Zach has been a great trainer! He puts in the effort every session to set up a unique combination of exercises that makes you feel the progress towards your goals. While demonstrating the movement and proper form, He explains the muscle groups targeted for each exercise as well as the impact of different angles and positions on the muscle. You can tell Zach has years of experience and knowledge behind him, and I would recommend working with him.

Work out days with Jeff are my favorite days of the week! I have been training consistently with him for just a few months and I see so many changes in myself. Not only physically but mentally. Jeff is awesome to train with. He respects his clients and really wants to do what is best for them. He knows when to push, but doesn't make it uncomfortable or overwhelming. Each day, there are new workout routines that focus on strengthening different muscle groups including primary and smaller secondary muscles to help you continue to build strength. I've worked with Jeff for months. His knowledge, professional attitude and upbeat spirt have keep me motivated to change my lifestyle. Jeff Blaise is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. He is careful and cautious protecting the shoulder joints....but he works the glutes like nobodies business.

Most affordable rates for 1 hour if intense training. He knows his stuff. Train in his private studio. This place is awesome.

I started training with Jeff about 18 months ago, had never used a trainer and had recently retired. I had a goal to get in shape for my daughter’s wedding and had recently left a sedentary job! Jeff at Bodies by Blais is the kind of trainer that you always wish you could find and, if lucky enough to find, never want to lose. He literally took me from not knowing anything about fitness and healthy eating to being fit, confident and super-healthy. He even showed me how to grocery shop and read nutrition labels. He was always working on my plan, updating it based on my progression, plateaus, etc. and he was so easy to be around. He pushes you in a totally safe environment and helps you realize what you really can do! I lost 25 pounds and at least 10% body fat! The mobile training app is AWESOME and he puts the plan directly on the app so I can train outside of the studio when I travel...
