My husband and I recently decided to go back to practicing Bikram Yoga after not having practiced for many years. We found Bikram Yoga Delray Beach and we love it there! Wow...this studio is the real deal. A top notch traditional old school Bikram studio that has been in business for over two decades. There is nothing to dislike. The studio setup is perfect and they offer a robust schedule that's very accommodative. It's super easy to join, pay and signup for a class online. The staff is awesome too... all friendly and all lead the classes wonderfully. I highly recommend this studio!

Jessica is the best Bikram instructor I've ever experienced. She teaches on Sunday at 8 am. She weaves yoga philosophy into the Bikram dialogue seamlessly. Jon, the owner, is also really nice. I wish i lived in Delray Beach, so i could practice here regularly. What a great studio!!

I wanted to take the time to write a special thank you to instructor Jessica. Today was my first Bikram class and I was incredibly nervous. I’ve been practicing hot yoga for about a year however I knew that Bikram yoga is especially hot and long. I also have read that some Bikram studios can be very strict so I was nervous about what might happen if I can’t keep up. I told Jessica I was new and right away she was very helpful. She told me that if at any point I felt dizzy or Ill to simply take a rest without leaving the room so that I would continue to acclimate to the heat. She also instructed me to take a spot near the door so that she could give me some cool air breaks. All in all she made it a very welcoming experience. Bikram yoga is definitely very different from other forms of yoga that I’ve practiced but I found it easy enough to follow along by watching the other yogis. I would absolutely recommend this studio to other new comers!

Beware of this place! Dirty bathrooms and Inconsiderate harsh yoga teachers and owner !
I’ve never been aggressively told I need to leave when trying to do 10 minutes resting after class AND they rudely started spraying toxic cleaning chemicals in the yoga room immediately after class. When I asked them not to spray them when I was in the room they just said class is over and we need you to leave. I told them Bikram always gives at least 10 minutes rest also after class and they literally barked at me and said not here we run the business our way and it’s time for you to go.

I am a long time student of Bikram Yoga Delray Beach for so many reasons. The teachers are extremely warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The studio is in a good location with plenty of parking. The space is conscientious, clean, and professionally run. This is one of the only studios in the area that still teaches the classic Bikram heated sequence of 26 poses, but no class is ever the same. There is a diverse population of like minded students, all kind and compassionate. Most of all, the yoga community here is nurturing and supportive which has been the most important factor in my yoga journey. This is a testament to the owner and all of his amazing teachers. I am so grateful for Bikram Yoga Delray Beach. It is my home away from home.

Yesterday was my first time at studio . I took a 90 Begginer class with Kat Stack . I really enjoyed the class and her teaching style . The environment and teacher was comfortable and welcoming . I drive all the way from Miami to attend class at Delray Beach Bikram yoga!! It is clean! The Covid precautions are always observed and enforced, creating a safe environment. The teachers are amazing! The spacing on the floor provides social distance. I only wish mice classes were available😎.

Somehow this past week while we were all excited to rejoin in person, I had been recovering with lots of PT for bursitis of my right hip....we had three of our four family members come down with Covid...everyone had received there shots....Judy and I decided to to the class resume in my garage....while the weather provided a true Bikram experience (at least 90) we were able to witness beautiful clouds and a RAINBOW....then we had a great downpour.....class was complete with my husband getting us our Dunkin Coffee....Jon we can't wait until we can be there in person....

I have been practicing here for 4 years. I miss the in studio experience but the virtual yoga classes have been great! I've been practicing on my balcony in the sun and it gets warm enough to stretch my muscles and get some cardio benefits. The teachers are excellent and very knowledgeable.
