Lynette and the rest of the trainers are totally amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone just starting out and wanting to learn to get healthy or if you have been training they are also able and willing to show you new techniques on how to get more defined.

Lynette and her staff are total pros! They are kind, committed and compassionate! The studio is beautiful and clean!! A real “boutique” fitness experience with individualized exercise programs based around personal goals. The yoga classes are small and everyone is encouraged to work at their own level. I started personal training with Lynette 2 1/2 years ago and it has been life changing. The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming! Even my dog got a big welcome:)

I have taken Lynette’s yoga classes for several years. She is the BEST! She is so knowledgeable in her field - and will guide you through an hour of meditation, yoga poses and a final relaxation period at the end. For me, yoga has helped me maintain my flexibility, concentration and balance. Besides being a great instructor, she is a beautiful person - so kind, personable, and caring.
