If you want a workout that will kick your butt and make you challenge your limits, then you need to go to B12. Brandon and Tiffany are excellent trainers who will work with you and come up with workouts that challenge any skill level, and leave you gasping for breath, and begging for more. If the workout is rough, you might hear “pace yourself” but if you make it look easy, you’re going to hear “push yourself.” Sure, you only get out of it what you put into it, but at B12, you will want to put in as much as you can. If you don’t sweat at a B12 workout, it’s because you don’t want to!
