We chose our vacation location based on the studio, it's proximity to downtown hotels and local beaches. We went five times in a week, and we are so glad we did. The studio is cozy, the owners and teachers are welcoming, and all the people are so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Bigham Yoga Sarasota is the best studio I have ever experienced. It's like a extended family everyone cares about each other and the teachers are awesome. The owners have done a terrific job including their own yoga practice.

I’ve been looking for a quality yoga program. I’ve only been doing yoga for 6 months but wanted a challenging program. I love this program and this location and teachers are awesome. They really care and want you to do it right. I’ve been to other style yoga studios. Some I like, some I don’t. For example I like some power yoga classes. But, nothing compares to this class/program. Challenging but peaceful. Focused yet supportive for beginners. I love the heat and the 90 minute length. In other yoga classes you just get warmed up and your done. I can’t say enough positive things about Bikram style yoga and this location in particular. I’m hooked!

New owners,nicly remodeled, clean yoga studio.
My husband has been going to Bikram Yoga Sarasota since January 2019 ,and he loves it.This week he missed his usual Tuesday evening class so he asked me to join him on Saturday.
The instructor Farky was friendly, professional and kind.He told me to take it easy if I feel it is too much for my body, he would come up next to me and show me the proper positions.
Even though I'm physically active (taking about 3-5 strength classes a week,spinning and walking a lot) it was my first ever Bikram yoga class, with the heat and humidity it is a very different excersize.I sweat a ton!After the class I felt accomplished and well!
Studio also has gender neutral restroom and 2 separate changing rooms with small lockers for valuables and nice, clean, private shower with body wash provided.Towles are available,but I like to bring my own.
Studio has a small sitting area at the entrance with a few benches.
The Saturday 10am class was pretty packed about 15 people.But we fit in the class room comfortably.
I wish I'd be closer to Bikram Yoga Sarasota so I can take their classes more often!
