights, I loved how quiet it was everywhere. Even other guests we passed were very respectful. After a brief chat about our individual goals for the session with each of our masseuses, we settled in and zenned out right away. I loved Debra’s stretching technique and thoughtful touch. A unique addition to this massage was a little facial massage, I appreciate the whole body aspect of the massage, not just from the shoulders down. My boyfriend said Brooke gave him one of the best massages he’s ever had, she used cupping and lymphatic drainage techniques.

Thank you to all of the staff at Atha that made us feel apart of their community, even though we were just here for a short time. If you are visiting Delray I highly recommend checking out Atha for a class and the spa, we can’t wait to return next time we’re in town!

I find the the studio and the Gardens r amazing, but the Deepak Chopra event was very disappointing. The event was poorly organized and oversold. None of the seats or rows were labeled. No one knew where to go and the people working seemed very confused and irritated. It was a hot stressful event for many people. Hope they do better next time

This review is based solely on my experience of the deepak chopra event. We ended up requesting a refund because the experience was so horrible.

We waited for over an hour in the sun, just to get in to the venue. Mind you, there was no disclaimer letting us know that this was an outside event. And disorganization and heat do not go well together.

When we finally get in we cant find our seats and every time we asked for help we were disregarded or talked down to. We felt very ignored.

The event was a total mess, they obviously over sold or had very poor planning. to top it off we had a person on the microphone asking us to be “patient and to adapt to the situation” When they themselves were not doing either.

There was help but when you asked for it you got a bad response “go back to the line” mind you, this was the line for seating we had already done twice. Also, signage was a big problem, finding your seat was impossible. In fact we never did.

I was so dissapointed, I never get to have time for myself and was so looking forward for today. We drove from Miami to see Deepak Chopra and we left without seeing him, just with an overall bad taste in our mouth.

I love Atha yoga! All of the instructors are fantastic and the space is very welcoming (I know that’s always a worry trying a new workout place, but everyone is so inviting). They have awesome things for purchase in the loby including cool drinks and whatever else is in the fridge! They also have a free water station for your reusable water bottle. If you’re nervous about the heat I’d recommend finding a spot not under a heater (arrive 10 minutes early to get a good spot!). The vinyasa is fantastic!

My first experience with hot yoga was traumatic, but the second at AYS was incredibly therapeutic! The studio ambiance is soothing and the outdoor garden space is tranquil. They also offer one week introductory classes for $28 (a class costs $25).

Truly there are no words to express the beauty and spirit of this amazing place. The warmth of the staff is palpable from the moment you step on the exquisite property. The yoga classes are challenging, and yet so satisfying. We the gardens are just magnificent and planned with such care and detail, a perfect place to read, journal or just be. There is no way to adequately describe the the professionals in the spa. The personal care and attention to exactly what each client needs is certainly unsurpassed by any other spa I have ever been to. It is not only a physical but spiritual journey. Atha is a gift that must be experienced and really cannot be explained in words. The guest house is so lovely and cozy. It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. This relaxing atmosphere made me feel right at home, almost like I was in an extraordinary light filled tree house, because our every window is gardens, flowers and nature yet with all the amenities of home.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT ATHA for one of the most memorable and life changing few days of my life.

Wooooooooooooow. This place is the truth.

Three things to know

1. The space is unbelievably beautiful in a very inconspicuous area.
2. I took a vinyasa class that was legitimately one of the best workouts of my life
3. The room is hooooooot.

Great spot. Pretty advanced so be prepared but the instruction was amazing. Highly recommend
