I've been training with Alfred, ASAP fitness three times a week and I am definitely feeling stronger and a lot better! Everyone here is super welcoming. Alfred is a great trainer and is always on top of things and is attentive even when there are other clients at the same hour. He does a great job pushing you to improve each week which is where the value of a personal trainer comes in. Safe and correct form is everything. YOU CAN'T GET THAT WITH AN APP!!! If you’re looking for that crucial push to get started on your fitness journey, I would absolutely recommend train with Alfred. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve always been someone who works out, but I really needed something to push me beyond what I was doing on my own in the gym. Alfred’s 8-week fitness challenge was exactly what I was looking for. His coaching was thoughtfully tailored to our group , and he always made sure we were doing each exercise correctly. He knows when to push you, when to encourage you, and he’s incredibly knowledgeable about how the body works.
I learned so much from him over these eight weeks, and I genuinely felt motivated and supported the entire time. I would absolutely join any future boot camp classes he offers and highly recommend him to anyone—whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re an intermediate like me. Coach Alfred is awesome!!!!!! Did the 42 day challenge which included training and meal planning. I haven't been able to lose weight for years but this program helped me drop just about 30lbs. Highly recommend. Joined the 42 day challenge, right from the start Coach Alfred greeted you and made you feel at home. 5 days a week with different training programs.

I honestly can’t express how much coach Alfred has improved my training. I went to Alfred with prior weightlifting experience looking to just fix some slight form issues. Alfred is a great trainer with lots of knowledge and enthusiasm. I have really enjoyed his workouts and look forward to going to his classes a few times a week. I joined A.S.A.P Fitness back in December as part of the 6 week challenge. It was the best decision I made by far. I turned 45 that week and needed a change I so much was looking for. Coach Alfred was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He made sure he worked at your pace and observed your can and cants. He made me one promise and that promise was that I will never leave there feeling like I regret the workout. He was absolutely right! I look forward to 6am workouts. I now am a member of the ASAP fitness family and look forward to continued growth. I feel better than I have ever felt before and I have tried many gyms before but nothing like this!

Alfred is professional, knowledgeable, and motivating. He will push you to lift more and hold a plank longer than you thought you could! He is also great at coaching all levels of fitness, he will creatively modify the exercises to be more or less intense, if needed. His exercises are dynamic, diverse, and creative. There's alot of good and positive things I want to say on here but that'll take forever. Here's a few: Coach Alfred is very educated in his field. He can breakdown any nutritional fact there is. His knowledge on muscle development is amazing. His workouts pin point the exact area you want. He can make the smallest muscle really stand out. He is always positive and persistent. Coach Alfred is an excellent trainer. I started a few months back with major knee pain. He was patient and consistent in providing me with stretching techniques and modified workouts that would ease the pain.
