I was on the hunt for a functional fitness gym and stumbled across Atlas. Smaller than your corporate gyms but they don’t sacrifice on the equipment. The atmosphere is perfect and everything is always clean!

I've been an Atlas Fit member for a few months and my experience has been very positive! Clean, not wall-to-wall crowded even during peak times, accessible and safe at all hours for members with digital key entry. If weight/resistance training is your priority, this is more or less a perfect place to be.

I have 2 earnest points of feedback as a mostly happy customer that would make my experience here better - there are not currently showers on property which makes it inconvenient to workout during my preferred timeslot before work, and there are only one of most of the cardio machines (treadmill, erg rower, stairmaster, elliptical). Having a locker room to shower and even just two of each of these machines so that I don't have to modify my workout as often would make this a 5 star gym.

I had been thinking for a while about joining a gym, but I do not prefer big crowds. I happened to notice the Atlas Fit sign while waiting for the traffic light across the street. I promptly scheduled a tour and I immediately knew that this gym was the best option for me. I enjoy the privacy and I like the modern equipment. The location is perfect.

The community and atmosphere at Atlas Fit is accepting and judgement-free. Other gyms in town I’ve tried have left me feeling alienated or bad for having been inconsistent with my health. My weekly personal training with Matt has been both fun and challenging, and provides encouragement during moments of doubt. If you’ve struggling to find the right gym for you, check out Atlas Fit. Been going here for just over a month now and I'm really happy I made the decision to switch over.

For a decent price, it's a pretty straightfoward gym in terms of size and equipment - free weights, machines, and a variety of cardio equipment, and separate dedicated heavy lifting space. There's also a lot of additional interesting little workout equipment and tools to use. Nothing fancy like saunas or a pool, but nothing lacking to comparable mid-range gyms.

It never feels insanely crowded, even right after the workday, and is usually pretty quiet. The crowd here is varied and good, from those just getting started to seasoned athletes. They're mindful and let you get on with your workout.

The local owner-operator is usually there and easily available. Nice, engaging guy and has all sorts of motivational stuff going on, from messages to monthly challenges. You can easily opt out of these, and I'm usually very cynical about this kinda motivational stuff, but being perfectly honest they find the right balance here.

One last thing of note is that they have a very good use of tech for a gym, from door access, account management, payments, and scheduling. Once again, just the right balance.

Overall, very happy with my choice and my only regret is not switching over sooner.

Couldn’t have asked for a better gym. It’s nice to finally be able to go to a place where people are serious about their goals and in turn supports you to be serious as well. Atlas has an insane variety of equipment so theres no excuse as to not have a good workout. Coach Matt and his team are so nice and encouraging, if you want a space to feel seen and heard about your fitness goals this is the place for you, and it’s also nice to go and not have to be fighting for a spot at a machine. If you’re thinking about trying out a gym give Atlas a shot! 😄👍

Atlas is a fantastic gym. It is a small, family owned operation. Sespite its size, Atlas has all the equipment you could need. The owner and his mom make everyone feel welcome and go above and beyond. They're constantly finding ways to build community and help people reach their goals. Atlas Fit has treated me great for almost 4 years. The gym has everything you need if you’re a powerlifter, body builder, or just trying to get started with fitness. There are also a few pieces of equipment that I have never seen at any other gyms around Tallahassee that absolutely do the job. I have not done any personal or group training but I can say that everyone working with their trainer or in their group are always smiling, having a good time, and enjoying their workouts. Gym staff also are always around to help with a spot or to give advice when you ask. Couldn’t ask for a better gym.

This gym is a great gym. They have all the equipment that you need for weight training, strength training, punching bag, cardio machines and big space with equipment for HIIT training.
The staff are super nice and helpful. I go early in the morning, so all the people i saw there are respectful and follow rules. And ladies, I noticed that the dudes that come to this gym are respectful, they don’t owls you with their eyes and make you feel uncomfortable.

I used to gym at a much larger gym and didn't feel comfortable there. I started doing research and came across Atlas. I set a meeting up with the owner, Matt, and he didn't hesitate for a second to talk with me and give me a tour of the establishment. This gym has everything you could possibly need for working out from cables, free weights, multiple bench/bar stations, etc.

All the Atlas staff are extremely friendly and the owner is very passionate about his business and community involvement. You will be greeted with a smile every time you go.

I love the intimate feeling of this smaller scaled gym. It isn't over crowded, everyone is nice and aware of their space, and you're supporting a local/small business. If you are looking to find a gym or change gyms, I HIGHLY recommend Atlas!!!!

Decent gym equipment, the culture here is terrible, gym owner and staff doesn’t welcome you in the gym or even show you around they don’t talk to you unless you missed a payment. Had a buddy of mine join the gym, the gym owner walked up and was rude and didn’t even welcome him in the gym just said “did you pay to be here” I highly don’t recommend going to this gym very unprofessional and definitely not welcoming.
