Exercise machines in gym is old and not very safe most of them. I did not play the tennis courts. They appeared well maintained and were busy. Overall the gym needs an overhaul. The location to the beautiful beach is great. The suite itself was nice, except that the dish washer did not work. The person at the front desk of the managing company was not helpful. She advised that we had to pay for a tv representative to come out since we used streaming, the problem was is the incorrect tv control was provided as the correct one was stored in the kitchen cupboard. She was not helpful. You will have to supply all your own paper products except the starting supply. I never had to do that prior to this.housekeeping was very helpful, Sterling and his wife were excellent. Would I stay here again, yes. I now know what to expect.

We have been members for 3 years and enjoy all the amenities we choose. The indoor heated pool is the ONLY one of its kind for miles around. Heated outdoor pools do not appeal to me even though we have one 10 minutes away. We drive up & back via A1A and the view is beautiful. Bill has owned ABTC for 30 years! There are many things to take advantage of at ABTC. Beach access, 2 gyms, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, showers, rental lockers, whirlpool, professional tennis courts, league play, tennis pro, salon, massage, physical therapy, personal trainer, refreshment bar & plentiful parking w/private walkway to beach. Just come to sit by the pools in a lounge chaise!

AWESOME place to stay!!!! The man who works the club is so so great. He was so friendly and kind. He had no issue helping us and making sure we knew our way around. He made sure we knew our way around and had a great time. I think his name was Bill, but I forget. But he was just really awesome and we will definitely coming back, a lot because of him.

Stayed across the street. The people here were super nice and gave me a tour. Never ended up playing tennis here, but they have a couple clay courts. Did swim and the heated pool was really nice and not crowded at all.

Clearly there are regulars that love this place and meet with friends for tennis and socialize afterwards. Our family had access to the club as part of our St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Resort rental. There are two pools-- one is completely outdoor and the other is covered by a roof and has retractable walls. Depth is less than 6 feet. Both pools are good for family play and relaxing, but they're not exactly outfitted for long lap swimming. However, there are a few lanes designated for laps. The indoor pool has water aerobic classes. The clay tennis courts can be reserved for 1.5 hour periods starting at 8:00 a.m. Typically, the 9:30 a.m. time slot is fully booked, but other times are readily available. There are excercise rooms (unisex & women only), sauna, hot tub, and steam room. The locker room facilities are a bit aged and worn out, but still functional. The people we met were so welcoming, even though we were just out-of-towners using the facility for the week. We felt we were given as much kindness and consideration as the regulars that have been coming for years. Great staff!
