This is such a wonderful, serene, and beautiful oasis. From the energy to the décor, everything is about the details and creating a truly special experience. I’ve enjoyed massages with April, yoga classes, and Emergence Breath sessions with Jamar — all absolutely fantastic! Every visit has been deeply nourishing and uplifting. This place is simply awesome!

The teachers here are all long time yogi's and hold classes that feed your soul and your body. This studio has classes very different than other studios. Other studios focus mostly on power yoga. I have limited days that I can go. When I do its Angela, Maria, Dave. I love them all. Oh, Natalie and Lori too! And I'm sure Im forgetting some of the others. Bindu has a much wider variety and is suited for all ages and bodies. The owner is a sweet heart, and the special events with Bella (energy) and with Ember (full moon) that I have participated in are amazing. I am a movement teacher myself, specifically The Gyrotonic Method, and this studio impresses the heck out of me! :). Thank you all for being you!

Today, October 13th, I attended Somatic Movement yoga class in West Palm Beach while in town for business. As a yoga business owner and television producer, I’ve experienced a wide range of classes over the years, and I have to say the class itself was quite good. The instructor led the session well, maintaining a steady pace and keeping everything on schedule.

However, as an out-of-towner and a person of color, I couldn’t help but feel more tolerated than truly welcomed. While the instruction was solid, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel particularly inclusive, which is something that stands out in an otherwise well-organized class. It may be a better fit for locals or regular attendees.

I think with just a bit more attention to fostering a more welcoming environment for everyone, this studio could make a significant impact on its visiting clientele.

For reference the class I attended was: Somatic Movement - In Studio with Angela

Bindu Yoga is a serene oasis in the midst of chaos. This stunning studio is a haven for anyone seeking peace, tranquility, and transformation. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a sense of calm and warmth.
The space itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with a thoughtful design that fosters relaxation and contemplation. But it's the incredible teachers and classes that truly set Bindu Yoga apart. Each instructor brings their unique expertise and passion, creating a diverse range of classes that cater to all needs and levels.
What resonates most, however, is the warmth and kindness that permeates every aspect of Bindu Yoga. The community is welcoming and inclusive, making everyone feel like family. The teachers and staff are compassionate, supportive, and genuinely invested in your well-being.
I'm forever grateful to Bindu Yoga for creating a sanctuary where I can escape the stresses of everyday life and connect with my inner self. If you're seeking a yoga studio that truly embodies the spirit of yoga, look no further. Bindu Yoga is a precious gem, and I feel blessed to be a part of this wonderful community.

I just completed my first class at Bindu Yoga. The Thursday evening 6:00-7:15 pm Vinyasa Flow with Ember was fantastic. There were a dozen or more practitioners there and we all had more than enough room. The studio was clean and the decor was very airy and bright. I am looking forward to the next class!

Bindu Yoga studio has been a revelation, I started remotely with Angela during the pandemic, now in studio, who is so creative each and every time. I also couldn't be happier with the addition of Joanna's Iyengar classes. Her instructions are so helpful, detailed and effective, she is 'rebuilding' us from the ground up, so good that I try not to miss a class!

Wow! I am a mixture of Zen and exploding with enthusiasm. I just took a class with Johanna and honestly I have in the past tried different yoga places -- but this experience reminded me of the best one I ever took in Martha's Vineyard. The instructor was all the things I loved and have never found -- until now! I will be back. The class was great not only for my body but really put pep in my step. It was fun, a great learning experience and I didn't feel judged or out of place. I really want to keep this to myself but feel compelled to share how fabulous my experience was with both the class and Johanna the instructor and the surroundings.

What can I say? I really love this studio, and have been coming for almost 6 months now. I suggest the monthly or 3 month unlimited pass, as they host multiple classes every day and are flexible with the times. From zen to restorative to vinyasa flow, all of the instructors have a different vibe. I especially love Ember and Angela's classes. Sinclair's classes are a little more physically challenging, but I'm getting there! The studio offer workshops outside of yoga, for example a 2 hour chakra workshop that I just got out of. The location and space is great, but the instructors are the heart of the practice. Thank you so much for being there for me, Bindu! My mental and physical health have improved with your help. :)

It is the best experience I have ever had doing yoga. No mirrors, so I don't get self-conscious, instructors have such a wide range of routines that I don't get bored, and the studio itself feels like a spa.

My husband & I started at Bindu Yoga a year ago. The teachers were great and the space was lovely and clean.
Bindu Yoga was proactive starting virtual and web Based classes early in the Covid pandemic, so we have been able to keep up with our practice at home and our friends weekly at least virtually.
I recommend this studio highly.

I have been taking classes at Bindu now for several years and absolutely love the teachers, the friendly and welcoming vibe from staff and the people who go here. The studio is conveniently located and the physical space is gorgeous. I have been practicing for years and am very discerning about the teachers I work with. Bindu’s has a staff of well seasoned and knowledgeable teachers that know how to read a room and cater to their students. I am grateful to be a part of this studio.

When I first moved to West Palm, I wanted to find a yoga studio that was welcoming and accessible and offered alternative (read: not just the trendy) yoga styles. I found everything I wanted and more with Bindu. I love the atmosphere and the guest teachers and special series offered here. I haven’t found another studio like it in the area and I highly recommend you try it out!

There are several things I really like about this studio. The space itself is always clean and softly lit. There are a variety of classes offered and each instructor is unique. The instructions for all classes are clear and all instructors are very helpful. The music and visualizations go well with the poses/exercises. Other attendees are pleasant & easygoing. I definitely recommend this studio!

My experience at Bindu Yoga Studio has been transformative. In six weeks I have gone from being stiff, sore and cranky to feeling well on my way to supple, strong and centered. Angela is a gentle, gifted, knowledgeable instructor; she tailors her workouts to suit a range of skill levels. No matter where you're at with your body right now, bring it to Bindu and get inspired!

Here’s my experience: Found them in Google. Stopped by to get more info and looking for membership. The lady only told me “ I’m in the middle of a class”, I greet the lady, she didn’t know what I wanted, repeated she was in the middle of a class and shut the door in my face. I’d rather drive little bit further and be treated in a respectful way.
Thanks!

Angel Lucia's new yoga studio now at 5808 S Dixie Highway in West Palm (across the street from her old location) is beautiful and serene. She has thought of everything in the decor, in terms of color and harmony. The textured faux wood floor is perfect for practice and the surrounding art and flowers and the whiff of scented candles are lovely.
More important are the yoga practices, which are the best I have experienced. Angel is an astonishing and inspiring teacher. The spiritual elements of her classes are inspiring and restorative. But don't be fooled. The rigorous physicality of the vinyasas and asanas are challenging, but always fun and playful. The studio is pleasantly warm with an occasional cooling breeze from the AC. But I am usually dripping with sweat from the exertion and challenge. Then come wonderful twists and stretches and the wind down to a peaceful shavasana. You feel refreshed and happy. What more could you ask from a practice?
The other teachers and staff are also very competent, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting Jessie, and taking classes with ZuleMarie ("Z").
Overall, a real gem for locals or snowbirds like me. Thank you Angel.

Wonderful, welcoming and relaxing studio! I love the yin yoga options - so much more restorative than some other yoga styles which I find really draining. Angel, the owner, is an amazing teacher!

A very relaxed studio, welcoming in every way. I'm happy in feeling that the studio's focus is not only on the physicality, and fitness of the art, but also the spirituality, and peace of mind that yoga may bring to it's practitioners. I've only been to a few other studios, but this was my first experience that made me realize yoga brings an eye-opening opportunity to shift yourself into who you want to be, physically & mentally, and I do believe the teachers there play the largest role in doing so. All in all, a wonderful place to either tone your body, or expand your mind.
