Great facility, the ladies at the front desk were really kind and welcoming. The process was simple and fast. I was able to move all my stuff within the first day since it's also 24/7 access with a gate to protect my stuff. Also very affordable compared to most places out in the area. The storage unit I got is a 10x20 with high ceilings. The unit is very clean with 8 power outlets, enough for me to charge my power tools, phone, computer, and still have space for other things.

Beachside Storage has been so good to me over the last few years while my belongings stay clean, dry, safe and sound. They get a 5 ⭐️ from me for calling me prior to penalties on my credit card when I had to update and forgot to add them to the new card. They updated the card with no extra charges and are super sweet and friendly to talk to over the phone. The property is Easy to get in and out of as well. Hands down, best storage unit I have ever used. Family owned and they care about their customers. You can choose air conditioned units or not, your choice and the prices are the best in town. Great place to store here. Very laid back everybody minds their business very quiet and very clean. I personally super satisfied with my experience here and highly recommend this place. It isn't ran like a prison like most storage units are these days. You're allowed to work in your unit as long as you don't have customers showing up or trying to run a storefront and electricity is available also. The 24-hour access is very convenient as well. They also offer clean bathrooms and you're pretty much able to rent whatever unit fit your needs from a large garage roll up to an office space to a small utility storage room. And the beach side location makes it a no-brainer definitely will recommend running here as opposed to anywhere else!

We had one of the absolute worst customer service experiences we have ever had anywhere with this company. After storing our RV there for over seven years we received a phone call from one of their people. In our opinion she was rude, impolite, arrogant, and uninformed. Apparently someone at the company had failed to put all of our information into their computer system & it appeared that she wanted to take it out on us even though it was Beachside’s error. So we found another place to store our RV and cancelled our contract with Beachside. Managers called and apologized, asked us to reconsider, & refunded our last months rent but as far as we know the individual who treated us so badly is still employed there. We have been told that similar incidents have occurred with this person in the past. We encourage everyone, especially our friends in the Eau Gallie Landyachters Club & our neighbors on Lansing Island, to take this into account and consider storing elsewhere. What happened to us could happen to them.

I rented a space here for several years and can highly recommend them. The people are nice and friendly and the location is convenient. The space is secure behind good fencing. You have access using a code at the gate. This place is a little unique because they allow you to work in your space. I have a street rod and was able to work on it in my space.

They told my sister they wouldn't tow my bike not to worry about it then had my bike towed. Suspiciously enough it's towed by someone else who has a business in the same place and it's locked in one of the storage units.. to top it off they lied about a late fee not being paid and refused me entrance to my unit where all my work tools were stored. Till after the 6th so they could say I was late again and charged me 200 dollars to pro-rate the month of February till the 11th so I could move my things out. The place is run by rude and extremely shady people who have tried to not only steal my tools I work with but my motorcycle they told my family they would not have towed.. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. stear clear of storing anything of value here.

My business has been a customer of Beachside Storage & Business Park for several years. We have never caused a problem nor have we had a problem until recently. While we were out of town a very small shipment arrived on a carrier that does not normally deliver to us and therefore didn't have the code for our locked unit. The driver went to the office and your local manager told him to leave it and they would let us know it was there. We were experiencing problems with retrieving our voice mail and did not know the shipment had been delivered. When we returned home we heard our voice mail and Laurie Luke who identified herself as the area manager left a message. While this is not "word for word" what I am writing is pretty close! She said that our 1 single small pallet was in her storage unit and if we did not pick it up by the end of the day she would dump it. This was important material and I am very thankful that your local manager kept it in the unit until we returned. Ms Luke's tone and wording was anything but professional! If she were my employee she would be looking for a job! Everyone else has always been professional and very courteous! Ms Luke needs some training regarding customer relations!

Be very careful! Started renting a unit only a few months in and now I just got a letter of a rate increase! After you move everything in there they got you and force you to pay the higher rate! If not then you have to move all your stuff out to another facility. Spending more money and time. Should be against the law! I'm so sorry I started with them to begin with. I hope this review discourages other potential clients and they lose business over this.

I had my credit card reissued due to the Home Depot hacking. So my automatic payments were not going through. I was never called (which they had my work and cell number), they sent certified mail to an address that I had never given them and had not lived at for 10 years. They then auctioned my unit and started renting my unit at a higher rate than what i had. The only conclusion i can come to is they wanted me out and did as little they could to notify me so they could auction and re-list the unit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
