Not only is he capable now to defend himself but we have seen a tremendous change in his attitude and ability to deal with others. His grades at school have improved tremendously. I used to go to this Tae Kwon Do school when I was a child back in the late 80's. When it was located on Bird Road. Now my son, Logan, attends classes at this new location.The location may be new, but the core values and principles are exactly the same. Passed down from one generation to the other, and so on. The instructors are truly amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and great with the kids. My son has improved in all aspects since he began attending classes, a relatively short rime ago. My daughter has been coming here for 5 years, since she was 5, and I think this place and the people are very special. They treat every child with positivity, friendliness, respect and support. Life lessons are part of the curriculum and that makes a difference in your child's learning. There have been many teachers in her path, mostly high school or college aged and each one has been so attentive and great that you know it's just part of the spirit here. The Grand Master and Masters remain the same always and are family, which also makes it special. Also, you see a lot of families taking class together which is beautiful. Dads and their kids, moms too. They keep the place exceptionally clean and are always concerned for their students. I can see the positive influence this place has had on the development of my child. And I don't say any of this lightly!

For me Better Families is the Ivy League of the Martial Arts Schools. Having a Grand Master and an incredible amount of Masters that few if any other school can brag about. Not recommend this school , the woman in the front desk is very rude she only smile if you show your credit cart .. My son didn't go to classes for two months but they charge for them .. they only think in money , not in the kids progress ... the owner told us she was going to make a refund but never did it ... happy I finally took my son from that academy they didn't let me because I have to pay for a year .... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

I was one of the first students for this school and it is great to see that they are still around. I remember that you do not get your next belt at Better Families if your grades are not kept up. That was very different from any other activities that I was apart of. I now have twin boys that are 2 years old and my wife and I are very excited to see them in the Little Dragons class!!
