I am so grateful to be apart of this community. Signing up my daughter for adaptive gymnastics was the best decision ever. This facility is built on love and you can feel it. The Halloween event was spectacular and well organized. Down to the parking was planned. Thank you for giving us parents a safe space to share our childrenβs gifts. Forever grateful!

Well organize and clean place. Unfortunately got too big and now, you canβt even see your kid train because they are too far and too many large obstacles between the areas. 90% of these kids wonβt be gymnastics but one of the big things they get out of it is achieving small goals in front of their parents and ringing the bell. Itβs a confidence booster and moments kids wonβt forget. Every video I have, my granddaughter looks back at us after for our approval. We clap and watch the videos together with her later. That has been taken away so not enjoying attending anymore.

This used to be our gym for our daughter. She was invited to their pre teams and sadly at the same time I got relocated out of Gainesville for work. She had to start a new gym and she tells me all the time how she has missed balance 180. Truly I wish I didnβt get relocated for work. They are all very sweet, genuine and caring. If we ever move back we will sign her back up!
Balance 180 and their amazing staff and owners definitely set the bar high for our gym requirements. When I tell you the gyms now where we live are not good.
We truly miss our balance 180 family.

Balance 180 is a fantastic place for kids to learn gymnastics. We have been going on Fridays for about 7 months now and both my girls love it. Coach Maddie especially is excellent - very kind, encouraging and patient with the kids.

Before we went to SunCountry and it was a joke, now that we go to Balance 180, our 3 year old has learned so much and is excelling in gymnastics every lesson.
If you want your kids to let out some energy as well as learn gymnastics instead of just running around like crazy this is the place to go! The staff and coaches are very knowledgeable. it's 1 coach to ever 2-3 kids, so your kids are getting very personal lessons that help them focus and truly get better.

Lovely staff. Nice facility. Near a gun range, though; so you hear gunfire often. That's freaky. Great prices, though. Sooooo nice. Will work with your schedule based on availability.

If your a person of COLOR I wouldnβt recommend it most of the staff and students are 98% White. So They wonβt pay your child to much attention IF YOUR BLACK. Which is unfair to a child that doesnβt understand racism.

Everyone that works here is so kind! They communicate effectively on how the kiddo did for the day and don't shame them for having difficult days and praise them for good days. They're also wonderful at helping encourage the kids when they're feeling scared or nervous. The events they have are fun and the classes themselves are worth the cost. Adjusting our days to fit a changing schedule is also easy. Very glad we come here!

Love this place! The instructors are great, my kid has a blast in class. The fees are reasonable and thereβs not any gear you have to purchase before you begin, so itβs an accessible activity for kids. I appreciate all the COVID precautions they are taking, it feels very safe.

At one point or another all four of my children have been members at Balance180. We love how attentive the instructors are as well as how encouraging and motivating they are for the students. My four year old was asked to join their pre competitive team and it has been such a treat watching her grow and learn with these incredible instructors. I cannot recommend this place enough for the youth of Gainesville and the surrounding areas!

Our 3 girls have been going to Balance 180 now for 2 months and always look forward to there Friday night gymnastics class. The gymnastics coaches are always there to help our girls become better with each class they take. There is a lot of places to sit down and watch all the gymnastics classes. It does get pretty hot inside but they do a good job with all the fans on to keep it cool, they also let the kids take water breaks so they can cool off. They also have free WiFi as wait.

If you check the Balance 180 website, you will find their mission statement, which includes making high-quality gymnastics training available to all kids--typical or not, without financial barriers, and in a way that does not interfere with their successful development in all other areas of life. They do this wonderfully well. They have a tremendous depth of competitive gymnastics coaching expertise for the kids who want to develop those capabilities. Most important to me as the parent of a developmentally disabled child, they are committed to adapting gymnastics training so that ANY child can participate and reap the benefits (physical fitness and skills, the satisfaction of meeting challenges and goals, teamwork and exchanging support). The adaptive program runs in parallel to the competitive programs for typical kids, and is supported by a huge group of trained volunteers mostly from UF graduate students training in physical therapy, medicine, special education and other relevant areas. Every kid is matched with volunteer buddies who make it possible for their skills to progress. They have also brought Special Olympics gymnastics to this area. My daughter looks forward to her time at B180 all week. It's a Gainesville-grown program that gives back 1000-fold into the local community, but is deservedly developing a much wider reputation. Don't hesitate to send your kids here for great training and fun, and consider the organization for a donation that directly benefits the local community.

I've only volunteered at Balance 180 but the experience as a volunteer was great. The staff is wonderful to work with and they are very supportive with the children, parents, volunteers, interns and staff. I would recommend this to any parent who is looking to put their child in gymnastics.

Balance 180 is a wonderful organization whose services reach children of varying ages and backgrounds! The programs they offer are well-organized and encourage progression of every athlete's unique skill set. The adaptive gymnastics classes provide an individualized experience for every athlete and attract many volunteers, from college and post-baccalaureate students to qualified professionals in the Gainesville area. The overall atmosphere of the organization is tremendously inviting!
