Be Fit with Tania offers live virtual classes and personal training in Pilates Mat, Yoga, Barre, and Weight Training, specializing in training women over 40. I also offer in-person training as well as virtual training, without an over-aggressive approach and without suggesting strict diets.
I am a mother and a grandmother and a believer that when you don’t use it, you lose it!
I have been teaching dance and fitness for more than 27 years. When you work out with me, you will feel amazing both physically and mentally! I make fitness, not only do-able, but I make fitness fun!

Tania is amazing! Her style of teaching is is unique and is hard to find anywhere else. She has a great flow that makes sense and takes you seamlessly from one excercise to another. I've been taking from her for years and at this point, don't want to take from anyone else. Not only is she passionate about teaching, but she's also passionate about recovery. She is very knowledgeable about the body and will give you excercise moves to help you alleviate aches and pains. She's a great teacher and fitness instructor!

I have been doing Pilates privates with Tania for over 2 years and it has been amazing. She holds me accountable and challenges me while also taking into consideration my scoliosis and other limitations. I would highly recommend her to anyone, any age who is interested in getting started or pursuing and advance Pilates practice.

fantastic creative workouts from the comfort of my home. Tania is experienced, knowledgeable & most importantly positive & inspiring. I love barre & yoga, but there's lots of classes & times to choose from.
